The staff was super helpful and knowledgable about the products. I was able to find all of the appliances I needed in one go and they gave me a great deal! If I ever need another upgrade I will be coming back.

Diana takes customer service to the next level here. We went to a few places and were not impressed. We ended up here after being refereed to her by my mom who has also bought many appliances from her as well. She not only took the time to show us around but to show us the different features of the different fridge brands and she is so good she could tell what we ended up liking before we even said so! Her honesty about different brands was a refreshing feeling and she wasnt in it just to make money, she was in it to make sure we were taken care of and got exactly what we needed. We got recommended to here through Colorado Realty for a new kitchen package and Ngoc provided great customer service! She was super knowledgeable, we asked a ton of questions and she answered them all in honesty (not just trying to sell us the most expensive units); we ended up with a silver mist package within our price range. Delivery/install team was great as well, they were quick and tidy. Overall a top notch experience! We’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of appliances and we’ll be coming back soon for a new pair of washer and dryer!

Bought a washer and dryer from these people was assured that it was new when I went to pick them up at the warehouse the washer was new and had no issues the dryer looked like it had been rolled down a flight of stairs when I asked the guy there about it he said thats how they do it I wasnt too worried about the looks of the dryer so I went ahead and took it home but once I got it home and plugged it in it was incredibly loud and beating and theres no way can be used its just too loud when I called them they said it would be no problem for me to bring it back and have it replaced but since I work during the week I had to do it on a weekend. Saturday I had an obligation at work so I had my wife called them and they specifically asked them if I could bring it in on Sunday they said that was fine well Sunday when I went to go bring it back there closed. Since Im not in the business of being lied to and I dont have time to play games I will have to take further action Monday morning

We came in looking for a washer and dryer set. Expecting it to be a pain in the butt and expensive. After looking around for a bit we got to talking to Cedric. This guy was awesome! Super knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction. Did not try and sell us the most expensive units, but got us what we needed within our price range!We will always deal with him for all future appliance purchases!

He explained all the benefits and features in a way that I could understand. The transaction was painless, and the delivery company even called to make a delivery appointment and time. My neighbor who has MS And her electric wheelchair. Didnt stop right away. And it ran into her stove. And I have been trying to find the cheapest way to fix it for her. Because she live on next to nothing. And the past week of calling place and GE company. All were quoted 500$. And thats not including the installation. Just as I was giving up for the day.. I remember that I stopped in at the appliance factory. But it was closing up. But I tried calling today. Expecting the same thing Ive gotten all day. Nothing under 500$. To repair or replace. But to my surprise a wonderful Gentleman name Elijah. Turned my day around.letting me know my options. And giving me hope. And I could get her a new or used stove. For cheaper the prices G.E quoted me. So Eligah I thank you and look forward to meeting you. And for helping me to help my neighbor. Because she is on a fixed income and would never be able to afford get it her stove fixed or replaced. And wouldnt be able to cook for herself. Then on top of that. We recently purchased a under cabinet beverage/wine fridge from Interstate. These fridges with the front vents are crazy expensive and finding the right one at the right price can be really complicated. Interstate made the whole process really easy. We ended up getting a GE Profile for $200 less than anywhere else. It looks great and the whole process was super easy.

I bought an LG refrigerator from a gentleman named Brian and he was friendly, helpful and came through on everything he said. I purchased what he said was an out of box model. It had a barely visible scratch on the side, bu that little scratch saved me $1000!!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking, really couldnt be happier.

Delivery was going to be over an hour later than the window they gave me. I had other things scheduled so had to cancel. Then I went to reschedule and got transferred around the company three times. The employees seemed super rushed and Im not sure they fully understood what I needed before they shipped me off to some one else. Prices are great and the initial purchase was fine but the run around was a real pain.

It was shipped on time and was exactly how he explained it. If all the customer service people are as helpful and knowledgeable as he was then the company is going to do very well! Absolute worst service I have ever received. The installation technicians refuse to do their job and then leave our property with the appliances we have purchased. When we called the installation manager, Dakota or Kota to explain the horrible service we had received and find out how we can get the appliances installed like we paid for, he literally said he didnt care. This isnt our first issue with Appliance Factory but we have tried to be understanding. A few weeks ago, they replaced 4 refrigerators for us and then left the old appliances outside on the sidewalks in front of each home. I called at least 5 times to try and get the appliances removed and got no help whatsoever. Unbelievable service in the worst possible way!! Do yourself a favor and find a company who actually cares about their customer because I can assure you, Appliance Factory doesnt care and they dont deserve your business!
