The big guy up front is horrible!! He is so unprofessional and one of the rudest people I have ever run into!! I have been using this place for several years until I had to deal with this person!!! He lies about ownership of the business and calms he owns it when something goes wrong! He has and is killing the business there!! I will never go back and my advice is no one should!!! Very very unprofessional!!!!

Bought a used 2007 Tahoe from im assuming the owners son.. very clean vehicle and took it on a test drive. I asked a few questions including if there was any check engine lights on or codes recently and he responded no none at all and it recently had inspection done at the same shop I bought from. The truck was priced a little over blue book value and I was ok considering how the condition was. Paid cash for the vehicle and drove it home. The very next morning I get a code on my gauges saying service suspension system . I decided to text the guy I bought it from and of course no response. Im ok with something being wrong but if your gonna hide it and its pretty obvious this was hidden when you didnt respond or try to make it right with me. The battery cables were probably unplugged to hide any codes temporarily. Make sure you bring a code reader when purchasing a used car. Shady business to say the least.

Awesome guys, could have told me I needed a new fuel pump as I thought that was the issue, but instead they found it was just a dirty throttle body, cleaned it and I was off. Very happy to have found an honest mechanic, so rare.

I spent a lot of money and time trying to get my car fixed and figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to many different people who couldn’t find the source of the problem. I finally took it here and not only did they have my car running great in only a day but the price was also very affordable. I expected a much higher device charge. Great people and great price.

They are the best shop in town, I would not take my cars anywhere else. My whole family goes to Affordable Car Care Center! Super nice shop, comfortable waiting room, not what you are use to seeing at an auto shop. Matthew Grice its unfair to rate a shop a 2 star because you did not like their hourly labor rate, and or pricing. If you personally have not had your car worked on there, or had a bad experience IN THE SHOP, you should not be rating them. I dont like gas prices, but they are what they are. Im not going to bash gas stations, and walk everywhere because of it. Remember are judging a WHOLE business, every employee there when you rate a business!

Wouldn’t tell anyone to go here I wish I hadn’t got 2 new front tires and they didn’t even replace one of the valve stems on one and 2 weeks later flat tire I also got back brakes replaced and now I hear a noise constantly coming from one of them and if I try to take it back I’ll have get told that I have to leave it with them and they’ll check it when they can which ain’t happening I paid $400 dollars for that service too and one of my valve stems can’t be replaced? Anytime you buy new tires the stems are supposed to be replaced. Go somewhere else and always get a second and third opinion

My go to shop for mechanic needs always do an outstanding job and go beyond what others would do plus the level of education to find the problem is what I love the most. Not everyone is as smart on these cars like these guys

Call to give a estimate on a u joint replace, (I had the u joint). Called back and said it would be 150$ to replace it. So I called Oliver’s drive shafts in Winston 10$ to install the part. Ended up doing it my self. Always get a second opinion when dealing with shops.
