I came on here to give a reviews and it said I had gave them them a 5 star reviews 2 hours prior, witch I didnt so be aware of fake reviews.This place is slow, will not be coming back. It was only one other person and me waiting on our vehicles and still took them two hours to do an oil change

Beware of Jason’s Dishonest up-charge tactics!! I was quoted a market average price (~$78)for an alignment (Toe, Caster, Camber). Only to later received a call notifying me that i was quoted for Toe adjustment only and I would need to pay more than double if I wanted camber adjusted. I knew very well that camber is part of the routine alignment service at every other shop which btw had quoted me $60-80. But that same routine service would now cost me $160 at Quality tire.Quality tire applied this tactic to me the first time I visited them last year, but didn’t give it no mind. They tried again this year, but I won’t be fooled twice. I asked for my truck back and very happily had it fully aligned for an honest price down the street.

Had some service work done on my truck. Those guys were swift and professional in their job performance as well as very reasonable in their labor costs. I will use them again.

Quality Tire is full of honest and hard working people. I have been coming to them for years. They never try and talk me into buying things that I dont need! They recently put in a new A/C compressor for my CRV and its blowing cold air just in time for summer. I highly recommend this place. Charlie is an awesome guy and I completely TRUST him.

I have been coming here for years. My old boss recommend this place to me years ago. She said that they really took care of their female customers. You know how typical automotive shops sometimes like to get over on consumer who lack knowledge about their vehicles. I must say she was right. These guys are awesome. I will forever be loyal.

We drove an hour and half to look at a used car. We needed someone to do a pre purchase car inspection. They were very pleasant and able to check the car without us having an appointment. Gave us great information and even recommended we take it down the street to have someone check the exhaust. Jose was very helpful!

Drop my car off at 8.am l had a Appointment. About 4.30 pm had not heard anything from them so I called to ask what time they closed and the Guy informed me they had not got to it wanted me to leave it overnight and the next day. If you schedule your car to be brought in should not mean if we get a chance we will check it. If you leave your car overnight and it gets vandalized they will not be Responsible. DONT schedule more work than you can get done in a day.

I paid 250$ for 2 new tires and an alignment and asked them to put air in my spare. They took the good tires off and left bald tires on including one with a screw in it, thats why I went in 1st place. My alignment is worse than b4 I went there. No air was put in my spare.I have brought all 6 cars to them for 16 years because they do GREAT work and used to be honest and reasonable. OBVIOUSLY they have new ppl up front, short handed,new awful mechanics, and over worked. Too many customers so they rush. I complained and I got HUGE rude attitude and got hung up on.Now, After theyve made probably 20K on me, I need a new mechanic. Will NEVER go backBe careful all. Ive never felt so mistreated as a woman at quality before. NEVER again!!!!!Daria B.

Had tires balanced and an alignment. Was around $100. A little more than I wanted to spend & they dont match coupons. But staff was friendly and helpful.

Had them put tires on and not knowing when they put my right front tire on it cut my brake line and I had to drive it back slowely. They fixed it. Next day I picked my truck up. The guy behind the desk said I acceuse them of causeing it and said my hose was no good but I had good break pressure when I bought it to them. But I didnt say anything back. I would give them a bad review

This place used to be good when Bob was there, but now I dont trust them, and will probably have to find a new place to take my vehicles. Its the second time we have taken our vehicle there in the past two months and both times we took it for one problem and they added on another problem. Its really sad because this place was the only honest place in town that I trusted. They need to get it together or they will lose more customers because people are not stupid. If they change and go back to being straight and honest not trying to milk more money out of people I will gladly change my review to a 5 star which is what they deserved before for their honest and good work, but as of now, Im giving themone. Get it together before you lose your loyal customers for good! Being honest is still the best policy and Ive noticed that everything is over $200 to fix these days with them. They used to be more reasonable in prices. Just remember that theres always someone willing to do it cheaper, and with all of the You Tube videos today many people can just watch a video and do it themselves.

Quality Tire in Thomasville always has the best tire prices, Be prepared to wait awhile though because they are the Go to shop for all automotive repairs. You can always spot a good mechanic shop, they are busy! Very friendly staff, they will get you taken care of. I will be back in the future for tires, etc.

Quality Tire is the best place to go for tires in town. Since they have opened, I have always bought my tires from them. They have reasonable prices, and they do an excellent job. They also offer free tire rotations. They did a great job whenever I needed to bring my car in for service as well. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I had a great experience at Quality Tire. They are honest, no-nonsense, and friendly. I had a set of Cooper Disc. SRX that werent aligned correctly from another retailer and because of it - I needed a new set in under a year. Quality Tire gave me a free 3rd opinion on my SRXs as to the cause of my issues and gave me a great price for a new set. They even took me out to the lift to show and help me understand my tire issue. They are a first come first serve business so you may have to wait, but it was worth it for me. I overheard Charlie explaining different issues to customers and I felt he did a great job explaining the problem and giving them all their options. I cant speak to any other services other than tires, so I highly recommend them for your tire purchase.

Ordered a tire last Saturday, was told would have it Monday. I said I couldn’t come till Saturday and was told that’s fine. Showed up today and was told by owner he sent the tire back. He “thought” he had it for 2 weeks so sent it back. He apologized and said all he can do is order it again. Terrible organization and record keeping! While waiting for the owner, a couple came in to get four new tires for their son’s car. They had called earlier in the week and was told they had 12 in stock. Today they were told they only had 2 and would have to order them. They said since this new order was placed on a ticket the tires would be saved for them. Why didn’t they do that in the first place for their tires and mine?! Today was the first and last time I’ll go here. I ended up going to After All Auto to get what I needed. For what it’s worth, the guy behind the counter was very nice and stuck giving bad news that was the lousy owner’s fault.

Do not trust this company to repair your tires. I took my car in to get a flat tire fixed. I sat there for over an hour, only to have the front clerk lie to me about fixing the tire. They never even took tire off rim to check if the nail did any damage on the inside. They did not even check tire for any other leaks. They just saw a nail, pulled it and stuck a cheap plug in it.

Stopped by without an appointment to get my tires checked. They were very quick and provided excellent service.

They changed management, now service is crap (6 year former customer). My entire family used this shop for 6 years, we all one by one have found somewhere else to go. They are increasingly getting worse, from forgetting to tighten my lug nuts after a tire rotation (only finger tightened), stripping the oil change plug on my brothers car, screwing up simple repairs on my parents cars, to my personal final straw... They stripped the alignment bolts, charged me for doing an alignment anyway, and told me I would have to take it to the dealer to get new hardware installed and then have it realigned after that. They were the only shop that ever aligned my car, my car has no rust or reason for this to happen except mechanic ineptitude... Never going back, very disappointed as this used to be a good honest place.

I was told it would take maybe an hour to put two tires on my car. Well I sat four close to five hours!!! Not happy. I understand being busy but give a time that is true not extremely off!!!

This place RIPPED ME OFF!! I bought 2 brand new tires to put on the front, an oil change and a front end alignment. They put the tires on, DID NOT do the alignment or change the oil. My brand new tires lasted 5 weeks and oil is black. I have proof that they lied and didnt do the work I paid over $250 for them to do. WORST PLACE EVER!!!

Steer clear of this place if you know whats good for ya. Went in for basic tire balance and left with a badly stripped lug nut. Close to 6 threads gone making it impossible to put on, but they claim thats how it came off.Edit: The truth is the owner is an idiot and will do anything he can to get out of fixing their mistakes. I’ve had my lug nuts off several times not one issue. I go here and i leave with one that is stripped. Charlie tries to lie and tell me it was like that. I’m not the only one who has had problems with these amateurs and I’m sure I won’t be the last.

Took my car to get it fixed because of an engine light and radiator light came on. They previously replaced the radiator. After being in their shop two previous times- this time they said that it was a faulty fuse.Now both lights are still on! The car idles rough and even worse: When I turn on the car lights my dash lights go off. What a bunch of imbeciles! This place is a complete and utter joke!!Never again!
