My car is almost paid off (THANK GOD) and up until last September I had no complaints with Auto Center of Texas, not even after they closed their Dallas office. My car was in an accident and although I had my own insurance I still had the insurance they offer. My car went in for mechanic repairs, I used their insurance since it was the best option.. DROVE all the way to Terrell since you cant select your own repair shop. After a month, I get my car, drive it one day and it ran hot! Mechanic forgot to place something back and guess what that messed up the motor. I didnt get my car months, just to discover they put a used motor and within 3 months its back out. I owe less than 3,000 and I would assume they shouldve just paid it off with the insurance but NO i am now left with paying off my balance and getting it repaired. So yea they are great but DO NOT purchase their insurance its not legit! You can not take it to any mechanic! I did not get any paper work to show what was actually repaired!Also without Helen I wouldve been clueless to anything! NO ONE ELSE HAS BEEN HELPFUL! I see now my only option is court.

At one time, they were good to us. Buying a truck and taking care of us. But there service is bad. They never have done anything for us they said they would. Never returned calls. Never fixed my truck correctly. Every time we try to confront them on things, they said just to always call back. Very terrible customer service. I love are truck cause its all we have, but I dont think Id ever by anything else from them. They now have my truck after a year. Im calling my Attorney and reporting them to lemon law. They are still rude, and still I can get ahold of owner.0

Travis was great,though even car fax lies or does not know what is not reported i bought a Ford f150 and told it had a cleaR car fax well later i found it had been wrecked and repaired, but not reported.

I was buying a 20k dollar vehicle from auto center that recently messed up on me the manager Chris was so nice that day to volunteer to send it to their dogde dealership. Well dodge say $2300 to fix it and AUTO CENTER decides its not worth it and that the would put me in another vehicle 0 down😁. My vehicle was down to $4900 now they wanna give me a $15000 dollar on AUTO CENTER IS A REAL SCREW OVER WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD OR HONOR THEIR CONTRACT🤬🤬🤬🤬.GO ELSEWHERE!

WORST CAR LOT EVER. THERE DALLAS LOCATION IS CLOSED BECAUSE OF THINGS THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DOING. I HAD A CAR WITH THEM SINCE 2017 UNTIL 2020 OF FEB. THE CAR STOPPED ON ME AND I CALLED THEM TO PICK IT UP SO IT CAN BE FIXED. AS OF NOW THE CAR WAS IN THERE HANDS. THE CALLED ME A DAY LATER AND SAID THE CAR WAS STOLEN. THEY FILED A POLICE REPORT AND LATER THAT NIGHT SOMEONE FROM THE TERRELL POLICE DEPT CALLED ME SAYING THE CAR WAS FOUND IN A DITCH A COUPLE OF MILES FROM THEIR LOT. (WHICH DOES NOT SEEM RIGHT) THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME FOR $1000 MORE TO PUT DOWN ON ANOTHER CAR. THEY ALSO PUT THIS CAR ON MY CREDIT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEALSO I HAD A PHONE IN THE CAR AND IT WAS TAKEN BY A LADY NAMED ROBIN SHORTRIDGE

Weve been a customer of Auto Center for a little over a year now. 2 weeks ago I was involved in a sideswipe accident. When it came time for my hubby and I to purchase another vehicle(today) we returned back to Auto Center of Texas to see what they could do, and boy are we glad we did!! Been a good customer for over a year and my car was in an accident and this place done right and I needed another car. They got my application done and was able to get me into another vehicle with low down payment and financed. Thank you Chris and Travis for taken care of my issue. Travis told to come in and show me what was available and got my in a vehicle and my payment the same.Again thank you for taken in consideration of understanding and Chris thank again. I will be back again to get another vehicle for a secondary vehicle in a couple years.

I too had many of the same problems concerning repairs & customer service. Every time I got the car back from being repaired, something else would go wrong within a few days. Once I started taking the vehicle to a reputable repair shop, the constant repair issues stopped. I have to wonder if they have a racket going with Randall Noe(?). Do yourself a favor & stay away from predatory lenders such as this. Their positive reviews could be employees doing fake reviews under fake accounts.

I give them a 1/2 star if I could. My car is a lemon and the only reason Im trying to keep the car is to keep my credit straight. I have asked several times to trade the car in I have had it for a year. I have over 4000 dollars in repairs on it and in fact it is not running as we speak. It seems like I take the car to them for service then 19 other things go wrong on it. Yeah I grant it they have been working with me on paying it out but I only have about 10000 dollars left on it and most of that is repairs. Keep your money if you dont want to go through the heart ache I have been through. It seems as if i have been robbed in plain sight day after day after day. And it is consistent to where i have been able to know the exact date my next time my car will break down. Please run please

Travis was awesome!!!! I went to just look at a vehicle that caught my attention. But I left in that same car within a couple hours. It was quick and painless!! They provide insurance which is super convenient!! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they did not fill up the gas tank after purchase of vehicle. Which is inconvenient seeing as though the car I traded had a full tank, the car I purchased had 1/4. Other than that I highly recommend Auto Center of Texas Terrell! Great car buying experience!!!

Even if I have mechanical issues deep into my contract they are right there making sure I am well taken care of. Before I visited the Auto Center located in Terrell,TX I had been turned down everywhere. I was approved within a short period of time without a whole lot of unnecessary questions. I went to this place last week and I was refused. I had the money yes, my valid ID, yes my check stub,yes, but Mr. Hernandez told me that I didnt have enough income. Told me my income had to be 1,000.00 to 2,000.00 a month. I didnt understand that because before I went down there, I called and asked what all I needed and he told me. I was working at the time. Just started a good job and $100 was something I could afford so far as down payment and all. I may not have income like everyone else, but I had enough to cover my payments every other week. Well now, Ive lost my job. I thought this was going to be a place where they would be willing to work with me at least, but it was nothing like that. Maybe if Id walked in there naked, I could have gotten anything I wanted.😂😂😂

We purchased a truck from them and while they fixed most of the problems they refuse to fix the issue we had with the drivers seat electric motor. The issue popped up the day we bought the truck when we lowered the seat all the way down and it would not come back up. They said they would fix the issue but have never followed through. The last time we asked about this we were told we would have to pay for the fix. We also asked about getting a receiver hitch added to the back but once again no word back. We paid quite a lot for the truck and expect them to stand behind what they tell us. It feels like they sold us the truck and then ran the other way as fast as possible. We love the truck but the experience after the sale has left us feeling let down. This dealer was recommended to us by a friend who now regrets his recommendation. Despite all the good reviews written here I would not recommend them to others nor would I purchase from them again.

I’ve been a customer at auto center for 2 years, don’t get me wrong the cars are good but the service needs a little help, i am now returning my car due to repair cost, and lack of communication when it comes to my car being repaired. I have talked to them numerous of time about my car being messed up. They never have an available loaner. They mechanic always setting back dates on when he will finish the car. The service is trash! Bein got a 21 year old with atrocious credit, my options for a reliable vehicle were limited. I was in and out of this dealership within 2 hours max. My monthly payment was lower than I anticipated and I got a newer model car that fits my needs perfectly. They are overpriced, the sales manager is a liar, and they claim they sold your loan to another company, but the company is their company which makes them deceitful as well. They charge you around $5000.00 above what is the fair market price for the vehicle. On top of that the vehicle already has and will soon have more mechanical issues to add cost out of your pocket. They complain when they have to pay to have a repair done and say that the car is not profitable for them. I had the car from them for just over a month before they said to take it into the dealer to get what was messed up when we got it replaced, and the ONLY reason that happened is because we took the car back to them because the brakes went out. The car would violently shake when you applied the brakes to slow down or come to a stop. I took the car back to them and returned it. Signed a no obligations remain for it. They accepted the car back. Told me they would work on getting my money back I had paid down, then tell me over the phone when I call to find out the status they will not refund my money.

They are great people love the company I will pick them over any car lot easy reasonable payments and down payment also keep up the good work guys. 😍😘😁

Bought vehicle and 2 hour later it wouldnt start lot told me to buy a battery. Still had issues they took it to their shop worked 3 days and wont start finally relaxed the starter. Had for 13 hours when check engine light and entire cluster lit up. Repair department has now had the vehicle for 12 days and they are calling me for a payment. Purchased 30 days ago and have only had in my possession 10 days. No offer to credit my account office is no help no one knows anything
