Me and my family purchased our vehicle a few months ago from the Pre Owned center in Terrell, TX and we still love it, Jovan was there to answer all the questions we had and we werent afraid at all to make the right decision and purchase the vehicle. Doesnt deserve one star. I made an appointment with a worker who was not even there for our scheduled appointment. I had called her before my 2 hour drive to the dealership to make sure the car I was wanting was actually there. She told me that it definitely was. Worked with some other guy who said he was a manager once we got there, who told me they had 3 of those this morning and they had all sold. If this is true, they should have called me to let me know before I drove all the way out there. And then he added a massive “dealer addendum” onto the quoted price I was given by the other staff member- thousands of dollars added to the quote. The salesman promised that every dealership adds on this dealer addendum amount. However, no other dealership I went to afterward added a dealer addendum to the quote. He was taking advantage of us since we are first time car buyers, and I am glad we could see it. He ended giving us a more expensive price on a base model of the car than the quote we were given for the highest trim model. I NEVER leave bad reviews on anywhere. But I feel like I have to here so that other buyers can have this in mind when they go in. I dont want other people being taken advantage of.

I bought both of my granddaughters a car here at Randall Noe. Both times I let Melissa House help me, shes a doll and very knowledgeable. She never pressured me, and listened to everything my granddaughters wanted. The wait in finance was a little long, but it was worth it considering they got me great rates both times! I had the pleasure of working with Ben & Ryan, really nice guys.

This is the second time that I have bought a truck from this dealership. The first experience was alright at best, but the second time greatly exceeded the first time to be one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. My wife and I went to Randall Noe, a few weeks ago. At first we felt a little uncomfortable and slightly over looked as a potential new car owners. Unfortunately, for me my credit score was very low because of medical issues and time off from work. However, we meet a wonderful sales person name Anthony Rain. He made us feel very comfortable; he was very nice, polite and professional. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles that was available. He really made a good lasting impression on us I wish there were more sales people like Anthony.My Daughter is now looking for a car and because of Anthony and the wonderful sales manager we are coming back to Randall Noe. IF you are reading this review my word is yes!! To Randall Noe, 5 STARS!!!!

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DISRESPECTFUL.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!If i could give this place less than one star I would. I drove almost 2 hours to get there and be lied to and walked on for 4 hours. Finally we agreed on a price and they sent me to finance department where several people were waiting. I asked a salesman how long the wait would be and he said it shouldnt be long. I told him I had somewhere to be in an hour and a half. Needless to say, I was disappointed again when an hour and a half later I was still waiting. As I walked out I told my sales manager that I could not wait any longer. Of course he then said you are next we had some problems but you are next. To which I replied that I was at this time tired of being lied to. And I left. On my two hour drive home I called to speak with a manager over sales and explain my horrible experience. The receptionist took my name and a message and I was told that id get a call back from him asap. No call back. I likewise was told by another employee that I would get a call back from the finance department manager and ... Surprise surprise, no call back.A whole day wasted. Got my hopes up about the car I wanted. And was let down multiple times.I discourage anyone who is looking to shop there!

We came to research the truck we wanted and found one that exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the entire experience was a blast.Jeremy the sales representative was polite, professional and more than helpful. His manager Ty was also willing to negotiate the price while doing what he could to make the numbers meet my needs.Yes, they sell alot of cars fast and the goal is to turn the sale quickly, but their high energy never bothered us one bit. We actually had a good time. Even with Ray the finance rep who was extremely kind and helpful.This is not a fake review. I bought a fully loaded 2500 ram yesterday for a good price, and I will come back to these gentlemen when we buy our next vehicle.

Chad and Brandon Nabors were great. Chad knew that we really wanted the car before we came, he made sure to show us everything about the car before we said Yes. When going to the Financial Center, Brandon took over and he is a great guy. He worked with us to make sure we would be comfortable within our budget to afford this car. To whom it may concern:I was in the store today. It was a very very long drive. I must have gotten there today around 5:30pm ~ 6pm.Anyhow, I had spoken to a Sara yesterday. She informed me that because it is a long drive that she would be happy to fill up my gas tank if I can come out to Randall Noll Hyundai. Upon hearing that, I stated thank you and that I would be out there today Oct. 19 around 2:30pm... However, something came up and I was running late, so I called Sara back this morning that I would not be able to make it by 2:30 today; to which she stated that is no problem; we will be here by 8pm. She stated that I could come anytime. She again confirmed that she would fill up my gas tank. So I said thanks.Well fast forward around 5:30pm. I am arriving at Randall Noll Hyundai and I was greeted by Max and then Nick. In the beginning, Max was very friendly as a car salesman normally is. He informed me that Sara was not present and in fact that he was her superior. Max also confirmed that he would fill up my gas tank as Sara had stated.Well during the negotiations, when I rejected Randall Nolls offer, I stated that I cannot pay that was offered to me $20,300.00. I countered back with $18,000. I stated that I cannot pay more than $20,000 for TT&L. Upon hearing that, Max became irate and screamed at me and told me to get the hell out of his store. I said I will not pay that amount. Then he threatened me that he would call the police.I said, well what about filling up my gas tank as both Sara and Max had promised. He screamed at me more and yelled, Get the hell out of my store! And turning to his coworker to call the police.Initially, I walked out; but after thinking about the actions of Max towards me, (a customer) I was very disrespected and spoken to in a condescending way. I decided to go back into the store and get an apology... and also to verify the names of Max.Honestly, I do not think this Max fellow is fit to work as a salesman with a hot tempered, disrespectful, and condescending personality as him.Sincerely, a customer,Paul

Only complaint (reason for 4 stars) I have is the place seems a little run down. Def needs some offices, paint and waiting area. Went to Randall Noe Hyundai in Terrell TX just to browse not knowing I would be driving out in a brand new car. With that being said my credit is not in the best condition. I will say Duane Ellis is the salesman to go to. Not only was he helpful in putting me in the car I wanted but also helpful throughout all the process. Even after the purchase he still called and followed up to see how everything was going. Excellent customer service, I cant be any happier.

Was brought to the dealer ship by roadside assistance from I 20 outside Terrell for a flat tire on 2015 Dodge Dart ** disclaimer this car does not come with a spare** without too much detail we were in a huge hurry to be somewhere very important. We arrived and the dealer ship did not have a tire to fit the car. DC in the service department made a call to a local Discount Tire and the wrecker driver promptly took us and we were back on the road within 20 minutes after arriving at the tire store. They were under no obligation to get us back on the road but within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealer he made one phone call and solved the problem! He helped us more than he will ever know. I Would of done 4 and a half stars if available. My overall experience was pleasant and the vehicle was as described, which was very important as this was a long distance deal. My sales person was Jovan and he did a great job regarding my sale and went beyond after the sale to help me out. My only issue was I ended up paying 150.00 more than I was expecting or Supposed too at closing. This was due to my trade pay-off balance being reported $150.00 too low on the purchase order. I had already determined my final out the door cost and conveyed that with the deal, it ended up being a surprise and a bit of a pain during crunch time. The gentleman that helped me at closing did a good job too.

I got a letter to lower my interest rate on my car I had bought from them three years ago, which actually resulted in them trying to sell us a car. They took my husbands drivers licence to copy and car keys so the service department could evaluate the condition of our car. I realize now that was all just ways to keep us there. We test drove a car above our price range. We told them we could not afford it. They insisted that we take it home for a few days and the big wigs could look at our car and maybe he could get more for it as a trade. We didnt want to take their car but after several long minutes of double talking we drove it. ( FOUR hours later) After a few days ( work schedule kept us from going back sooner) We went back for our car.At this point our car already had an AS IS sticker on it. It took us another 2 & 1/2 hours to finally get our keys and leave. What a nightmare !!! They lost our business after buying four vehicles from them over the years.

I came to the Randall Noe Terrell dealership at 2pm on Tuesday 10/31/2017 with a deposit to order a vehicle. I was greeted at first by what I guess was their sales staff, nobody gave me their name, asked for mine and asked who I was looking for. I stated I was looking for the sales manager, they said he was in the back and that he would be up shortly. I went to the bathroom, came back and sat down to wait. I waited approximately 35-45 minutes. In that time, I saw a customer walk in and someone started working with them (May have had an appointment, not sure), other sales staff showed up and sat down at the table right next to mine, no one introduced themselves or talked to me. Finally I just left, and no one even stopped me on my way out to ask why I was leaving. I guess Ill be going to another dealership to order my vehicle.

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM. I purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from them less than 2 Months ago. After signing the papers I discovered that the radio did not function at all and the AC Compressor begin to work intermittently. I contacted the dealership and they offered to have the radio fixed which was the least they could do. When I had another dealership confirm that the AC compressor was bad, I contacted Randall Noe and they said since I didnt buy the extended warranty they wouldnt help me at all. That repair costs around $1000 and Randall Noe said they wouldnt even give me a penny toward it. Obviously, they do not care about taking care of the customer or being honest about the vehicles they offer for sale. I will never do business with them again... and if you have read this review, you should reconsider purchasing a broken vehicle from them.

We drove an hour each way for a Sams Club price agreement. They increased price and did not honor agreement after a long, wasted evening. I had previously discussed all the details, but that was a waste of time as well. A classic example of 1970s stereotypes of old dealerships with the manager behind the wall choosing to honor or not honor agreements and wasting time.Please dont make the same mistake. If you already have a car...DRIVE AWAY FAST. If not RUN AWAY.

I didnt have any of the issues the other reviewers here are mentioning. Eric and Jeff were great to work with and my deal was done quickly and with no hassle. I didnt have to haggle, they honored the advertised pricing and even allowed me to store the car there for a week while my garage was being refurbed.I will likely buy another Gen coupe from them in the future.

This place is the ABSOLUTE worst place to go to buy a vehicle!! Me and my boyfriend went to drive around their parking lot a month or so ago, JUST TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT HE WANTED. He did not want to purchase anything yet, as he did not have all of his down payment ready. However, after telling the salesman what he wanted and what he refused to pay more than a month, a higher up man came out and told him that he could put ZERO down, and not have payments for 45 days and they would GUARANTEE him payments lower than $600 on a truck they had my boyfriend test drive. After THREE HOURS, the finance guy comes back into the office and tells my boyfriend that his payments were going to be $900 a month. I told them I would cosign to receive lower payments as my credit was a bit better than his, but he wanted this vehicle to improve his credit. They come back ANOTHER hour later, and tell him his payments will be $600 but the truck would be in ONLY my name. After telling him no, and refusing payments 2 more times, they came back with the deal that the truck would be put in BOTH of our names EQUALLY. After recieving all of the mail in only my name, and waiting almost 2 months for the plates, he called today to ask where the plates were. Not only did they say that the plates have been in for over 2 weeks, and we did not receive any notice, but his name wasnt even showing up on the truck. They LIED, to us to get the truck out, and put the truck solely in my name, with him as a COSIGNER. My boyfriend couldnt even go pick up the plates for his own truck, since they couldnt pull his name up, I had to get them. After trying to call and complain and talking to 3 different people today, we were told we would get a call back from a manger, and 3 hours later we are still currently waiting. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They will do ANYTHING to get you in a vehicle, and that includes lying to you.

Had a 8:30 service appt for an oil change and alignment, they didnt get to the car in until 10:30. I was told at 8:30 it would be 60-90 minutes. 2 hours later they started it? Wth? I understand things happen but I cant sit in a waiting room all day I have a job to go to, thats why I made an appointment. I wont be back. My time is valuable too.

Say one thing and give you another. Settled on a price and gave me total outdoor price and monthly payment amount, ok go back to sign paperwork and get another number from what we agreed on. Now they add TTL on to of agreed out door price. Waste of time. Dont waste yours go else were.out door price includes all cost plus vehicle not just the car. Why play that game?

Bought a 2013 f150 from Todd and Brad. When I looked at the truck I asked if all the fluids have been changed and was told yes they had to do it before they could sell it. 1st oil change looked like the oil was something out of a junk yard vehicle. Took it in to my local shop to have tires put on (because Randall Noe would only replace 2 of the 4 worn tires) had them check the tranny fluid that is suppose to be a nice red color and it looks like oil and is burnt beyond belief. Talked to my sales person and the manager they will not admit that they did not do what I was told was done, and if I wanted it done Id have pay. This mixed with the headache of a hassle to get the items fixed on the we owe sheet if I could give this dealership less than 1 star I would. NEVER will I buy another vehicle from this slimy dealership. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Guy I rode with on the test drive was nice, but when I worked with the sales manager he tried to tell me the price was $6k more than advertised. Said that the website was run by another company so they werent correct prices. Tried to tell me a Veloster that was $13,734 on the website was going to cost $21,900. False advertising...Ill take my business elsewhere.

I Went to the lot in Terrell to look at a used truck someone had informed me about, not realizing the used lot was half a block from the main dealership and ended up inside the Hyundai showroom. Ended up walking out with a brand new 16 Veloster Turbo. Anthony Rainey was a big help and very polite. Along with his manager and an awesome finance department, they got me into a new ride even on my shoddy credit. My experience was great enough that a week later I got my friend into a nice Subaru from the used lot.Cant recommend these guys enough!

Not impressed. They acted as if I wasnt important and rushed me through a credit check and told me they could not sell me a car to which I have a great auto loan history. Ready for this? I drove to Clay Cooley and by that afternoon I owned a new Elantra Limited. Sunroof, electric heated seats, backup cam and signal, left right lane safety signal, etc. I drove straight to Randall Noe, got out, went to the office area and shared my joy of owning a beautiful new Elantra with them. I parked right up front so they could watch me drive away. Randall, just fyi. I am ahead on my car payments.😁

My experience with Randall Noe Hyundai was extraordinary. I used True Car to buy my new Hyundai Elantra and Randall Noe not only gave me the best price they also gave me the best price for my used cars. And that was only the start of my great experience. When I got to the dealership I was met by Sarah Haber (BDC Manager) who sent me the True Car guarantee price paperwork. I spoke several times with Sarah before coming to the dealership and every time we spoke she was very professional, very clear and excited to do have my business. Sarah introduced me to Max Langston who was the Internet Sales Director and Max took over the actual deal. Max was extremely knowledgeable about my deal and the exact car I wanted. Max explained everything about our deal, the features of my desired car and took me on the test drive. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and glad to answer any question I had. Max made the experience of buying a car from Randall Noe Hyundai a stress free experience. Every piece of paper I had to sign was fully explained before I was even given a pen to sign any form. I want to also express my appreciation to Shelby Hardy the Sales Manager, her leadership has created a super team of sales people. Again my special thanks to Sarah, Max and Shelby.One last thing. Texas is a very hot state in the summer and Randall Noe has a sales floor of over a 100 Hyundais inside in a air conditioned show room and 22 acres of additional cars of the lot. These are by far and away the most scheming car pushers Ive ever had the misfortune of crossing paths with.They shuffled paperwork in such a way that they essentially stole a trade from us (further investigation on the paperwork shows they gave us literally 0$ for a trade, against what they told us theyd be offering) upsold as high as possible on fraudulent maintenance plans, and offer zero solutions or effort to keep in touch or provide service to their customers once theyve got them out the door.The salesman was patient, which we appreciate. But they ultimately sold our family a ton of problems with a bunch of fluff paperwork that cost several thousand dollars and essentially boils down to partial payment on 2 oil changes a year.Stay far, far away from every single Randall Noe brand and dealership. Not just this one. Theyre not interested in providing any kind of quality, only in taking as much money as possible up front, lying and deceiving and pushing you into a contract and then vanishing and dodging calls.

Not real Happy with my visit. They talked me into agreeing to get a basic model Hyundai Elantra se very basic in fact only extra thing that was offered was it was bluetooth campatable. No back up cam, cloth seats, manual seats. Originally I wanted a SUV Tucson. Im nkt really happy with them at all. Theyve called me mutipule times saying that they can get me into a car even with bad credit Im sorry but dont call me at least 2 to 3 times a day to tell me that you just want to run my credit.

I bought a white Camaro from Jovan Seatovic just recently. He was a very helpful sells person with a lot of knowledge about every vehicle he showed me. He made me feel comfortable, and made feel like I could trust him. He gave me a great deal for the Camaro. As soon as I pay the Camaro off, I know where I am going to go to get another one vehicle. They were very very slow and cost for the oil change was too much other places charge a little over 20 dollars we only go there for record in case the same happens again to this motor it will be covered we are still paying for a car we dont have. Turned because we dad a bad motor an they would not stand good for it yaaaaaaa

Extremely Rude with NO hospitality or simple Morales. Finance Mgr Ben has absolutely no ideal how to do business.Hes a body in the seat that doesnt know company policy. General Mgr wasnt any better,ponds you off to finance. This business makes deals then doesnt hold thier end of the bargain. This place needs a fine tooth comb ran through it. If upper management isnt aware of how they conducted business. Then someone needs to bring that to their attention. Not to mention their service department uses brake cleaner to cover up leaks. Power sprays the engine a nd forgets to dry the access, i just pray they leave the engine running while powerspraying.

Will never buy another used car from Randal noe. Car kept misfiring and was intermittent. Took it to the Nissan dealer and found out the wiring harness was chewed up by critters. Randal noe refused to make it right. Not only that the sales mgr by the name of Roscoe was rude and unprofessional .

I really dont like to shop. For anything. So, when time came forna newer vehicle, I started my search on the internet.I found Randall Noe and looked over their inventory. Their website is very easy to use, well laid out, and, gives tons of info on each car.I found a car I liked, and called and was put in touch with Patrick. This was really the start of a great experience.I travel for work, and mostly completed my deal over the phone. Patrick was exactly what you would like to find in a salesman. He handled all the questions and concerns I may have had quickly,and with professionalism all the way through. I was very happy to work with him, and wont hesitate to call him myself, or to refer friends to him.Once I arrived, the car was waiting for me. Clean, shiny, and prepped with pride, there she was!The finance office was always a dread for me. But, this trip was wonderfully different. Brandon greeted me like a friend, and was as personable and thorough as could be all the way through. He took time to explain each part of the loan process, and made certain I knew what I was signing.I am very happy, and, comfortable with the Randall Noe team, and certainly will be going back. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. These guys are great!

If you are planning on buying a car here, you may want to reconsider. The finance department flat out lied to me about the terms of my vehicle protection plan in order to get me to buy it. They didnt want to make good on it when it came to light. VERY untrustworthy :( Will never make that mistake again. If you are going to buy a Kia, go to Rockwall Kia instead. They are much more helpful and will go the extra mile to take care of you.

The internet and sales departments dont communicate and the internet department provides true car offers lower than the sales department is willing to sell a car for. Wasted hours of our time. I inquired about a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 that was advertised on Cargurus. Drove from Kentucky to check this truck out (13hrs) with intention of paying cash. Our salesman was Steve. When we arrived Steve was very pleasant had the truck waiting for us out front. We test drove the truck and decided this was the truck. Went inside and spoke numbers. Came to a agreement on price and was switched over to finance to sign paperwork. Meeting with Ben in F&I paperwork was drawn up with agreement that they still had to service vehicle do to just being traded in. Also we noticed the rear end looked as though it had leaked in past or was currently leaking. Steve assured us that was part of the service going to be done to truck. Confirmed that with Ben. The paperwork was signed cAsh was given and balance was paid by company check, due to debit card needed authentication from our bank but was after hours. Was told we can pick vehicle up the following day at 6pm. I contacted the dealership at noon the following day to confirm truck was going to be ready at 6pm and was informed there was a problem they didnt accept out of state checks. Not at any point did anyone bring this to our attention. When I was speaking with Ben he wanted us to wire money to the dealership which was impossible being that we were states away from our bank.When all this could have been done earlier that morning arrangements for our bank to lift the limit for day to purchase the truck with debit card nobody wanted to accept responsibility of other arrangements. When we drove to the dealership Ben treated us as if we were trying to pass a fraudulent check. We are business owners and have self dignity. Not only offending us but treating us like trash was ridiculous.When I was demanding answers he would change the conversation. Why didnt anyone call us first thing in the am? The bank was waiting for their call. When I told him he didnt know what he was doing and that I wanted to speak with GM he left office and sent another person in to deal with us (not the GM) who we over heard saying how can they complain when they are paying with a check and walked through the door. He was quick to have us sign a form returning our 9,000 dollars cash and returning a 18,000 check. And closing deal when we had made this drive and wanted the truck and could have paid with debit card if someone would have communicated with us earlier that morning not waiting till our bank was closed. But aside of all this BS they put us through the truck was never serviced. Same TPM light was flashing, someone cleaned the rear end with brake cleaner and sprayed the engine with water and left water sitting on the top of engine.Think that they were going to get our 27,000 dollars and not hold their end of the bargain.The GM wouldnt talk to us and supposedly the owner was aware of our situation and didnt care about any of it.But I guess our 27,000 wasnt anything to them they wanted to rip our head off and give us a truck that they had no intention of serving this truck.I would NOT purchase or even take a vehicle from this Autogroup if they Gave it to me free. This isnt how business is done. Someone needs to investigate this dealership. How they conduct business, how they treat customers is absolutely ridiculous.

I live in MN and was looking for a pre-owned Elantra. There was certain equipment that I wanted and Randall Noe was the only one that had it. I found a pre-owned CPO model that had the color and equipment I needed. I dealt with a great salesperson named Tyler Pettus; ask for him by name! Being a thousand miles away I had to trust what he was saying but everything was as he said it was. He arranged to have my wife and I picked up at the airport. The entire experience was hassle free and they treated us very well. I also love their business model. They dont have a big fancy glass and marble dealership and the new car side actually operates out of an old Walmart (dont be afraid). But when you think about it, why should you pay for the fancy dealership! No one could touch their prices and the service and experience was first rate.

Poor rating. Felt like I wasted my time with what felt like a bait and switch. Was told one thing at the used car portion of Randell noe, was told what I was approved to buy for what I was looking for and brought me the vehicle I qualified for initially with the salesman saying it was no money down and what I was looking for in monthly payments. Came back in and should have known something wrong when they start doing it up and now start talking about how having a down payment would look better to the bank and so I agreed to a 500 downpayment. All is good, signed the paperwork a done deal right? No. Now at the business office and after waiting a long time now told after three hours they cant get the bank to approve when the other salesmen at the used car side said it was what the bank would approve, and now they asking about a cosigner and I can only imagine more money down would probably had been brought up. Was just looking for an honest company and did not find it today in Randell noe, this is why folk dont like dealing with dealerships. Felt the business managers have no connection and when we thought the bank was already involved because they pulled my credit score but then turn around and say they never said that and how they didnt want to send to the bank to save the hit on my credit but they did an inquiry anyway that hit my credit report to find my score initially. Randell noe should do the right thing and honor what they sale, even when what they are selling comes out of their mouths. Dont like being lied to or mislead and Randell noe exceeded and did both. Bad business practices.

I will say I told them no phone calls and no trips to dealership unless its to pick up keys. So im sure Im not top of list as I dont help their instore numbers.

I went to this dealership due a buy back offer for the current vehicle that I was in, my appt was at @10 am on June 18th 2016. I looked at some cars pick out one and then I was introduce to a car salesman by the name of Benny who was a complete LIAR!!! It all started after I picked out a vehicle, I told Benny that I wanted to use my credit union and he started telling me about all the different lenders that they use, I told Benny I didnt want my credit ran like that cause I didnt want all the inquires because I was trying to get a house, I told him to just write up a dealers sheet so that I could take it to my credit union, at this point I refuse to give him my ss# and then he asked me what credit union I used and he said oh thats one of our lenders and I said really so you can use my credit union he yes we work with them all the time, I really thought this was a honest guy, boy was I wrong! After I was lead to believe that Randall Noe Hyundai worked with my credit union I then gave up my ss# and this was my dumb moment. I found out 2 days later that I had 9 inquires on my credit and guess what my credit union wasnt one of them. Benny totally lied to make a sale, he came to my face and said my credit union wouldnt do it but that Hyundai Financing could do it. Bennie lied to me about my credit score but I didnt find this out until about 2 wks after I bought the car. So we get to the financing part, I spoke with another gentleman cause I wouldnt agree with the payments, I worked out a payment with gap and I was told I wouldnt have a payment for 45 days, I get back to the back the payment wasnt the one I had discuss earlier nor was the payment date, look I know what I can afford, so I had all of these loan sharks up in my face trying to be little me about what I could afford cause I was getting a brand new car, I got the payment down to where I could afford them but was told my first payment would be in 30 days which I wasnt happy at all, by this time I was upset and felt bullied and lied to, and by the way I was never showed or taught anything about the features of the car, just a test-drive! So after the deal was done I rushed to get all my belonging out of my previous car, I realized on Sunday fathers day that I had left some cds in the cd player so I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Benny he told me he would have to go and check to see if the car was still there cause it was going to auction, Benny called me back a little while later to tell me he had my cd, I told him I would come and pick up the cd on that following Saturday, now I live in Mesquite so I drove down there Saturday I didnt speak with him but I was told he had mailed it to me and I asked why when I told you I was coming to get so I was upset because for one, I wasted my gas, and time. So it had been almost two wks had past by and still no cd. So I called and spoke with generally manager whos name was Nick Carbacio who I told the story to about how Benny had lied to me about my credit score and the fact my credit union wouldnt finance me, I also told him about the cd I had left in the car and how it had been almost 2wks and I still dont have it, he told me to let him check on somethings and he would call back and he did, he address the cd issue and that was it, he tried to convenience me that his staff had mail out the cd, he told me to bring my car down there on empty and they could fill it up, that never happen! I even called and left a message on his vm letting him know its now been three wks and I still dont have my cd and he never returned my call! At the time another week had passed buy and I had to take my car back down there because the bluelink was never set up which should have been done when I purchased the car. My credit union finance my car and I was able to purchased 100,000 miles bumper to bumper, gap, dent guard and my credit score was 30 points more then what I was told at the dealership Dont go to these peoples they are big liars including the general manager Nick Carbacio!!!

A few months ago, I started searching all over the internet for a good deal and a certified vehicle. I was not looking for anything in particular just something that was good on gas and low mileage. I found several vehicles online exactly with what i was looking for at Randall Noe Supercenter in Terrell. Jessica Ragan was the first person to contact me. She was so polite on the phone, she not only informed me what vehicles she had in stock, but she took the time to answer all of my questions about the vehicles and even went over the carfax with me. She also got me pre-approved over the phone within minutes and took my trade information over the phone to get a sight unseen appraisal. I purchased a used certified pre-owned Ford from Randall Noe, and may I say it is the best vehicle I have ever had. I will definitely purchase all of my vehicles from here for now on.

On February 12th, 2015, I contacted Randall Noe Hyundai with interest about a car in their inventory and put down an agreed upon refundable deposit(they assured me it was refundable) of $500.00.On February 16th, 2015, I purchased a car stateside in California and signed a contract with WIN Hyundai Carson. And then one week later on the 23rd, signed a revised(and better!) deal with WIN Hyundai Carson.On February 24th, 2015, I noticed a charge of $500.00 on my credit card from Randall Noe Ford(they run Hyundai as well obviously) which reminded me to call and cancel the deposit.On February 25th, 2015, I called Randall Noe Hyundai and asked for a refund but was refused and told that the $500.00 I put down actually went towards the car deal that I was going to be offered. But firstly I was offered no deal, no invoice, no paperwork of any sort. Secondly they lied straight to me the first time when I called when I asked them to put down a refundable deposit and they said yes.What is going on with this business?

Bad experience. I called at 3 pm to make sure the used car I was interested in was still available. Yes, come on by, its here and ready for a test drive I was told. Drove all the way from Dallas, got there at 4:15 and was told Oh, the car just sold within the last hour. I dont know what kind of bait-and-switch game they play here, but save yourself the time and frustration and dont go to Randall Noe used car sales.
