I would never recommend this place. We were sent here by a dealership down the street. Walked in ready to look and buy a car that day. No one came outside to greet us so we went in. Saw the only person working was with someone so we sat on the couch and waited. Once we were finally seen the man, who never offered his name, was so horribly rude. Acted as if he didnt have time for us. I looked at my dad and said we could leave. I work in a dealership and never in my life have I seen or been treated so poorly.

I wanna give a shout out to Jose for helping me get into a good reliable car and making the whole process so easy and quick. I recommend this place for anyone in need of a new car or have a car about to die. Thanks again to Jose for all his great help.

I have gotten two cars with them within the last month both have been bad and went out on me they are not worried about getting me in a better car they wanna put me in a cheap car that isn’t going to make it and I’m gonna be back at square one again having to do this with them for the third time I just want the help that I deserve for giving them my money for a car and getting the help I need but they just want my money And are going to want to put me in something cheap that’s not going to be worth anything. Dont go to Vamos auto, they dont care about you or your family. They DONT care that the pandemic has caused you to be out of work. These people will make u promise to pay even when u say u cant. They will take the money u give and then cut off your car were ever you are. They are only worried about$$$$ not helping you. Ive had to walk my children to school in this weather and now one of my kiddos is sick. I took themm over $$400 at the end of January and now my car has been off for Days now and the will not cut it back on until i can give them more. The pandemic has left me without a job and they DONT care. Please stay away from these people.

They have a hard time answering their phones. They are polite at the Terrell office, but I have had different experience at the other offices. ~01/27/2021 Update~ They still can’t answer their phones. They never call my husband back after he requests for a call back. The only reason there’s 5 stars every where is because they offered people money off of their cars to write a good review. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AFTER MY NOTE IS UP!!! Worst experience ever!

Jose took good care we were in and out in no time with a perfect truckDefinitely would recommend working with him**Update** after less than 2 years my truck has had to be put in the shop over a dozen times for major problems, nothings ever covered by warranty’s, they rarely answer phone calls customer service is very poor, originally gave a 5 star but definitely changing to a 1 after all the poor experiences and how they were and continues to be handled each time. If I took the time out of my day to come change this after roughly 15-16 months then somethings not right...
