Fun to go to a retro Dairy Queen. I understand Terre Haute is the last die hard city to give up this style of DQ. Wish I wasnt so spoiled by drive through. Unfortunately they are now closed for the winter. By the way, DQ, I eat ice cream all winter long...Ok, I know the building probably wasnt built for winter service. I guess employees dont want to serve ice cream for 7.50 an hour and stand in the freezing cold. I get it!!!

A great place for a cold treat. You cant go wrong with a walk-up ice cream store. Blizzards are fantastic. Great workers! Most of them getting their first working experience so be kind and patient. Its just ice cream after all! So enjoy the sweet treat!

The service here is good and the ice cream is good. I tried the vanilla cone dipped in Cotton candy coating and it was really good.

I really like when dairy Queens open. I wish they wouldnt close during the winter time like a lot of them does except for the one thats on East Davis. I think that I would enjoy an ice cream cone in the winter just as much as I would in the summer. Because I see people drinking hot coffee from Starbucks in the summer all the time

One of the last 2 little dairy queens around that I know of. This place has been here since I was a little rug rat. Iconic. Would hate to see it gone. A good place for high school kids to work for the summer. Sometimes the line is long but thats because so many locals feel as I do.

Great as usual. This is the only walk-up DQ left in the area, and I hope it stays this way forever. Who wants to eat their ice cream inside a fast food restaurant on a nice spring evening? Ill drive across town to come here!

I was there today 4/30/18 @ 6:15pm and got VERY POOR Customer Service. Not sure of the employee name but she had a Very Nasty Attitude and got mad cause I said can I have a drink carrier PLEASE. But I will find out her name. If she doesnt like her Job maybe she should find a different one. Glad there is more than one Dairy Queen in town.

Dairy Queen is a great place for ice cream. No drive thru, but oh well. Just get out of your car and get your treats.

This place is DIRTY. I know people who have worked there who have said every time they drop a spoon/cup they would have to go to the back, wash it all, and use it on the next customer. The milk jugs they use are “washed” (rinsed out) and filled back up with ice cream mix left over from bags. The worker also watched the owner, Richard, who she said made girls uncomfortable with shoulder rubs, hugs from behind, and spoon feeding workers over 21 alcoholic milkshakes, dig through the trash bags for cubs helmets for helmet sundaes and wash them out to put them back into the window to reuse. This place has molded milk stuck to the floor behind machines, roaches, and sooo many health code violations.

This place is great I get my dog a hotdog when I come through and the staff is amazing and I tip them everytime

On Sunday May 6 my 16 ur old daughter went to work to find there was no one there so she comes home calls the boss Richard he said 3 people call in I here now my husband took her back.when we pick her up at 5 she comes out gets in an busted out bawling so I tell my husband to stop I want to hear whats wrong she continues to tell me that The owner Richard an her work alone til 3 she said he yell at her several times because she didnt no were certain things was I mind you this was her 4th day and all the girls would ever let her do is dishes she said he slammed boxes she had to go into bathroom because she didnt want to cry in front of customer. She is scared to death of him I do plan to talk to someone she will not be going back there more to this story but cant put on fb til we meet with? Richard I just want you to no I adopted this girl 5yrs ago she was very abuse and for you to treat her the way you did you should be blaming your workers that trained her you didnt have the right to treat my daughter the way you did.this is not over.

They cannot make cookie dough blizzards correctly. I correct them every time I go and they act like nothing is wrong. Im done going here, I would rather drive further and get it made correctly.

Friendly service...cant beat the $6 lunch!

The service was very slow. Employees seemed very disorganized. We actually waited 25 minutes and only moved up in line by one customer. We had 14 in our group and we all were getting Blizzards. Left and went next door to Rallys.

I dont know if they were having a bad day, but the service was awful. Also, finish processing your payment and give me my card back. Dont walk away and work on someone elses order and while I get pushed aside while you help other people. I should get my card back immediately. You have two windows. Take orders from one, serve out the other. It is not rocket science. Its no wonder DQs are closing in Terre Haute. If you really want DQ in Terre Haute, go down south to the one on Davis, near Honey Creek Mall. I will not be coming back to this location.

We go to D Q about 3-4 times a WK our gig has to have his pup cup so of course pops n I get a milkshake !

The one certain employee was very rude I go to this location regularly and as always she has a horrible attitude. No name on her shirt I can describe her she has short hair multi colors mostly green. Careless to have her finger down inside my cup she was mixing the blizard. I will start going to the Dairy Queen on Davis.
