While visiting Terre Haute my Verizon cell phone died. Thinking I would need a new phone I went to this location to discuss my options. We were met by Misty who diagnosed the problem as the battery and not the phone. She then recommended a local Batteries Plus for the repair. Misty was quite helpful and saved me hundreds of dollars. Great service!

The sales guy was super nice, and very helpful. My mom (shes 72) and I went there to upgrade from her flip phone (an original, not the newer ones lol) to a smartphone. He was very informative, and explained everything to us both, and made sure she knew what he was explaining. He didnt try and pull her into buying the most expensive phone they had. Great experience.

Had such a horrible experience. Jason sold me a phone and failed to mention crucial information about the trade in. He told me I would get the full amount for my trade which was about 650.and never asked if anything was wrong with it or if it had any scratches on it.he told me if I had any problems I could come talk to him about it so I did and he turned into such an arrogant and smug person. He said its not my responsibility for you turning in a broken phone and I just cant check everyones trade for those things  all while being condescending. Isnt that his job? He never tried calling customer service for me or anything to help me. I had to go to another store to recieve the service I deserved. After finding out this was a corporate store I am beyond disappointed . I was treated as just another sale and as long as he got his commission why would he care. I will never go back

Took part in the $600 trade in value towards the new S21. Sales person failed to mention it was going to be discounted over the 24 month plan. We were under the impression, and the sales person made it seem like it would be an immediate credit once they approved our trade in. And now we cant pay off our phones without being charged almost the full amount for the phone, as it doesnt recognize the trade in value.

I have been a Verizon customer for 26 years. From my experience today I will be looking for a new provider. They had the phone I wanted. I was ready to buy it and an Otterbox. It said that they didnt have one available at that store. I was amazed when the woman brought one out and offered to sell it to me for an additional $20. They said they had a policy that they had to keep so many in stock unless I paid the additional $20. To say the least I am shopping for a new carrier. Oh, by the way, I have an unlimited data family plan. If I want 5G it will cost me an addition $10 per month. Everyone there was friendly but I wont be ripped off even for $20.

Had some issues online, but when I go to the store they have all been fantastic. Purchased a Pixel 4, which was upgraded from the original Pixel. Got a great deal. Went unlimited and paperless they took more off my bill and gave me the Disney channel. Now is the time.

Horrible service and even worse treatment of longtime customers. I saw them tell a veteran his federal retirement id was no good in their store even though its used for Verizon discounts and trumps a state ID anywhere I have never seen a veteran treated that badly and they treated me almost as bad and I have been a customer over 20 years the female who said she was the manager used the F bomb several times and said she didnt care if someone was a veteran or long time customer it was her store and her rules.

We had a very knowledgeable salesman take the time to go over what plans & phones offer what & how to make things easier on my grandma to use hers. Horrible employee attitude, customer service is a joke, I was given false or incorrect info about my plan, the list goes on. Then the new cell tower CDMA update rendered all my old devices unusable with no reimbursement. Im switching carriers for good.

My wife and I visited the store in Honey Creek Square on April 11 and we purchased 2 Verizon Sony phones and a tablet. Bill OGrady took very good care of us and took time to show us our phone features and helped us with our choices after we discussed our needs. Bill really knows his phones and gives excellent customer service. He is friendly and personable and I highly recommend him. I will not hesitate to contact him when I am ready to upgrade next time!! My husband came home from working a 10 hr night shift and he had dropped his phone and his phone was not working at all so after he slept for a few hours we decided to drive to the closest store a Hr away to have his phone looked at we walked in not only to walk into the security guard standing at the door due to a IPhone 6s release but a lady met us at the door and asked what we needed as my husband tried to explain to her his phone is broken she said that he could help us and she never even looked at his phone just told us after the drive here we had to file online or call the number she handed us on a piece of paper. So then we decided to come into this location without any hesitation Charlie and Matt pulled us to a desk and started helping us they never once said we cant help you Charlie actually called the claim company and is helping my husband get his phone replaced and gave him a loner to get thru the next few days to get his phone replaced... They were very polite and not once said anything about not being able to help us they were more the willing to try to figure out what we needed and find the right solution to our situation... Very pleased with the service and polite service

Bought a phone from the store in front of the mall. The screen started separating and the store in front of the mall tried to say that the phone was bent and physically damaged. To me it was a defect, and the mall store was very helpful in saying the phone was not bent and helped me get another. The store in front of the mall would not replace it, and had taken my insurance off. They were also extremely rude with me. The store in the mall was was able to reason with me obviously seeing how upset I was that the other store did that. I did end up getting another phone and it has been great ever since. I come to the store in the mall every time I have a question about my service and phone. They have excellent customer service!!!! I recommend this store to anyone who is starting or has service with Verizon.

Was treated as just another sale. Really dont like going to this branch due to 1 employee who flat out lied to us about what all was included with phone and package. When bill came, there was almost $300 more than he told us it would be!!!! Troy is a name to avoid there. All other sales people were helpful and nice. I now will only go to the Verizon store on the east side of Terre Haute in front of Super Walmart. They are so much nicer and spend as much time with you as you need. MUCH NICER !

I am very disappointed with the service my wife received from this location. We spent $1,000 on a phone. We spent $30 on a screen protector and they installed it like a three year old would have. The service member pushed insurance on my wife even though she did not want it. I had to call directly to delete the insurance. I really expected better service from this location

I will say that one gentleman was eating his food out on the sales floor, which I found a little bit unprofessional, but they definitely had a friendly, casual feel and it really wasnt a huge deal. I have gone in there several times and it is always busy. I dont mind waiting for service because I know a lot of people need help. But the service people tend to just start talking to random people they know before going to help you. While I was there this last time, I waited for quite a while, then only seconds into my time with the service agent his last client came back into the store to ask for help. I would have been fine with him finishing the matter with the prior client before getting to me, but instead he attempted juggling both of our needs at the same time. Switching from phone to phone he managed to wipe the entire memory off the other clients phone and he took way too long to determine he could not help me... something I already knew because the issue was mechanical and not related to the phones data or settings. So he ordered me a new phone and told me it would be to my house in a few days. I asked him how long it would take and what I would need to do once I got the phone, but he was still so involved with the other customer that he just gave me a vague answer. I got no receipt and no tracking number. My old phone is completely broken now, not just the mechanical issue, but he reset my settings. Ive gone three days without a phone, which would not be a major issue, as I have gone weeks without one before, but I do not have a house phone and I do not live anywhere near my family. I feel as if I have been wronged by the service agent and am now in direct affect of his mistakes.

There was plenty of service staff ready to help me in anyway possible.... except the two issues I had. I walked in with 2 broken devices.. My youngest son broke his ipad... we wanted to cancel that account. We were told that they could no longer help us with that... we needed to call a 1-800 number. Then we tried to start a warranty claim on a shattered iPhone... turns out that Verizon has removed all these services from store level. Sooo unless you plan on paying or opening a new account... they cant help you. We walked out with two 1-800 numbers.

Came In store to get help with my husbands gps on his phone. Welcomed and greeted at door by a rep named Levi. He was very helpful and knew how to get the GPS working on my husbands. Saved us money by dropping our plan and got us a great deal on a tablet so we can have and use a bigger gps when traveling on the road. Excellent service!

I recently visited Verizon in the HoneyCreek Mall, and was greeted by a gentleman named Matt. He answered all the questions I had about getting an iPhone 6, and explained everything in detail. He really took the time to find me the best deal based on my needs, I was so beyond pleased with the service that I was receiving that I cancelled my contract with ATT and am now a proud Verizon customer! I love that I can come on the store anytime and always be taken care of, thank you for having such great staff that care about their customers!

They talk to you like you are an idiot and give you looks like really? Not friendly at all. I wish I would have looked at her name tag so I could share with you all who not to go to!
