In 2019 they fixed the hinge on my laptop for $60 and said they would credit that towards it if it broke again. It did in early 2020 and they told me it would be $160, so I paid $100 for them to order the part, which they said would be delayed due to covid which I understand. They never called me back to tell me they got the part. I called them to check on it and it wasn’t in yet. I called a month later to get a refund and they said they can’t refund special orders. They also told me the original price they told me was wrong and I would have to pay more. Since then I have messaged their Facebook and emailed them with no answer. So I’m out $100 and still have a broken laptop, and if they ever got the part in, they never told me.

I love I mechanic! I have had several phones and a couple of iPads fixed here and they are very professional and prompt. Great repair quality and very honest. I would highly recommend!

I cant give them 5 stars because I gave them almost $250, its just principal. That said they fixed my broken screen in under 1.5hr and they have great customer service. There was an issue with my antenna after I got the phone back and they fixed that no hassle in like 20 minutes. I hope I dont have to visit them soon but if the need arises then I wont hesitate to.

I brought a keyboard in to have two keys replaced and was told they will not replace individual keys, only entire keyboards. Replacing individual keys is a standard practice so it feels like its just a way to get more money out of people who dont know better. I sat in their parking lot and ordered the two keys I needed along with key mounts (hinge) and cups for $18 including shipping. I would recommend looking around for other solutions before settling on this place.

Ive had several repairs done here, including computers and cracked phone screens. I looked into replacing a phone screen for a burned in image. They recommended I look into buying a similar model, a year newer. It was about the same cost as the replacement screen and would be less likely to have the same problem with burn in, than the replacement. It didnt make them any money, but it was the right advice.

I purchased a phone at iMechanic a couple of years ago. They were recommended by my cellphone carrier. Their prices are competitive, their service is excellent and they back their products. Most recently I needed to replace my cellphone case, cover and battery. They remembered me and the phone I had purchased! They listened to what the problem was, and checked to make sure I needed everything I thought I needed. In today’s world it’s so nice to deal with a local business, a person who knows the products they are selling, the patience to explain the products and answer questions for those of us who are technically challenged, and a business that provides support and customer service. Love this shop!

I was in a pinch because my laptop for school wasn’t working. They found the issue and helped me. Super great service, really nice people, the building was clean and there was proper mask usage and social distancing.

Went to get my screen fixed, and they returned it in working condition, but the screen looked great, but it would constantly glitch. I went back in less than an hour telling them about this issue and they told me it was not their problem and the phone left in working condition, which means my phone was returned to me in worse condition than when I sent it in. DO NOT go here.

I highly recommend this business! Extremely impressed with their service! After answering many of my questions, they took time to do a factory reset on my phone and they didnt charge me anything. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my iPhone in in hopes of getting it turned back on, but due to the overload of storage that made my phone crash it was too late to save my photos and I didnt have everything backed up on the iCloud. They were very helpful and patient with my questions!

I got my console fixed and my brother and it took over 3 weeks to get both fixed.

Took my ipod to get repair. I really had faith this company. Received my IPad back the same day. The next day ipod was acting up took it back and they fix the problem because it was cracked. Nevertheless the iPad was in a case when I took it to and picked up in a case. How did it get a little crack in screen. Lesson learn check your product over in the store 👌.

Took my sons phone here because it wouldnt charge. They cleaned the charger port and didnt charge me. He could have easily said come back in an hour and charged me for a port but didnt charge a thing. Very nice and honest staff. They have my future business.

I cracked my screen and they replaced it in under an hour for a respectable price. At no time did I feel like they were patronizing me or trying to up-sell something I didn’t need. Great service!I had a phone that was still working well but had battery issues. For the price of two months of a new phone payment they had me back up and running quick. The staff was very friendly and the service took only about an hour. I had checked online to see if I could replace the battery myself so I know it was no easy task. Very happy and will recommend them any chance I get!

Just left this store, my mothers screen on her Samsung galaxy s7 edge went bad. I had called several businesses one of which being geek squad at Best Buy for quotes to get it fixed. We came In and they luckily had a replacement screen in stock. And in a few hours fixed it and replaced the battery at a fraction of the cost of Everywhere else. I am going to return soon for a few of my electronics. They have a new permanent customer here.

My phone would not charge. I brought it to iMechanic Terre Haute and they took a quick look at the lightening port and said it would not take long. Came back and said it was a dirty port which he cleaned for me at no charge. If I ever need a repair in the future this where I will go.

These are the very nicest people. My iMac died, and they charged me nothing for trying to fix it. They are keeping it for me until I get a replacement and will transfer my stuff for a very reasonable fee. I was told exactly what to look for in a replacement computer. 100% satisfied and impressed.

Took my computer there after dropping water on it and luckily was only the battery that got affected. Took some time for the battery to get shipped in which sucked being in grad school without a computer but got it fixed and works good so I am happy!

It was a very quick service to have my screen replaced On My iPhone but when I got it back my home button seemed kinda loose. Slowly over the course of two months my home button got worse and worse. After I picked it up, it went from Having to press the button a couple times then repeatedly to get it to work and suddenly to it not working at all. I was told after it stopped working that when I got screen replaced, they didn’t get everything put back together as well as they should have which lead to me having to buy a whole new phone. Completely not worth it.

My Iphone had stopped charging and I assumed that I would have to get the charging port replaced but to my surprise the port just needed cleaned. It was really quick, taking just about a minute, and it was free of charge. If anyone is having issues with their phone I would definitely recommend them to come here!

I was very happy with the service I received! They were very nice and polite, and was able to fix my phone in a hour! It was cheaper than using the insurance. Going back to get batter changed in my sons phone also . Both are iphones6 plus, mine was stuck on headphone when you tried to change volume and wouldnt ring because of that.

Screen was repaired poorly. Screen wasnt seated properly after they replaced it and they tried saying my brand new phone was bent. After a brief disagreement, he fixed it. Turns out I was right. Then days later I noticed I now have light bleed on the bottom and two bright spots about midway on the screen. To top that off, the home button isnt seated properly either. Can feel its raised on right side more than left. I will never return. Pretty sure I could have just done it better myself. Thoroughly dissatisfied.

Stopped in to see what was wrong with my iPhone. It would not charge thru the charging port. The gentleman behind the counter took one look pulled out a small tool and removed a wad of pocket lint. Made sure it would charge. And sent me in my way at no charge. I will be taking my laptop in for servicing very soon.
