Our son is a student at ISU and depends on his car to get to the airport for school. We sent him to Hoosier Mechanics because we’re not close by to help. Turns out the wheels were dangerously loose. Eric took a look at it and fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge him. We’ll definitely remember this shop when we need anything in the future.

Awesome experience. Came n got the van after 5 on a Friday. They found a hard to locate part in a timely fashion and quickly repaired the issue. The price they charged was VERY REASONABLE. I would recommend them highly

I just moved to terre haute, I was unaware of any mechanical shops around the area I did the normality of Google what was in my area and decided to come here because of the reviews. I will say first and foremost the reviews are 100% on par... I have never met a owner (Eric Dugan) or shop manager (Taylor Layton) that was not only beyond knowledgeable but professional and courteous. The pricing on everything that I have had them do since day one has been beyond generous to nobody but the customer. They absolutely have my business and from what I see the almost entirety of terre haute forever. 10/10 if youre having vehicle problems I highly suggest checking this place out first because it will save you money and the work is on the next level of exemplary.

The guys at Hoosier Mechanics got us in right away for a brake job, saved us more than $800 off what Firestone was telling us the work would cost. Absolutely saved my car and my wallet. Im definitely recommending to all of my friends!
