I have been wanting to let you know the condition of your stores in Waco. One on Valley Mills and the other on Highway 77. The stores are dirty, drink cups are missing and drink area is not clean. Bathrooms are not clean.. With Covid going around I feel very uncomfortable going inside. Cleanliness is the main issue.

Absolute ignorance of some of the employees that work here especially an older lady with gray hair is astronomical. They do not know federal or state laws requiring ID for tobacco products and they are extremely rude when it is pointed out That they do not actually know the full regulation. Not only that but they are insisting that they touch your ID and card in the middle of a global pandemic whether they believe it’s real or not it’s not there place. On top of that the store is dirty it smells like A musty urinal cake and there is absolutely zero sanitation between customers

Went into the cefco in Forney, Texas cashier said it was policy that he couldnt take the change I had given him along with my $20 which was only a penny. This same employee Ive seen outside smoking marijuana on the clock,on the property in between customers. I suppose thats why he cant count well enough to give me the correct money back. He bragged about how his job was secure when I told him I would be reaching out to corporate. I will be reaching out to management as well.

On April 30 at 9:43 p.m. I came to the cefco on Stan schleuter in Killeen Texas and the doors were locked and your employee was standing outside talking to someone and didn’t bother allowing us to go in spend money at cefco, so we had to leave and go to Exxon were we didn’t want to spend our money. I’ve always been very satisfied with the service at cefcos but tonight was very disappointing.

The manager is a rude and disrespectful lies to the district manager about his employees. I will never work or shop here again

I got my car washed at the Cefco on 31st in Tempe and the guy came up And told the other guy he’s done my truck had to go even when the guy said he wasn’t done and when I said something the guy told me to buy a bigger package. Then talked trash to me and I almost Fought the guy

I would never recommend anyone to work for this place, I am still owed 900$ in mileage pay but Wendy(hr) refuses to pay me the rest of my mileage pay, they take advantage of there employees, the worst place I’d ever worked for

Well I came in trying to see if I could buy a pack of ciggerrettes and Kelly said, no I cant sell you cigerrettes with out a Id, I said okay, are you gonna card me for a pack of papers, Kelly said yes, I have too or Ill get a 4,000 thousand dollar fine, then I ask her, OK are you gonna card me for a drink and I pointed at the beer, and she said no I wouldnt card you for a drink, I said okay, then when my skate board fell when I tried to put two skate boards down, because I just professionally skate boarded the south broadway walmart Tyler to troup hwy, I was tired and Kelly yelled at me telling me get out of the store now, I said OK, but now Kelly you will see me in Court because you told me you wouldnt card me for a drink . lol I am going to talk to your area manager and after Im done Im going to have your area manger fire you and tell you, you cant come to the store you used to work for .cefco store on troup hwy and Shiloh has a pending lawsuit now.

Called these people for over 3 hrs and their corporate phone line was busy the entire time! What kind of a place has one line for a corporate headquarters, or refuses to answer...

This is an airport????
