The 7-Eleven location on South 31st in Temple, Texas is a really nice clean, quick in and out, Convenience/Gas Store. I like it because The Rest Room is Bright, Clean and Easily Accessible. And, The Air Conditioning is Always Cool on a Hot Day. The last time I was there it was Raining Hard...The Clerks had put down Mats all around to Dry the Water being tracked inside by Customers and there were Caution Cones set up by the door to show a drier route through the Store for the Customers Safety. I thought that was Cool. Wet well waxed floors are very slippery and it was a good reminder to Be Careful. Of Course, They have the Usual Beverages and Snacks and some Knick Knacks you might need in a pinch. They also have a Hot Box up front with some Quick and Ready Food Selections, if you want a little more than, Beer, Soda, Candy, Tasty Cakes or Chips. As for Chips, the main reason I like to stop at this 7-Eleven location, is for these Particular Kettle Gouda Chips. Its the Only Place Ive ever seen them...Including other 7-Eleven Stores. If you happen to see them you should try them. But, Save some for ME though. 😁 If your Vehicle is Running on Empty, They also have Gas Pumps with Reasonable Competitive Prices. Its Just a Nice Place for a Stop when you are out Running Errands and Need A Break.

I live at Raintree apartments been walking over here the last 4 nights. Mario is so good with customer service. Wendy on the other hand. Last night she was trying to wait on me and she couldn’t open her mouth. Tonight she said a few words I told her see you can talk.

You have poorly trained employees who are unable to count up to ten, who dont even know the managers last name and are unknowledgeable when it comes to Lottery rules. The contact information should be posted on the store and it is nowhere to be found. If I managed this store I would be embarrassed.

The customer service on night shift has the best service and Ill be glad to go back every night.

They do not clean the grills Nor sanitize store like theyre supposed to DONOT EVER GET COFFEE FROM THERE THEY DONOT CLEAN THE COFFEE POTS OUT AND BLACK STUFF COMES OUT WHEN THEY DO DECIDE TO CLEAN THEM ITS GROSS and they sell you out of date food...and past expired food that needs to be thrown in trash THEY WILL SELL IT TO U WITHOUT U KNOWING THE FOOD IS OLD.

Just ignore Joel and it’s a solid store.

It was alright Store was clean

Everyone there is pretty awesome (afternoon & late night crew), but Joel is one of a kind !! I walk to work & one morning it started pouring down rain. Id gone in to ask for a trash bag to stay kinda-sorta-just-a-bit-not-so-wet on my 3 mile trip. He kinda shook his head and walked off. When he came back, he had his own personal jacket in his hand and handed it to me!! Who really does that anymore? I did return it, dry, as requested 😋 !! Hes just an all around great guy !!

Clean very friendly

Ive been trading here for years. Same people for the most part. Lorie, joel, marsha are like family. Always friendly when I stop in. I dont go. To any other convienant store in town because I like coming here. Prices are fair, store is clean and there always having some kind of sale.

Got a $4 small food trey today for my lunch and ended up hungry because its a month old. At the front of the refrigerator shelf. Really? Won’t be back.
