Good sales thru the whole store. The only place I can find percale sheets in Temple, on sale, perfect thread count, good color selection. I also like their towel selection and prices.

Good ol JCPenny. A dying business model. I found everything I needed and left. The lure of being able to touch what Im buying is a progressively weaker idea.. especially with the same items always only a day away and I dont have to leave my house.

Great black Friday sales, and I love that they combine coupons!But as far as helpfulness when trying to locate something, it wasnt that great. Locating an employee that could help (didnt have a line, doing someones makeup, etc) THAT was the hard part.Only other thing I would recommend is a little more space between racks. It wasnt easy for their disabled patrons to look around or browse.

I have always enjoyed JCPennys but now its supplies are gone because its closing.My 30 years old Granddaughters got most clothes from there.Now my younger Grandchildren wont have that privilege.

Great experience at the hair salon. I have one of the best stylists there!!! But they all do a great job from what Ive observed.

I love JCPenney. I really do. I went in to buy a pair of shorts. They were no longer on sale, as I was informed by the cashier, so I left without making a purchase. When I got home I decided to check their online price. Sure enough, I could save $20 by ordering online and picking up at the store. 15 minutes later my order was ready. I drove back to the store and got the exact pair of shorts for $20 less. Thats just absurd. No wonder brick and mortar stores are in trouble. I love sales and discounts but whoever came up with this marketing idea needs to be fired.

Had great service today from the Salon! Fran Hawthorne worked me in and worked her magic and my hair looks wonderful! Also I got to use my Salon coupon, that was awesome! So very rarely get those!

I love shopping JCPenneys. I normally buy clothes there. The only reason I am giving three stars is its always so ungodly hot in that store. Which means I cant stay in there very long to shop as it is so uncomfortable.

I know JC PENNEY has had issues but you can barely call this a store. It is never stocked, has empty shelves and very few people to assist. The register always has a line with only one employee. Normally if I am walking around I feel like I am the only one in the store.

Now everything with 40 and 60% off in all store

This store should be recieving a 1 star rating however I am giving it a three for one reason, their was a worker by the name of Jordan. She even when customers were giving her a hard time greeted me with a smile. I think she should be praised because she is what a worker should be. Even though she is working retail she still has an amazing attitude, through customers giving her a hard time. Though she was not the only worker that made my experience better, she is the one that stood out the most simply because she had the best attitude.

When did they start only selling to tweens? Ugly shoes

Ok, could not get any response from sales representative. Looks to me like that store could use some more help on the sales floor. However a very nice lady did help me tremendously. Her name was Renee. Store could use more help like her.

Very clean and large variety department store. Everything was organized and the store smelled beautiful. I buy from cosmetic department. They have a large variety of name brand stuff. I came for the cover all Mac. Service was nice and friendly, they knew their stuff.

On the holiday weekend I expected to get nice and good sale with service and friendly. But its opposite. No the products same quality as Walmart and price must higher than . This company needs to train their employees as went back to 40 years ago.

Always have a big choice of clothes and sizes everytime I go.

So I took my daughter there looking for some basketball shoes. this was a last resort place. they had the display shoes on the shelf. nothing close to that below it. they had boxes of sandles. no organization

Limited check out counters open. Had t walk the entire store to find one. Sale person rude.

Displays are nice and neat with plenty of selections to choose from. Sadly I dont know how long the store will remain open as the mall foot traffic continues to decline.

Clothes selection is decent enough. A little pricey since a large portion of their product is bigger name brands such Levis, Nike, etc. The store isnt doing as well as it was 5-10 years ago, but the entire mall its in is the same way. Many sales and discounts can be seen at the moment.

Nice jcpenny lcoation. they have a big and tall section as well, but be sure to try on the clothes because some of the sizes vary

I visited with my wife who looked for clothing (extremely exciting for me) after her vision appointment next door.There is really nothing I wanted to see at JC Penney.

They do not have any maternity clothes at this store. You would a company as large as JC Penney would have a maternity section.

Associates were helpful and our shopping was fun.

JCPenney is an average place to shop. Since they have restructured, the items in the store are a little bit cheaper. All in all, it is an okay place to shop. I do like that it is inside the mall and you can also reach it without going through the whole Mall. Just park beside JCPenney and there are several entrances on several sides of the mall.

Very disappointed in staff. Good thing for me I am a shopper, spent way to much money here. So if you need to stop shopping its a good place to go.

Store was a mess, bathrooms were even worse with over flowing trash cans, bloody tampons on the floor and no paper towels. Could not find an associate anywhere to assist with dress shirts. Cashier smacked her gun while complaining that nobody in the store helps. Line built up with 5 people and we all waited patiently for after the cashier called the LOD for assistance on a sale check. At least acknowledge the long growing line. I feel sorry for anyone that would have come through the store in a wheel chair because there were so many sale racks in the aisle it was ridiculous. No surprise these stores are closing if this is how they are run.

At least one person was happy and helpful. The store was clean but the bathroom had a wet dog smell. It was a bit challenging to find my way around the womens clothes.

Why is there ALWAYS a price discrepancy here? There signage is always wrong. They will also argue with you at the register & hold up a hold line just to try & prove a point. If you try to use more than one coupon they tell you to get in line again. (I was with my daughter) Not my favorite place to shop. Also they took out all the price scanners and didnt want to give me prices as they said I could just download the app & do it myself?? Not great customer service!

I finally found something to buy, but this store doesnt do it for me and that makes me sad.
