I am very happy with your curbside service

This order online I placed I thought was curbside pickup. It was for instore. The person handling the groceries for pickup was amazing!!! Best customer service. I had traveled with my dog. I order most of my things to be delivered and only go out for what I have to. I dont care for the rudeness of people driving which I experienced when I left Target. The girl bringing out the groceries advised she could help me. No way was I going in since I brought my dog and the costumes were for him! She brought them to my car! Loved that customer service!! She should be recognized for going above and beyond! Wish there were more like her! The world would be a better place! Watching her customer service with the people who had ordered groceries online and assisting them was a treat! Fastest checkout in town with the greatest of ease and polite beyond!!! Thank you! Feeling Blessed!!!

I love this store. Employees have always been great. I order online for pickup and never have any issues. Some items may be pricier than Walmart as some people have complained about but their quality is better.

Five days ago I came here to look for a few things. Some I found, some they dont carry. Every employee I spoke with was happy to either show me to what I was searching for, or suggested an alternative if it was something they dont carry. Store is clean and well laid out. I did enjoy shopping and browsing here. Checkout was easy and quick, and the cashier, like all the other employees, was friendly and kind. The lady at the service desk is amazing, and very helpful. I will no doubt shop here again, as they carry a wider variety of items than I had realized.

No one ever answers the phones. I needed to talk to guest service, and on several occasions the phone rang untill it hung up. After I tried calling other departments, even hr yet no answer. Getting help over the phone seems pretty impossible at the moment.

This store has a lot of everything. Clothing ( women and men), kitchen, bedroom,bath, furniture, groceries cvc pharmacy plus more and more. Look and you will find. Store is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful for all your needs.

Love their cat food, health & beauty, coffee, and housewares selections.SO much better than Walmart.

This target had what I needed to get. The lady working the self checkout was so quick and helpful. She moved the line quickly and even cleaned between each customer. It was very efficient.The restrooms were clean and working as well.

Nothing special about this Target location. Store is clean and the employees are just there. They took a page from Walmart’s playbook and cut back on open sales registers. Beware of their “Weekly Sales Ad” as a lot of items are not on sale. Prices are a little higher than Walmart but they are less crowded.

I think its wonderful that Target provides curbside during the pandemic,. I am able to carry out basic day to day activities from the car thanks to the curbside service they provide.

Good quality merchandise; clean, bright, friendly store; always new things. Target is consistently a winner and I usually leave with more than I intended ;-D

Not enough checkers and when the nice guy was in the middle of checking me out and asking how my day was the rude manager made him leave and give the register to someone else. I don’t think a cashier has ever left mid transaction before. He even said do you want me to finish and she said “no I want to to go over there” weird! The place was a disaster. They don’t have much food at all. I was looking for basic things like a small jar of dill pickle slices and 2 liter of Sprit. I have never been a fan of Target so I only go when desperate!

Great price, easy fast pickup

Food court was open but I was told I could not get popcorn due to the fact. They were closing in an hour and he had already taken down the machine. Only complaint was that it was barely 2pm. Nice selection of baby toys no selection of baby shoes

The drive up order pickup option is super fast, very convenient and the employees are always very friendly. The store is always clean and the wait times to check out are never long. Great place to shop and also one of my favorites!

A lot of people have issues with the broken app and online experience but store employees went 100000000000000% above and beyond to make up for it helping far more then I even hoped for.

Very easy to shop online & I received notification that my order was ready earlier than expected. Pick up was fantastic. Friendly service & my order was brought to my car very quickly after check in. I will definitely be using this service more often.

The Christmas hours are great cause it was so very peaceful this morning. It was not busy at all and employees were all very helpful.

I have found that Target has many hard to find items that other large retailers do not carry.They also have many of the hard to find items in stock. This is a plus for me, because I like the convenience of going to one store and being done!

There is no notice on google stating that the store is not available for all customers on Tuesday mornings. There is a lengthy notice about COVID procedures but this isn’t one. Google provides every opportunity to make it easy for this to be clearly communicated so customers can plan their trips accordingly.

Rude employees! The manager was rude also I didnt ask for 1 or anything they were just rude because I had a gift card and a coupon and didnt want to deal with it because you cant do more than one form of payment in self checkout she didnt listen to me when I said I needed a real register because with everything I had I needed to put on 2 cards mind you I spent over 600 on new baby items but I was treated like trash will no go back Wal heart has friendlier employees than target shame on you target!

What I do not like is thinking when I pick up a pack of shirt boxes that have an image on the top and subsequently find out you only get 1 ONE top with the image and then 3 blanks!!! The label clearly states 2 count, meaning 2 complete boxes. What a gip!!! Stinking RipOff

Clean, calm, has everything needed for the household in one place. Well except the big grocery items because this was Target and not a Super Target. But that is okay, I spent less time at grocery store after picking up all I could from Target. :)

Friendly neighborhood Target. Nice employees and very helpful when I cant find what I am looking for. Literally walked me to the aisle and pointed it out. A+ customer service this visit.

Target don’t even deserve a one star!! I ordered something on line received a email to inform me that the order was ready to pick up so I called before picking up the merchandise and asked to see if I sent someone with my drivers license could they pick up and they said yes!! Well very unprofessional I couldn’t get my order!! I did call and I was very upset cause all this coronavires going on I decided to have someone else pick up and yes I did tell them how I felt!!!I don’t recommend anyone ordering anything on line and that’s one of the reasons I stopped shopping there because of other problems with customer service in the pass!! I was hoping there customer service had improved but I guess it’s just got worse and they wonder why they don’t have any Business!! I could see why!!

Picked the Drive up option, ordered online, 2 mins later says my order is ready for pick up. Arrive at the store & we waited 1 min for them to bring it out. Second time doing the drive up, both different stores & they’ve both been outstanding.

You need an app to navigate through the ordering process so that the customer would know when the product is ready to be picked up. I ordered on line received a discount but I decided the 4 hour wait time was too long. I found the product, took it to the cashier but was told a different price and I had to canceled the online order.

Really enjoy using the Target app. It always it easy to locate items in the store and either purchase and pick up or go inside and right to item. The experience as a whole is easy and effortless. The products are alway exactly what you paid for with no issues.Highly recommend using the Target App.

I love Target and I like this location a lot. Its always clean here and this location has so many great new items every time I go.Their freezers have lots of healthy, delicious food. About the only thing you cant get here is produce. If youre in a pinch, you could make do here quiet well.Their home items are great quality and this location offers a lot. I always find great stuff on clearance here too.

Department shelves are depleting with know indication of restocking. Scary

Easiest process ever! I will go out of my way to use the Target Drive Up service! No waiting, fast service, text on the way and they bring your order out to you.

It is nice too Target Apple my only complaint is that it is not the easiest way to get in & out of. The store nicely stocked with a very good variety. Plus it has surrounded Bobby Js coma Sallys Beauty, Best Buy so if you get into their you can get all kinds of things done at once and have a pretty good meal

This was a fantastic experience! I was hesitant in ordering and doing the whole pickup thing. But I would have had to pay a delivery fee to have them delivered to my home. And I was on a tight budget so I didn’t want to go browse. This was the perfect fit. Thank you for adding this service.

Targets prices are normally hire than other retail stores. There are certain items that I can only find at Target. Target usually have really good sales.

Good selection, but poor customer service over the phone. If looking for assistance, or to ask a question it is best to go to the physical location. Calls were dropped, unanswered, not forwarded, and rude operator. Could be an off day, typically have good interactions when visiting.

This Target is what you expect from Target: great selection, great prices, and helpful staff. The location is very good as it is near a craft store, a pet store, and a few restaurants. If I have issues finding what I need, I have found that the workers have been helpful. Recently I had to return an item because part of it was broken and I didnt realize it until I returned home. The person at customer service helped me quickly and politely.Tip: If you ordered something online and are returning in store, you will need the receipt that was e-mailed to you.

Target is like my own personal oasis. Its always clean. Theres always new stuff. Theres stuff for the whole family. Everyones always super friendly. Cartwheel is so much fun to shop with. I love Target!

Great prices

The employees were really nice and helpful but i felt bad for the 1 guy at the registers who had a long line and didnt have any help. He was going as fast as he could but no one was even trying to help him, i saw 2 employees standing around talking to each other, and 1 customer put his stuff down and left. Maybe if they had more help at the front it would have been better.

Its ready to find what youre looking for. My family arrived neat closing (not purposefully) and we werent made to feel rushed, even though we did hurry because of the time. The employees are wonderful here, the store is clean, organized.

Great Prices and Friendly Service

Ran inside and grabbed bag of dog food and loaf of bread, upon getting to check out they have only self checkouts open. Until I get a discount for doing the job of employees (that should or could be employed) I refuse to use self checkout. Left my items on the counter of nearest register and told the front end employee sorry but I will not do it..sorry not sorry. Spent $2 more for dog food down the plaza way.

They were nice and neat and had a lot more choices out, compared to Harker Heights store they didnt. That is why I came to Temple and they met my expectations.

Not happy with microsoft

She was wearing a name tag that said Alexis, but her name is Lauren. She was our cashier, and she was the most friendly, outgoing, and efficient customer service representative I’ve delt with in YEARS!!! She made my target experience amazing, thanks Lauren and Target!

A good place to get what you need in a hurry. During the week there are not many lines and enough registers open. Has a Starbucks for a quick drink or snack.

Poor. Poor customer service. Long story short, Ive been searching for an item for my son for months (since toys r us had it, but closed) and I see that this target has it in stock. So I drive up there and look, to find nothing. No big deal, i was mentally prepared for it to not be there, because I know the app and actual in store inventory could be off. The problem was the help I received or lack there of. After asking the gentleman if he could just check in the back to see if its there, he said they are not allowed to. That the leaders of target get mad if they go in the back and search for items. I was taken back by that statement. You arent allowed to assist your customers? As he could see that I was growing visibly angry for the lack of effort he was giving me, he told me he could go back and take a look for a minute. Im SO sorry Im expecting people to do their jobs. I declined any further assistance from this guy, as I know he would have just went to the back and not looked and then would have just came out to tell me he couldnt find it. Im so angry about the lack of care this guy had....not even target itself, because every other person that passed me, said hi or how are you..BUT on a bright note, he did suggest that I could just order it online.....you mean instead of you actually looking in the back for me, I should just order it online?!? Its 2018, I know I can order it online, but I came here because it said it was in stock and I needed it now, not in 14 business days. Get better help Target.Sincerely,An Angry Customer - Curt

Merchandise was delivered on time. I was told two hours and was there before the two hours. Had no problems with customer care.

They have had everything I wanted and they are nowhere near as crowded as say a Wal-Mart store or a retail mall. Easy to get to also. Easy on & easy off the highway Interstate or freeway.

I always receive great and friendly service here. Target reps are in the front aisle assisting/directing you to the best checkout line.

I am not one to suggest to people who they should or should not shop with. That being said, I did mention to several people how easy it was to shop online and pick up what I wanted at the store the same day.

People are always friendly, relaxed shopping environment.

A helpful staff and good selection of items made my shopping (and returning) processes quick and painless.

Love the products and the atmosphere, but mostly its the employees who keep bringing me back. Not every interaction is a Hallmark moment ... but enough of them to reinforce that its the team there that keeps me coming back.

I already love target but the cashiers and customer service reps are AMAZING always helpful. I wish they kept their baby area (diapers, food, etc) a little better stocked but overall a great Target.

I shop at this Target often, because Temple is low on alternatives. Its relatively well stocked, generally pretty orderly, and the bathrooms are clean, but there are never enough cashiers at the front. It seems like theyre allergic to opening more than 2 lanes at a time, which is infuriating and off-putting.

I was very upset to hear of the firing of an employee for trying to do the right thing. Target says that they have had issues with the employee but yet he has worked there for 3 years. Something doesnt sound right about this situation. Plus they have minimal staff on hand at any given point in time during business hours. Not a fan of whats going on.

I love this store!!! They’re friendly and helpful. I am so amaze that All the employees will great you in smile. They cant even do that in HARKER HEIGHTS. 😂 Thats why I would rather drive extra few miles and be greeted with smile and kind. Lol 5 starts for this store!!

Its Target. But they do Target just about as well as any that Ive been to. No negatives come to mind. Items are usually well stocked. Good selection. They typically have plenty of register lines open when needed. Employees dont seem to hate their jobs. Nice location near other stores and several restaurants. Its what you expect from a Target. Not a super Target, just an everyday, mild mannered Target. Besides, if it was a Super Target, itd have to have a full grocery side in addition to the department side. (ba-dum-bum-CHING)
