Came in today because my check engine light was on. Not only did the guy have an attitude but was not friendly at all. I guess as a woman were not suppose to know about cars?? Anyhow got the machine and he told me it had a misfire. I told him thank you he just looked at me weird and handed me the print out. The place is clean and organized. Gave it a 3 🌟 because the place is well put together and you can find everything you need for your vehicle.

Good place for parts. But everytime I go in there. There is only one person helping customers and the rest of the employees are standing around talking.

Scott was great. Well experienced and patient. I had my kid and he fell asleep but needed a battery bc I didnt think mine would last one more crank. We all know how the line can be in these part stores and the last thing I wanted to be caught in with my kid passed out. I called in advance just to question, without hesitation he gathered some info and told me he was waiting for me. I pulled up and as told he was and quickly tested my car told me where everything was reading and we proceeded with a new battery. He took my card bought the battery brought it out and the tools to exchange everything, cleaned my cords and lubed everything up. I did nothing but wait with my sleeping baby. Good guy and great service!!!!!!!!!! Deserves 10 stars

Most of the time they have what I need. I always find it easy and stuff is pretty well organized. I wish they would please higher more knowledgeable staff. What does engine side have to do with windshield wipers!? But I have to admit its better than ORiley!

The gentleman that helped me had no clue to what he was doing. Said my Volkswagen was made in Japan 3x before correcting his self. I asked for a diagnostic test. Ran the 1st time said. It wasnt written in English. Got another handheld ran it. Had to get manager to explain details.

They will try to rip you off. I bought a battery from them and 2 weeks later I had it tested 2 different places and both said it was bad. AutoZone tested it and said is was fine, just low and that my alternator was bad. My mechanic tested and said the alternator was working perfectly. AVOID!

I went to go find out to see if they could help me find the right bulb for the left signal light of my car and they came outside and repaired it for me. They did a great job.

Came in for a battery check and it turned out to be something more serious. Miguel and the rest of the staff that was there yesterday did everything in their power and more to help. My friends and I were stranded almost 200 miles away from home. While trying to deal with a very packed store, Miguel kept calling every auto parts shop in the area to try and find the parts I needed to fix my car. Even when he had clocked out of work, he drove me and my friends to a neighboring shop to attempt to get the part we needed (since AutoZone didnt have the part, which is understandable because it was not a common part) though we didnt end up finding it, and ultimately had to get towed home. Regardless, Miguel helped us beyond the customer service expectation, and that man deserves the biggest raise. I cant thank him, and the other employees at this shop enough for making one of the most stressful situations Ive been in in my life that much more bearable. I am so incredibly thankful.
