I got my covid-19 vaccine here and they couldnt have been more dismissive or rude. I had an appointment both times and the first time they made me wait over an hour the second time over half an hour while they did nothing. When I asked what the holdup was she said well you can see were busy with other things.

This is my local Walgreens! Let me start by stating that they have a wide variety of alcohol/section & of course more! The store is always clean, Patrick who is a Walgreens employee is awesome! He always goes above and beyond with helping customers and he is very friendly! I was looking for a lip balm that wasn’t on the shelf and he went towards the back room to get me one in stock! 😁#Happy !

Pharmacy staff gives customers a hard time and treat them like children. They require us wait few minutes for primary pharmacist to sign off after paying the RX. Silly and unnecessary practices what’s more, the staff always seem suspicious of customers. For example, my daughter’s refills for skin had one more refill left yet they told me they need doctors authorization even though both RXs clearly showed one more refill for each. Highly recommend not to use this pharmacy.

I went to the store at 925 W Baseline Road in Tempe, AZ, to purchase Zyrtec D. I showed the woman working there my ID when she asked for it. She asked me to remove my glasses and pull down my mask. The suggestion is inappropriate during this pandemic, and none of your other employees have ever asked me that. First, she asks me to expose my eyes to the Virus, then my nose and mouth! The act of touching my mask by “pulling it down” contaminates my hands now as well. I asked her if this was Walgreens policy to ask people to remove masks or if it was her personal policy since I had never been asked to do this before. After much back and forth, she refused to answer my question directly. She clearly lacked the critical thinking skills necessary to identify someone from an ID. She could have looked at my skin color, hair color, height, or weight. She could have asked me any of the facts only I would know in the ID to confirm my identity.

I spoke to Denise about options to deliver items to my brother. I live out of state and She explained ways I can get items delivered to to his doorstep. Denise was so patient and helpful. She’s an asset to Walgreens in Tempe Arizona

Called there, asked for a specific medicine, three persons one by another picked up the phone, three times asked the name of the medicine. Gave me a positive answer and after 5 minute I was there. They didn’t find what I wanted and didn’t pay attention at me ( I was with brother and husband) and working with another visitors. After 10 minutes they brought this medicine half time using before expired date. Bad service.

This is a pretty scary area to go to if you are alone. There are always loiterers and sketchy people around. But there is a beauty rewards offer that will save you money if you buy a lot of make up! Also it is a convenient place to fill a prescription. I wouldnt recomend the photo printing off of your phone here, about 70% of my photos cane out wrong and I had to stand there for another 45 minutes to manually fix it. Go to Wal-Mart for pics!

Deb is the best Pharmacist, she absolutely informs patients with the best information. Always makes you feel welcome at her pharmacy!

Walgreens is a very racist company with biast practices, Some walgreens may hire token minorities, but they still practice racism, and have other employees keep am eye on the minority employee, i would rather go to cvs or some other store for sundries

I have been going to the walgreens for almost a year now and I have yet to have a bad experience with the employees. They are always nice and very helpful.

Its not the best, but it is better than a few of them that I have been to. They could brush up on their customer service skills.

I come here every single Tuesday to pick up prescriptions. They are so unorganized and never call to tell me if theres a problem with my order and wait til I get there so then I have no choice but to wait in the seating area for hours. Just today I dropped my prescription off and came back in an hour like they said just for them to say sorry, we dont have this in stock. Well transfer it to a different store, and then I had to wait another hour at the other store! Im transferring my services to Walmart this has gotten so ridiculous. Do not come to this pharmacy.

One of the worst Walgreens I have experienced; the service was horrible. I will never to go back there; it was so bad I am seriously thinking about not going back to any of the Walgreens stores for any purchases...

The shorter guy at the register was very rude and impolite.

Its a shame that it took for someone to be robbed in order for the management to decide to turn on ALL the parking lot lights at night. Funny how the lights came on in the parking lot as the cops were being called. Please, leave the lights on for customer safety.
