Ive always had a good experience shopping there, and Id suggest it. This is a must-see shopping center.

I am already a big fan of Urban Outfitters. I love the large selection of styles. This particular location has two floors and did a great job with the different sections/departments. It was easy to find what I was looking for.

Always feel like the sales reps are following us around or watching us as we shop.

Clean location, not the best selection at the moment for men’s clothing.They are practicing social distancing and the store is clean. They do have a good sale a lot of the time!I do enjoy this location though. Nice staff, and neat gifts can be found here.

They have some great rock band T-shirts for a reasonable price. Picked up a Nirvana happy face T-shirt. They Also they sell albums from $24 up to $34. New albums only, no used. If you are Checking out albums make sure you check out their floor bin to the left of the main album shelf, this is their sale bin and there’s usually a lot of good albums in there for $14.99 or so. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Bit overpriced but decent items

Ok so I ordered something online and returned it to this location.I had to return it to a gift card and then use the gift card for my purchase because it didn’t equal the total amount refunded.Anyways when I went to use the gift card it was like defect or something and my transaction was like useless. After waiting and waiting they got the store owner (I think)And he handled it so well, turning my drama in to a pretty good customer service opportunity.It was handled by him immediately in a way that I, the cashier, and him were content - problem solved.I grew up shopping at this location and still frequent it, so I was happy! Thanks!

I really like this place because I myself love clothes and this place has my type of style. It is a bit pricey but they have sales which help. Lol. They have other things other than clothes such as face masks and they have clothes for guys.

75% of the store is Womens clothing, and theres a large variety to choose from. 4/5 if your a lady. However, they dont have much if youre a guy. I saw a denim jacket that was nice, but waaaaay too expensive ($180). Nothing special, 3/5.

If you are looking for fashionable clothes or rugged Jeans, this is the place for it. They have everything OJ ng you need, fr ok m shawls to to water-resistant pants.

Trying to catch the trends by setting them, Urban Outfitters is the kind of place you go when you have too much cash and dont know which clothes to buy. Seems the current style is retro. If I made an extra digit in my salary, I might shop here more. I did find a shirt on sale for $15, which is nice.

Its a pretty cool set up they have, with the little mid level vinyl area. Good place to find trendy cuts of mens shirts. Staff is always around if you need them. Prices are good for sale items or if you have a coupon. If you sign up for Urban On you usually wont have to pay full price.

Friendly staff clean store on trend merchandise can be found here. Some are priced high and the quality are great.

I shop here regularly. My ritual is to go straight to the clearance section and buy cool underwear or accessories. Otherwise, I think UO tends to be over-priced. The staff are nice & helpful, though.

Super cute and over priced things. Was not greeted the entire time shopping or asked if I was finding everything okay. Customers were asking my boyfriend if he worked there LOL

I love this store and the inventory, but they didnt have a decent variety of womens sizes last time I cane here. Also bought some little mini walkie talkies, took them out of box right away to use and one of them didnt turn on, no matter what I did to fix them, Leaving them useless.

Im not sure why, but when I go into this location the short tiny male manager with red hair and a beard is always watching me with a mean and evil stare on his face, and is aware that hes doing it because I catch him and he turns away quickly. I returned an item once with him and he really gives me ugly stares when I go in and it makes me very uncomfortable. Its not my fault that UO consistently sends damaged and worn merchandise that I have to return... The Scottsdale waterfront location is worth the extra drive IMO, bigger store and nicer folks. Dont go here. Plus there is construction too all over Mill Ave and you have to pay to park, if your lucky to find a spot that isnt in the garage, so just drive the extra 10 to the Camelback store. You wont regret it.

Love this store! They have unique and cute clothing you wont find anywhere else. Only disappoinment is they do not carry the womans tees that they used to but I was told they still carry them online. You can order them and have them shipped to the store.

I went in yesterday and I found a style of shirt I was looking for, but they didnt have the color I wanted. I asked someone for help, and Quinn not only found the one I wanted, but another style I like for sale online in my size, and since I bought it through the store, shipping was free! ^_^ very friendly and helpful staff

Always fun to shop here. I find pieces that I dont see in the general public.I have shoes, tops, and lingerie from Urban Outfitters. Lots of unique, eye catching items for your closet and home.

I tend to like this Urban better than the others Ive been to in the area most likely due to its layout, two stories with a wide staircase that has a midsection that displays more product. The staff here are always very nice.

I used to buy all of my clothes here. The store is great and trendy. Sadly i am not as trendy as I was, so I look creepy shopping there any more ;)
