I had highlights, color and cut on my first visit here and Danielle did an awesome job and I love her friendly and fun personality. Great prices and I am a very satisfied customer. Update: went back in today and they were very nice and offered to try and fix it. Going in for a hair treatment lasted this week, so fingers crossed!1 star because the staff was very friendly. But I went in to get a perm, spent over $100, and got this fried kinky mess. I cried so much my eyes were swollen. Had to go spend more money at another place to have half of it chopped off because they let the chemicals sit too long and completely fried my hair, I can’t even look at myself In the mirror without having a meltdown. I spent 5+ years growing out my hair and now have to start all over.

Place is shabby but kept clean. It was my 2nd visit and Grace styled, colored and cut my hair each time. Very happy with her work and her co-workers anxious to please as well. I will be seeing Grace again.

2nd time I have come in with a botched hair dye job that I did at home and Grace saved the day! I tell her what I am going for and she gives me advice and her professional opinion and I walked away very happy. I got a lot of compliments that very day.. The girl knows hair! It was not busy when I was there. The other staff were also providing insight if they were not busy with a client. I felt like everyone there cared about their work. They did chat and laugh together, but included their clients in the conversation making us all feel a part of the group. I honestly had a lot of fun there. I will definitely be returning. I got my hair dyed at Fantastic Sams about a month ago and loved it! The staff was super friendly and fun. I spent the better part of a Saturday having my hair bleached and colored. Perla did a fantastic job :) Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Danielle(not sure if I spelled it correctly, sorry if I didn’t) is AMAZING. She listens to what you say and has talent. She is knowledgeable and gives you exactly what you want. I HIGHLY recommend her. 10/10 I am always scared to let someone new cut my hair and with her I have no fears. I’ve been to her twice and I’m even more obsessed with the second than the first cut she gave me.

Grace is awful. Overconfident and rushes the cut to get onto the next customer or have some free time. Have gotten 2 below average cuts now from her and she will cut your hair how she feels and not what you ask for.

Absolute miracle workers. I came in with orange splotchy home bleached hair and walked out with soft blonde hair because my stylist stayed an hour late to make sure it was done right.

My previous Fantastic Sams closed due to ... well, you know. This loc was was the next closest. Unfortunately, they do not offer the same pricing as my beloved FS on Rural n of Chandler Blvd.

I didn’t expect luxury treatment coming into this salon, but I also didn’t expect the stylist to scrub my scalp so roughly during the shampoo. I was worried about my hair falling out throughout the entire process. After commenting she wouldn’t apply product to my roots, she scrubbed that right onto my scalp too. The trim was ok. I’m regretting giving a solid tip but didn’t want to come off as rude, especially during these harder times. I’d recommend everyone to steer clear of this place because the service seemed very careless. Seemed like the stylist was in a hurry even though there wasn’t a line.

Sarah, Jessie, and Moe always provide amazing service and a great cut. They listen and help you with what is going to look best. All three know how to cut bangs which is a must for me and I am very picky with my hair so when I say they know what they are doing I mean it. If your a DC comics nerd and want a fun chat just say batman near Moe and he lights up!

This weekend I had Sara cut, colored and style my hair and I absolutely love it! Not only have I been getting compliments on my hair from people I know, strangers in restaurants and in Frys loved my enough to complement a complete stranger. Not only do I love how my hair looks but how amazing it feels for adding blonde! Especially after I showered and my hair just feels and looks amazing! I will be returning and highly recommend!

It is my place to get a haircut. They started to take appointments recently, so it is more convenient now. I am not picky and my hair is easy to cut. They usually do a good job coloring. You get a $5 off your color on Tues. Unfortunately, good employees leave the place often. You never know who will cut your hair. If you expect something fancy, it is not a place to go.

Loved Danielle and Sara! They truly know their craft as they provided stellar expertise. Enjoyed every moment talking and learning from them. They were warm, polite, and wonderful throughout my experience. I walked out incredibly awed by the service as I loved my new hair color!

The gentleman who cut my daughters hair (lots of wavy hair into an inverted A- line style bob) last Saturday around 4pm (sorry, cant remember his name) really took the time to listen to what we wanted to do, and delivered. Meticulous, engaging. Thank you sir, for listening and giving my daughter a great haircut:-) Also, the woman who cut my hair took the time to perfect my inverted lob. She even went over it twice to do her best to be conservative in an effort to preserve the length, at my request. Thank you!!!!!

There aren’t many people I trust to cut my hair. Perla has cut my hair for the last year and she is incredibly talented and knows what style looks good on people. She has me leaving feeling handsome and the haircut lasts every time. Every time I go in everyone is really friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Yesterday I was a first time walk-in customer with a $12.99 wash and cut coupon in hand. I was greeted and told I had one other patron in front of me. I got Danielle who was friendly and listened carefully to what I wanted. She gave me the precise cut I asked for at a fraction of the price I would have paid elsewhere. I will be returning and asking for Danielle in the future.

Great staff. Let me tell you I hate going to a new place to get my haircut because I am very particular about my cuts, but Maurice was amazing. He knows what he is doing and we had a great conversation. I felt like I was at my hometown barber. I left 110% satisfied. I highly recommend a hair cut here.

I have been going to the same Fantastic Sams for 20 years. There is one reason that I have been their customer this long and that is because everyone there is AMAZING!! I highly recommend going to them for your hair needs.

Sometimes you get someone very competent and other times its like having your mom cut your hair lol. This time I got lucky and got a hair cut I would have paid $50 for at Toni & Guy but was charged $16. Always friendly staff and a good place for family rates.

Best place to get a awesome trim. Where the staff is unbelievable real people doing what they love. The environment friendly keeps me always coming back 15yrs+ customer.👍👏

Worst haircut experience Ive ever had. I showed the stylist 4 photos that I liked and told him I needed recommendations because I wasnt really sure what to do with my hair. They were busy and the stylist was clearly in a rush to get me through. He did a quick a-line cut and then asked me what to do next. I was really hoping that the professional would offer some advice. Instead, he asked the lady across the way (owners daughter apparently) for recommendations. She said she needs to know what she wants and the entire salon was watching avidly. I was so embarrassed that I paid for my crappy cut and left in tears. Do not go to this salon if you expect a professional experience.

My stylist David really knows hair. He was able to layer my hair thats more fine on one side and make it look perfect!

I like Maurice. He knows how to cut my short haircut so it has shape. Its obvious hes been doing this for a while and knows what looks good on a person. Im terrible at making appointments and I like the flexibility of Fantastic Sams as a walk-in customer.

Sara is Absolutely Fabulous!!!! She was referred to us over 2 years ago and we have never had a bad experience with her. Lexi was excited, but also terrified, to cut off 14 inches of her hair and go with a much shorter and trendier hair style. Sara was awesome. I brought in two different pictures, one for cut and the other for color and told her those were what i wanted. The cut turned out perfect and I love the color more and more each time i look in the mirror.

Used to be a great location, recently have been receiving low quality hair cuts... Taking my business elsewhere after 3 sub par haircuts.

Frequent employee turnover. OK for a bargain priced haircut. Recently brought my one and three year old boys to get haircuts and by different stylists. The wait was less than 10 minutes. One stylist did a good job and the other stylist butchered my sons hair. His hair grows quickly, I will get someone else to fix his haircut next time. Update: had my 4 year olds hair cut a week ago, turned out so good! Hardley any wait and they eased him into the haircut so he had no anxiety and very happy with my experience.

My 20 month old son just had the best experience. Cutest hair cut, treated kindly, and given a bouncy ball at the end. We will be going back!
