Security access is easy and there are many cameras throughout the grounds. Area appears to be rodent and bug free. Thank you!

I called to check availability and was helped by James. I explained to him I was going back and between some storage centers looking for the best prices to benefit me. I know James can hear the uncertainty in my voice. James then told me “2months free”. Caught me by surprise I mean two months free, what a deal I thought to myself. I repeated back to him 2 months? Which he stated yes. I was sold on the fact that he told me 2 months free with first month discounted enrollment. It was because James told me two months free that I gave them my card information over the phone to reserve my storage.I arrive and Miranda has no idea what James spoke of in regards to the two months free. She signed me up got organized and said she would speak to James when he comes in. I explained to her James and I conversation she was surprised. So she said she would leave notes for James when he gets back to work.James arrives back to work gives me a call snd says he did not say two free months, I’m shocked in disbelief. I reminded him of our conversation and even told him I wrote down everything names (James, Miranda) prices 50 dollar over the phone 390 monthly, two months free. I am very disappointed in James and chaparral self storage the company. I was told one thing to lure me in and then shown something else once I arrived. I highly recommend you ensure what it is you are paying for before you commit. I thought I did but still changed. I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to make theirs review if I was not lied to by this company. It’s not okay.I will say this, during my time in the offcie with Miranda she was very polite and courteous. The chaparral self storage is clean great location

We have stored our boat in several locations including Public Storage. This is by far the cleanest, most organized, and well run facility around. James is always working the grounds and always available to answer a few questions and receive compliments 😁. To ownership, you have a great team.

Called to reserve a unit and the response was fast. They called back the same day and i was able to reserve a unit quickly and easily.I moved in 2/14 and the Move in process was very easy. Staff was very polite, site was clean and we were able to use a dolly provided by the facility to help move our stuff. So far I am happy with the facility and would reccomend it.

From the moment I called to inquire about the unit to the time I moved my things in. The woman that helped us was so kind and efficient. The process was super easy. The price of the unit was best in town. Facility appears to be secure and clean.

This storage unit is 5 star all the way. The staff couldnt be more accommodating or gracious. Our moving van was stuck in traffic and I called Chaparral and they graciously let us in to unload. It’s a bummer to have to store your belongings but the agent here gave me a good deal a convenient cool spot easy access as I am a senior I have no worries with my storage until I pick it up thanks so much as it was stressful but I am happy now !

The most expensive storage in temecula. They send no bill, only an email the night before the late fee kicks in. They say you can pay online yet theres no link. Expensive enough but want more. Im going to spend several hundred to move out of a 10x20 just because i simply can not deal with this company any more.

I called several facilities around town and started off at Chaparral storage James was so easy to talk to and understand I just stopped there. Got a bigger unit for same pricing as other facilities smallest unit. You have to stop in and see James first and your look will be over. Thanks James

They are always so nice! Even when times were tough and had a problem paying, I never felt awkward or that they judged me. Upon moving out (the older gentleman, I think his name is John) he made sure to tell us everything we needed to know, including that if we waited after a certain day that we would get charged a fee so we made sure to remember that to avoid having fees. If I every move back to Temecula & need a storage unit, this is where I will go!

Decent prices and very clean and well taken care of, the only thing I dont like is the gate closes at 7pm. After that you have no access.

The only thing I could say Id like better is for their access hours to run a little later. 10pm would be ideal for me.

Prospective renters, beware!Ive been a renter here for about 20 years, but since new management has taken over. Im starting to have issues.As a small business owner, ive stored and managed my business equipment and property from my unit for years without issue until now.Management is complaining that im on the property too long and questioning my presence here. Telling me I can;t hang out here because Im on the property too long. But yet, theyve taken my money for the past 20 year and this is how they thank their loyal customers. By telling me to LEAVE! Are you kidding me???????Did they tell anyone else this? Is this a racial thing? I will let you know!Where in the contact is there a time limit for being on site? Storage business hours are from 6am to 7pm, meaning I have access to my property during that time. Right? NOT ACCORDING TO MANAGEMENT!!!!!Im here a few hours and I leave. And then return to add or remove more property, equipment, etc. I do my book keeping, calculate my sales and back on the road. Whats the problem?I asked for a copy of the renters contract. Then, im going to a lawyer for counsel. I will get to the bottom of this. STAY AWAY!
