I am lactose intolerant and they have other options for people like me so you can enjoy a nice treat. Their alternatives are almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk and cashew milk ❤❤ I got the shake and it was delicious 😋👌

It was really good the consistency was alien but when they were making it some liquid nitrogen fell of the counter and went on my hand it burned really bad but it was ok after awhile be careful with the hole under the glass

Love the ice cream but their hours, 3-9pm should be changed. They have lost a lot of sales during this hot summer! Maybe 12-9pm would be better hours??? :)

Always delicious and super fun to watch them nitro blast the creme. Plus all the delicious flavors they offer! My favorite is the green tea! Definitely one of our top 3 dessert places in the area.

The way they make ice cream is very unique, and takes a moment to create. I felt bad for the girl working since she was the only one working, and there we was about 8 customers in the store. So the wait was pretty long, but the ice was as creamy as they claim.

Absolutely amazing ice cream. Its so nice to have a fresh take, made right on the spot, kind of place. Some flavor combinations are very decadent, best enjoyed shared! The prices seem a bit high, but in truth, a trip to getting ice cream...is a once in a while treat. :0) We loved it!

It’s a great place to take the entire family or a group of friends with different food sensitivities. People can enjoy dairy or non-dairy options. You can then build your flavors based on lactose intolerance or Gluten sensitivities.They were able to accommodate us in our various likes - vegan, GF and just regular ice cream. Their toppings are a bit expensive at $1 each which can add up the cost. The waffle cones are made fresh and compliment the ice cream well.I would recommend it for any group.

THE BEST ICE CREAM IVE EVER TRIED. Even better than cold stone! It’s sooooo creamy and the way they make it is so cool using the nitrogen. This picture is a personal combination of Nutella and strawberry.

The ice cream itself is good, although their selection of flavors is fairly predictable and certainly doesnt warrant the price point. Beyond the cool factor of being immersed in a giant cloud theres no clear evidence that the liquid nitrogen necessarily produces better tasting or better quality ice cream. In fact, their consistency is a extremely dense, as opposed to creamy, which feels off to me. Amazing idea and creation. They make the cream in front of your eyes using liquid nitrogen. The only issue is that the ice cream is so rich that it should come in a smaller size than “regular”, the current smallest size.

Last time I patronize this place! I personally like the flavor of the ice cream. So I don’t even mind paying the very high price, just for two people it’s $16+ Or more. But the last two times the customer service is here has been awful! Nothing wrong with young adults working or college students, First time job possibly, but they need training my goodness! No guest should have to ever walk into an establishment and say hello, how are you etc... Then finally get a reply! Workers her just look at you not even ask if you have any questions or recommendations just a dry presents as if they really don’t want to work here, like your bugging them! You walk in and wait for someone to come from the back but hear them talking and laughing then come out with no welcome at all you! This place is always empty night or day... it’s odd! I’ll get ice cream else where, never going here again there’s plenty other options in the valley!

I WILL NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. Showed up 30 minutes before closing, 3 people already ordered and waiting. We waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged, Then got told they are understaffed and closing the doors 15 minutes before closing time. It looked like he thought he was going to close the doors an hour early and got slammed. Had dirty bowls, carafes, counters, tv menus and lights were off. If the owner doesn’t care that customers are getting turned away during open hours then I will take my money elsewhere and spread the news this place doesn’t give a damn about customers. The most unwelcoming Creamistry I have ever been to.

The liquid nitrogen shtick is intriguing, and I wish they sold carafe refills of it, but the actual ice cream cannot compare to other ice cream shops. Texture, flavor, size, cold stone is so far superior in all areas that I wonder if the owner here eats ice cream or if it just was a way to play with liquid nitrogen.

I love the concept of fresh custom made ice cream. Its hard to compare to anything else. The staff is pretty helpful, especially for first timers!

Interesting concept, liquid nitrogen cooled milkshakes, made right in front of you. The milkshakes are good, but the liquid nitrogen is a bit of a gimmick. Pricing is okay. Id give a 3.5, but Ill round up to 4.

If you have difficulty selecting the ice cream and topping combo, try the birthday flavored ice cream with the original captian crunch topping. This place is amazing! Its our first time here. It is surpisingly difficult to find an ice cream place with vegan options that arent just sorbet flavors. Here, my husband and I can get whatever we want! Just choose a vegan or dairy base and go from there. Then they make the ice cream right in front of you from scratch. Special thanks to them for taking the time to explain the menu and signing us up for the reward program. We will definitely be back!

The ice cream is the best!!! They have an organic and coconut option for the ice cream base and tons of options available for toppings or mix ins. Cant go wrong with anything but I recommend sharing anything other than the single scoops

Its a little expensive, but you cannot get ice cream any fresher! It was super delicious and creamy. And also a fun experience! They also are very good about being aware of different allergies and it is made clear what you can still eat if you have allergies.

Delicious frozen dessert. Ice cream and sorbet. You pick your base (milk, water, yogurt) and a flavor (hundreds of them) and then they flash freeze it with nitrogen resulting in delicious, creamy, fresh dessert.

I never would have visited this establishment, because Im lactose intolerant, but my roommate told me they had a dairy free coconut base.They literally make your ice cream from scratch so you can pick any flavor to make dairy free!I havent had ice cream this delicious in a while so am beyond excited to try again and again.Only downsides are the grumpy teenagers taking and making your order and it is expensive. I worked at a restaurant that made ice cream using liquid nitorogen and its CHEAP to make.Regardless I will definitely save my pennies and be back!

Sure the ice cream is good but when the manager takes your order to the back and then makes you another one without saying anything. Making you wait 30+ minutes for your order. Really pissed about it probably not going back after that.

I had high expectations but this place but it was not that good. I got the Cookie & Cream Nitroshake. It was not in my top 100 shakes Ive ever had. The cookie chunks were so big that it was very difficult to eat. Doesnt a shake mean all this stuff should be blended down? It was more like a blizzard from Dairy Queen, not a shake at all, but double the price. Same with the ice cream my wife ordered. Very chunky, not well made. Sorry to be harsh, but we will not be back.

I went to the Temecula location tonight with my boyfriend, Michael. I was told they were out of birthday cake after I already paid for my order. This was annoying, but not a deal breaker. We come here almost weekly, so I understand things happen.The guy called out order for Michael and my boyfriend went to pick it up. It looked like the same thing my boyfriend got, so we took a bite of it. Then, they call out my name. This is when we realized we had ACCIDENTALLY taken another Michaels order. It was an honest mistake and the orders looked similar. We only took two bites before realizing. We told the gentleman making the orders, I believe his name was Giovanni, that we had made a mistake and taken the wrong order. This young man ROLLED HIS EYES, SHOOK HIS HEAD AT US, AND THEN SLAMMED THE INCORRECT ORDER INTO THE TRASHCAN. I stood there flabbergasted at how insanely rude he was. I proclaimed out loud to him, that was rude. And then your manager in the brown shirt, who had black hair and a wolf tattoo on his forearm, saw me get upset at your rude employee and THE MANAGER BEGAN CONSOLING YOUR EMPLOYEE! The manager did not come over to me to see what the issue was, he ignored me and consoled Giovanni! I am honestly in disbelief! I love this place and their ice cream, it is top of the line, but this experience alone makes me want to take back my weekly $15 order without hesitation!

They had to ask to be helped, then treated like they were an inconvenience. The ice cream wasn’t even double frozen like requested. This store was clean and even though it was very busy they had a good amount of staff on hand so the line moved fast. 4 stars only given bc of high price point. Two regular nutella ice creams and one affogato was over $20.
