Great experience at Sunglass Hut! Lovely help from the staff, felt like they weren’t trying to push anything on me. They were just very nice & answered all of my questions! Will definitely return!!

It was so much fun shopping here! The store is so nice and everything is displayed easy to see and try on! They make you feel welcome and it doesn’t feel awkward with covid restrictions. I bought 3 sunglasses that I’m so excited to get in the mail! The warranty is the best I’ve ever heard of!!!! You should go check it out!!!! It’s a fun store!

No military discounts at any Sunglass Hut in Macys or stand alone kiosks or stores. But then again Macys does not honor the military either with a discount. The glasses are nice is Sunglass Hut though and the employees I saw are nice.

Do not waist your money in this story! If youre going to spend this kind of money on sunglasses, go get the from Nordstrom where you get treated with respect when you have a problem with the product. Iv purchased close to a thousand dollars in sunglasses in the past year or so and whe I try to take back a defective item they tell me Im not in their system and theres nothing they can do about it. Of course I know I was in the system because they took all my information every time I purchased a pair of sunglasses but Im not in the system when there is a problem when the product.

I have purchased serveral high end sunglasses from this store, the last pair I bought was from Burberry for 286.19 while wearing them they spontaneously fell off my head while driving after only 6 months of careful use. Sunglass Hut promisses to offer quality eyewear and to replace eyewear if quality is a issue . I was denied a new pair of glasses and told to deal directly with Burberry. Sunglass Hut is full of broken promisses . Do NOT buy from this store and tell a friend.Im telling everyone I know .
