Gigi was awesome! She hooked me up with diamond earrings and a necklace for only $100 above my budget! That never happens at a jewelry store! And to boot, that included the warranty, so I would of been under my budget actually. Highly recommend Gigi!

They did excellent work on my ring. Alyssa B. was very kind and compassionate. Jareds recd only 4 stars bcuz I was told ring would be done Sat. at 5pm. On Sun I drive 45 mins from home to pick up. Wasnt ready. Told maybe 1 hr. Waited 2 hours. Poor Alyssa. She was so apologetic, but I know it wasnt her fault. The designers were not respectful of my time.

AJ is FANTASTIC!! I needed 3 of the same necklaces and ordered them online. After doing so, days later I received a notification that they did not have them in inventory. I tracked them down in a store 1500 miles away and thats when I encountered AJ. I explained these were for 50th birthday gifts between girlfriends ... and she really went over and above for me. Not only did she have the pieces, she wrapped the boxes in bows, then gift bagged them for me before shipping, and even put my friends names directly onto their warranties. These necklaces arrived packaged and ready to go w/a sweet personal note to me. Really fantastic experience -- thank you AJ, youre the best!!

My son in law is very particular and had many questions to make sure my daughter got the perfect ring. Gigi answered his every question and eased all his worries. Geneva at the Temecula Jared was hands down the best sales representative I could have asked for. After calling other Jared stores and other Jewelry stores I was close to giving up on getting the certain ring I wanted, but Geneva was my blessing. I had a specific ring I was interested in and need to find a diamond to fit it. She wouldn’t even accept my ideas for backup rings. She was determined she was going to find a diamond and order the ring my finance wanted. She hunted and found a better diamond then I could have asked for to make the ring look perfect. She kept in contact with me during the whole process of ordering the ring and then the diamond. She was the nicest and sweetest person I could have ever asked for. When it came to doing the $$$ part she and her manager Alyssa made it easy in explaining and doing the financing as it was a pricey piece. I would have been happy with half the amount of service I got from the Temecula Jared store and Geneva. I still can’t thank her enough for getting me the perfect ring and diamond to match it.

I never had the best idea of Jared as being a high end store in my mind, but Geneva was amazing!!! She was knowledgeable and funny and helped my fiance and I get the perfect engagement ring for me! Will be going back for the wedding band with Geneva soon. They have a wonderful selection, great staff, excellent guarantees and top quality stones. If youre looking for quality and selection and smart, educated staff, definitely give Jared a chance!

I was disappointed at the level of professionalism of the staff. I arrived, and the associate was sarcastic. She was very helpful in helping me find the bracelet that I wanted, but made side comments and complained about not being able to find something. She had difficulty finding what I was looking for, which I understood since I asked for a unique design. After looking, I had to excuse myself, and she agreed to text me if she found anything. It has been a week and no courtesy text. I did not shop anywhere, waiting for a response. I contacted the store several times and no response. I ended up going to K Jewelers, and their level of professionalism was superior. I will not be returning.

I had visited Jared’s in Temecula to resize a ring I had recently purchased. I was greeted and tended to by a employee that was nice.Like we all do, we seek out a professional in a practice that we are not knowledgeable in and in return we pay for it. I came in with the intention of having a jewelry professional fit this new ring to the size of my finger.I even brought in my wedding ring which is perfect size for comparison.After a few hours..I come back. I continue to try on the ring after being resized and it is much too large. The ring was supposedly 8.5 but it obviously did not fit the same as my wedding ring at 8.5Surly It needed sized down this was not a correct fit.I was then told by the manager, if I wanted it resized again I would have to pay double ( $54 x 2)I hadn’t even left the building or walked out of the door and they wanted to charge me twice for a job not completed to fit or satisfaction.Customers - yes, customers are the people spending money in your store, Jared.We come in reliant on and expecting your staff to be highly trained in what they perform including fitting myself and doing their job right, the first time.After going round and round with the manager he viewed the ring and within a few minutes pointed out what should have been elected from the start of of the fitting given the unique build design of the ring and offered a solution. Yet still refusing to hold responsibility for his untrained staff who should have been able to offer the same solution the first time.. and still continuing to tell me he will have to double charge me if I want it sized correctly.I had enough.. I came back three separate times. Waisted my day and the manager wrote it off like I was getting a freebie.Train your employees with the knowledge to let them excel at their job.After a third time coming back it finally fit but was not polished nor finished on the inside of ring and looked like a half completed job. You could see the weld discoloring sandpaper scuffs on the inside and light scratching on the exterior of the ring from handling.It looked like someone inexperienced did the job on a brand new $2500 ring.. now with blemishes..But it finally fit. I decided I did not want to proceed waisting my time with a negligent manager that would have told me that it looked great.Overall lack of talent. This was a Terrible experience I will not be back and I don’t recommend this business to others.

Let me start off my saying Pauline is AMAZING! She helped me build the engagement ring of my wifes dreams when I knew absolutely nothing about jewelery. From the right diamond to the setting and band she was patient and helped me make it all come together right. I had such a great experience with her I came back for our wedding bands just so I could deal with her again! Me and my fiancé recently picked out our wedding bands here. The selection was great, Geneva helped us and she was not only fun to work with, but she did a good job finding rings that suited us perfectly. The store was super clean and they were doing a good job making us feel comfortable regarding COVID concerns.

Brought my ring in for a loose diamond/bent prong today. Becca was very thorough helping me decide on my options and even cleaned my other jewelry which came out like brand new. My now fiance and I have been together for 7 years and we had talked about getting married, but hadnt done anything to actually make it happen until one day he tells me hed like to take me ring shopping, because he wants me to get the ring I want. I was blown away, I had never thought about picking my own engagement ring, nor had I ever thought about what kind of ring I would want, so I had a lot to think about. I knew that getting a certified diamond was important to me, and some certifications are better than others, I even started think seriously about lab created diamonds because of all the unknown variables with mined diamonds. Basically I was running in circles in my mind not getting anywhere, so we finally decided to just go in to a Kay at the outlet mall when we were there for other reasons. I liked what they had, but didnt find anything that spoke to me, so we went to the mall, and tried almost every jewelry store there, with a few terrible experiences, and a few distant possibilities, but still nothing that really spoke to me. I saw the Leo diamond at Kay, and was leaning towards settling for that when I decided to search jewelry stores that carry Leo diamonds, and Jared came up so instead of dismissing them because they were far away my fiance suggested we go look since we would be in that area in a few days, that was the best decision we made! We were promptly greeted by Ric, who offered us coffee or water, and took us to a little office to get a feel for what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, and to explain a little more about Jared and all the reasons we should choose them. My fiance loves the extras, so he was immediately happy, I like people who make me feel comfortable, and listen to what Im saying, so I very quickly felt happy with our decision to give Jared a shot as Ric had ideas, and brought in Mel who had more ideas, and between the four of us Jared customized a beautiful diamond band to add a setting for a beautiful rectangular brilliant cut diamond, and I couldnt be more happy with the final product than I am! The ring was ready in 24 hours, although we didnt pick it up for a few days, and I cant stop looking at my ring! Thank you Ric and Mel, you guys are great and my fiance and I are both happy beyond words!

First...let me just say I had the most pleasant, fun, energetic and relaxed time with Mel (Asst Manager). She was VERY patient while helping me figure out the best wedding set! (Which took all afternoon) Mel literally spent half the day with my husband and I. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. There was NO pressure to buy anything...all Mel wanted was for me to be happy with my decisions. I ended up selecting a beautiful ring and had one of my old diamonds installed as the center piece. It came out absolutely gorgeous! I had no idea Jareds accepted trade ins or will customize a ring for you. This was a wonderful surprise. I would recommend for anyone to come see Mel at Jareds in Temecula!

Absolutely the worst experience EVER!! If you have plans on purchasing an engagement ring don’t jeopardize this special event in your life by looking for diamonds here. Required a deposit or account opened to have you view the diamond which supposedly will be in within 3-5 days which turns in to over two weeks and than you are told it didn’t pass Jared’s quality so you can come back in and look at other diamonds. Total bait and switch........none of the employees provide service up front in calling to keep you informed you have to chase them down every day in hopes of reaching them. Manager says wants to make it up to you and make things right but it too is all talk. Left one message and never responded to my son again.I wouldn’t wish such a poor experience on anyone. Please Do Yourself a Favor and Find a Different Jewelry Store.
