My daughter wanted a Pandora charm so the other day I visited the store in Temecula unsure what to get. Ariana spent a long time with me showing various charms and made several suggestions. She was so sweet and helpful I ended up buying something for myself as well.

It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. We were in and in out the mall within 20 minutes! Will be coming back again! Thank you Ariana!

One Of My Favorite Stores

They are rude people. I went to return something and had me outside the whole time. Didn’t offer me if I wanted to go inside and do some shopping. Obviously I did! I didn’t go just to do the return if I was coming from escondido!

Very but very disappointed, will not shop here ever again, I have purchased many jewelry etc. for family gifts, I came in this morning to purchase a gift for my wife and there was only one other customer in the store, as I walked to the other side of the store to browse, person working at the counter by the name of Emily advise me I cant go to that section to browse thai if I wanted to browse i can look at a booklet to see if there was anything I like. Felt belittled, but anyway, I will never walk into a Pandora store again. Sorry

Went here today to make a purchase and there are signs that say it is temporarily closed with no date of future opening. I have never been and was excited to go and will have to wait a little longer. Nothing online says they are closed. :(

Had a very bad experience My spouse has bought all my charms at the Temecula mall location and since it is my birthday he wanted to buy me a new one so it would have been a guaranteed sale they would only let one of us in well that caused us to not buy from you and Now I refuse to let him ever buy from you again there was only two customers and they where together we would have waited but that was not given to us as an option

I used to shop at the Carlsbad and Escondido stores is sad the those stores are closed 🙁. Had really bad experience today at the Temecula store with the Manager.
