I made a quick visit to return something that I had ordered online, and I was assisted right away! It was a quick and painless process. I also appreciated the abundance of hand sanitizer and face masks offered at the stores entrance.
We had a great experience at Apple Promenade Temecula. The representative that assisted us was Chris and he was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this Apple store.

Three separate associates at my local ATT store where I purchased the phone could not fix this…while Landon did it in under a minute! I had a really good experience when upgraded my macbook this month. I was lucky to get a sales associate who cared more about what was right for me instead of the amount of money I was spending. I am very grateful for the advice I was given and am very happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing all apple products from this location and hope to have the same associate.
This place is great however if you have a phone that needs to be replaced because it was lost or stolen, do not come here. Please call the 1800Apple care number and they will send you a new one through mail. The store only handles things like broken screens and stuff. Do not come here if your phone was lost or stolen.
I entered and was serviced quickly. Danny analyzed my phone a couple of different ways to check what the issue was and was able to figure it out. He broke down the issue of my phone, and was able to get my phone repaired for free. He made me feel very comfortable, was very personable, and worked very hard to help me. I would definitely recommend bringing your devices here, the staff was collectively warm and friendly. Thank you all!
Today I waited 40 MINUTES to finally be seen at the Genius Bar when I had even reserved an appointment and all I had to do was drop off my laptop which literally took only a couple minutes to do. Rick was super helpful the week before, already did the diagnosis on my laptop and notes, and booked the appointment for me for today. Then today, I sat growing more and more agitated at the Genius Bar seeing employees walk back and forth helping other people (some who just walked in and were helped right away while I had an appointment 30 mins ago???) Not a word was said to me by any of the employees when I was clearly sitting at the bar waiting. I had to fetch someone down until something was finally done, but even then I had to wait 10-15 more minutes and when Conor one of the technicians finally came, no apology or any sort of consideration for all that time I waited. I even had to say I waited 40 minutes just for dropping off this laptop that took 2 minutes for him to even say Sorry about that.Im not someone to usually write long-worded reviews like this, but I was very upset and couldnt help but think that if I was being ignored due to the way I looked? My hair? My clothes? My race???? What was it that made all of you make a loyal Apple customer sit there for 40 minutes without saying ANYTHING to them and with no apology? What a terrible feeling for a customer. Really ruined my day. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER.
We got help, it was not crowded, the staff was pleasant and did not make us feel like a burden because we suck at using Apple product. About a block away from the Temecula mall. The mall has plenty of parking and an exit from the mall to walk to the Apple store. Store well stocked and also taking online orders.
I have to say this was a great experience at this Apple store too bad it’s an hour away from where I live or I would do business all the time there. and I’m really bad with names and I wish, I cannot remember the Genius Bar guys name he was really great as well my MacBook Pro is running great. And the manager she was great I guess she was a manager if not she should be one!! but really really great experience.

Ive been to this Apple Store a few times, and its met my high expectations for an Apple Store experience each time. It was well organized, genius bar and back-of-house techs were top notch and personable. Transactions were efficient, as was the repair to the iPhone Xr we brought in with a back camera issue. They fixed it in 40 mins, and for cheaper than the third party repairman I normally use. Next time Ill try Apple before going to others.
Poor service, just kept referring me to apple support. They only care about sales of products. Any issue needing to be resolved they are not willing to assist customers.
I have been trying to give a review for months but I have been really busy . First of all I purchase a IPhone 11 and unfortunately. I believe my cell phone was on a recall list for that phone. The only reason why I am saying this because the cell phone was less than 1 year old . I went to the Apple store and the first attendee gave me a lot of loose rap . I assure him that I was not making an appointment or leaving without my cell phone fixed that day . I ask him May I talk with your supervisor or lead and he assure me the lead was going to tell me the same thing. I have to make an appointment. I waited maybe 5 minutes and Marva ( misspelling her name ) this cool lady with a sweet personality. Immediately she took charge I was inside the store waiting on a tech. I found out my sensor bar defect after diagnostic was ran on my phone . Because my cell was defected and I had it for less than a year. Apple had to foot the bill. Really poor service. If you need to buy something do not use this store. The manager is super rude and basically kicked me out of the skre even tho I was there there for almost 2 hours. If wasn’t for the quality of the phone I would never use jt again. Very poor communication between employees,genius bar gave me one price and the sellers gave totally different information. Apple should’ve better employees.

This is the only Apple store I use. The staff is always nice and very helpful. It’s a busy store so the way to go is always have an appointment for anything more than a simple purchase. With Apple Care, the repair and replacement processes are a breeze.

I took my MacBook pro 16 inch with scissor-switch keyboard to fix a Delete key that was not clicking properly. Before going to apple, I have ordered OEM key from eBay that came with a mechanism and rubber dome. It was working to 80%, but I wanted 100% thats why I went to apple.Spoiler alert: later I discovered its not the mechanism, not keycap, but the metal hook on the case was bent and didnt allow the key to travel freely, hence why it was feeling wrong.The genius told me they tried to replace the keycap but the rubber dome underneath was messed up, and their official apple service manual mentions that if the rubber dome is messed up, replace the top case ($500 cost to me). I tell the genius that I have repeatedly tried to replace the rubber dome and mechanism with BRAND NEW ones, and I know for a fact theyre not the issue..hes like nope, its the rubber dome.Spoiler: how does he know its the rubber dome? Because he messed it up...I obviously say no.Again, Keep in mind. I have repeatedly tried to fix the key and the I have replaced the rubber dome with BRAND NEW before becoming desperate and shamefully going to apple genius bar.I come home, open the key and the rubber dome is TORN IN HALF. (See photo attached). While the rubber dome was in PERFECT condition before going to the store, after their work it was TORN IN HALF.After contemplating my idiotic decision to buy an apple product, my last resort is to try to bend the metal hook on the top case that was bent inwards. I replace their torn rubber dome with a good spare one I had and the key works flawlessly!Moral of the story: apple intentionally messed up and tore the rubber dome in half, then blamed it on me and offered to replace the top case for $500 charged from me.This store is perfectly representative of apples philosophy: if it breaks, replace the whole thing. Yup, scummy company and incompetent technicians.Thank you Mr. Chase for tearing my rubber dome and blaming it on me. Youre truly a marketing genius for apple.
I made an appointment and I was seen just about exactly the correct time. The genius Bar Itook care of me swiftly and I was able to pick up my phone the next day.

Im totally disappointed with this store today. my airpod pro got the prob like the picture stated so i made appt and bring it there. before coming to the store i read on line that this process could be around 10mins or half hr maximum. It took me 45mins and the prob DID NOT solve. The employee whom were not nice to me at all told me that i have to come back again in couple days in order to solve it. he didnt bother to explain even English is my 2nd language. I hope apple could improve their service quality and train their employee better.
COVID has made this store not worth the chaos... always a long wait to even enter the store (even though employees are everywhere)... have to be escorted by an associate the whole time and then get the constant pressure of trying to be sold to. I just want to explore and shop in peace like I do at my others stores mask included...
I came here and recently purchased my MacBook Pro and I will say that the customer service was awesome and the employees were respectful, thoughtful, and made my shopping experience well worth it. Wally who was the one who helped me get the laptop that best suits my needs and made me feel comfortable and satisfied with my purchase; and in return we exchanged a few laughs back and forth along with it. Ill definitely be back to me more purchases there and hopefully he can help me again!
Had a really positive experience picking up my iPhone 12 Pro Max that I ordered for pickup online, and then wanted to purchase the case, screen protector, etc.Felt like a very safe and clean environment, and I was taken care of by Maya! The sales reps are super knowledgeable and friendly, and this location is super good about making interactions COVID-safe, just make sure you make an appointment online beforehand. They normally have openings a couple hours out or at the latest, the next day
When to look at an iPad for size comparison. Was not allowed in store and staff was rude. Despite being open 100 percent for retail in the state the nazis at apple are making you have a 1 on 1 reservation. Do not give this company your business!!!!

However after I got my issue fixed and I was just wandering around to see the products the sales person who was an old lady said I need to leave because I was there with nobody and alone. Luckily I was able to visit the technicians right away. He greeted me courteously and helped me with my issue all in less than 5 minutes. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Great employees and service.

Way to show your customers how to feel humiliated!Came in with a non working phone. I was sent to this store by my local sprint provider being that I have AppleCare. After explaining to the rep that I have AppleCare and my phone was not working and I was sent there to take care of issue, I was told that I had to call to make an appointment. I asked the rep what sense does that make if my phone did not work... Their reply was for me to ask a complete stranger to lend me their phone. After explaining to them how unlikely it would be that someone would loan me a phone during a pandemic, I asked if I could use their phone or if they could call for me. They told me know that they couldn’t call for me even though 80% of their employees stood there and watched this whole incident because they were not busy with customers! I just somehow get a strange feeling that if my skin looked a little bit like the woman that walked in before me, services would’ve been rendered with no questions asked. Way to make your customers feel valued. Makes absolutely no sense that a customer with phone issues, who pays for Apple care, could’ve been assisted. Didn’t make sense why one of the 20 un-tasked employees couldn’t have assisted by picking up a phone and calling their customer service number to make an appointment seeing as how they were not busy at all. How quickly I was dismissed hurt. Seems as if the name changes are in order for the type of service that we pay for on a regular basis being iPhone users because they do not live up to the Apple care concepts. I guess I only truly fault the one employee, all the other employees guilty of just allowing this ridiculous Scenario to happen and looking on instead of stepping in!
You can buy Apple products almost anywhere anymore. What keeps me driving to a city I don’t live in to go to an Apple store? The service! Every time I come in the person that helps knows there stuff and is able to give me great recommendations. Thank you for the new watch! I will be back when I need something else.

I just went in today and they are taking precautions with this CoronaVirus ( you are 6 ft apart, check your temperature,and everyone has a mask 😷) I came in and met with Aaron and he was the best customer service rep ever !!! He helped Me get the IPhone 11 Pro Max and it was the perfect 👌🏽 purchase ! I laughed and had such a nice time with him. He made me feel like family ! I’m so excited and happy ! I went here yesterday 10/14/2020 to have my phone restored . I just got the phone 10/13/2020 & it was completely brand new phone. For some reason when I set my pw & activated the phone it didn’t accept my password once I went to log in. So I tried over & over agin to get back in the phone. I tried to restore it over the computer, but for some reason it wouldn’t let me. I went to this Apple store since the one in Carlsbad closed at 6 . This store close at 9. I got here at 7:20 p.m. . Drove a whole hour from Oceanside just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me because they were book for the rest of the night . When the phone was never used. All they had to do was wipe the phone which wouldn’t take long because it was nothing on the phone. And I could’ve sat in my car while they had my phone on a computer and dealt with another customer. I will NEVER VISIT THIS “short staff” apple again. Then gone say we can get you in to the store on Saturday when it was alreAdy Wednesday and they sent me home with. Disabled phone Tuesday which I was unable to use Apple support to resolve.
As expected, Apple personnel are always very helpful. There was a line outside with 6ft spacing that went quickly. They offered us water, and there was a third party team with IR thermometers checking peoples temps for safety before going into the store. We didnt have an appointment, but the greeters worked out a way to fit us in.We had to unlock my dads phone after he passed away. They are not able to crack the number passcode but were able to reset it from which point we could restore his backups from the iCloud using his Apple ID and password. (Must provide death cert. for them to unlock the device.)The staff that helped us were friendly, patient and informative and very attentive. We were in and out in no time.

He quickly resolved my problem (Im i phone challenged) and advised me that I may want to consider upgrading. I was so impressed with his customer service that I will go back and have him assist me with my new iphone purchase. Great Job!
Ten out of ten would recommend! David saved my life. My MacBook Pro would not turn on, I made an appointment got there early and was helped earlier than my appointment. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop and break my wallet but in less than five minutes my laptop was back to pristine state.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE! Our credit card info was compromised at this store! Also I realized that I paid way too much for an I Phone 11 Pro at this store after seeing prices online. I wish I shopped elsewhere. Best Buy offers the iPhone 11 Pro for $999, as well as through Sprint, AT&T, or Verizon.

Two young men helped me today! They were both awesome one of them came over to help because he previously worked at Verizon. We had a problem connecting a new IPhone to my previous account. Verizon could not connect the SIM card. The first gentleman that helped was patient, kind, and very attentive. It can hard to find excellent service these days so thank you both for your help today, you both are great at what you do!!!
Came in this evening at 8:30pm when the store closes at 9pm. Rachel was the first attendant to say hello and helped me find a new phone. She was direct which I appreciated as I don’t know much about tech or what I needed. She had great customer service as she understood my needs and didn’t make me feel rushed since the store was closing. Apple is lucky to have her on their team!
Was told my phone would be ready in an hour after dropping off for a battery replacement. Return just over an hour later and was told my phone would be ready in a “few minutes”. Waited over 20 more to ask about phone. Told it would be “just a few more minutes.” Another 20 mins passed and they finally got my phone. Didn’t even apologize.
This place really knows stuff about Apple products. I really like to go there and ask questions and they are used to be a lady that worked there and her name was Tammy and she was just awesome. She was so knowledgeable on the Apple products. She helped me to pick out some stuff for my family and when I had problems with the stuff later on she actually told me what I was doing wrong so she was just a big help.
Extremely poor customer service. I called the Temecula, CA store, wanting to know if they had the Apple Logic Pro application in stock. She informed me that I could buy that from the Apple store online. I told her that I would prefer to buy the physical product from the store. She said she would check, and put me on hold. Some time later (probably about 10 minutes), she came back and asked me if I had some reason for not wanting to buy it online. I told her I didnt feel the need to discuss my personal business with her, and would she just answer the question: Do you have it in stock? She put me on hold again and about 10 minutes later the phone went dead. Theres 20 minutes of my life that Ill never get back. Why should it be so hard to just answer the question? A simple - No, we dont carry that in the store, but you can get it at the Apple store online. would have made it a simple, cordial, 30 second conversation.
This Review is based on service provided for the iPhone X display module replacement Program. My girlfriend was having issues with her phone screen not responding, we searched online for the issue, to our luck it seems to be a common iPhone X problem and Apple is providing free repair for up to 3 years from the original purchase date.We setup and appointment online, soon after arrival we were greated by one of their techs who was friendly and professional, she honored the apple display module program and got the phone fixed within 2 hours for free, usually a $237 procedure.Im glad Apple stood by their product and fixed their deficiency. The store was full just like any other Apple store highly suggest making appointments.
Walked in and woman employee basically told me to leave the store because it was so busy and said if i sat on the phone with customer service it’d be an easy fix. Very rude and unprofessional. It would’ve been an easy fix for her to help me as well 🙃

We had a bad experience today at the store,I took my 2 pair of beats that we bought a year and a half ago and we were trying to see if they could get fixed because they stopped working and the guy that asked us what happened checked if they had warranty and since they dont have warranty anymore he said that he doesnt wanna waste our time for them to tell us that they cant help us, that we should just buy a new pair or dont buy from apple again. He didnt even let us take them to costumer service to see what was wrong with them great way to waste $600 thank you apple.
What’s the point of have a phone number for the store when it’s dialed it goes straight to Apple Support!? I had a question for an employee about an appointment that would’ve taken less than two minutes on the phone, but instead you want me to sit on the phone with the automated Apple support line for 10 mins just for my question to not be resolved.

Today I had two friends, senior ladies, tell a group of us how rude the service was at the Temecula Apple Store. One of my friends is 86 years old. There is no reason why she should have walked out of that store crying because a young clerk with long nails was rude. My friend had just purchased a new Iphone the previous Saturday and needed some help. To talk rudely and impolite to any elder person is inexcusable and could be considered Elder Abuse. Another friend at the same table had an appointment, was 30 minutes early and was told she could not check in any earlier than 20 minutes before the appointment. She waited and at the correct time a guy came out from the back room to wait on her and he WREAKED of marijuana. Really????? Sounds to me like the Temecula Apple Store employees need some CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES!! Perhaps an entirely NEW staff!!! I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from this establishment! Go to your local Wireless company.
Very helpful employees. Very nice and always have a smile on their face. They are here to answer your questions. If you just do a walk in appointment then you will wait longer to be seen. However, best advice is to make a Genius Bar appointment.

Very busy store during 9-5, recommend appointments which help at time, but there is a wait unfortunately everybody love there phones and expect fast service just does not work out that way! I’ve been there over 50x and always have great experience with staff. Other than wait when I don’t have appointments kinda expect to wait! Bad costumer service. Third time I go because its the closest one to me, and the three times ive had an issue and they never solve anything. Go to another apple store and problem solved. Theyre like automated or something. Dont look for solutions just no it cant be done and thats it. Avoiding this store from now on.

It seems that the are plenty of apple customer associates walking around and as soon as you enter the store they greet you and offer help but to actually get to the genius bar in a walk- in it could take up to 2 hrs. For the quality of the apple products no one should have to wait that long if your Mac or iPhone broke down, by appointment expect three days to get in.
My phone crashed with the most recent update, which is absolutely frustrating. But, I made an appointment and a few minutes after checking in they were getting me all fixed up. I worked with Rick who was very helpful and nice. He got me a new phone within about 10 minutes since he couldnt remedy the issue I was having then proceeded to help out my wife with her phone. He was a pleasure to work with, its always nice to meet people who have a smile at the end of a long day and do their job well.
This is a nice Apple Store, located in a cute shop area as part of a greater mall configuration. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service was quick -- but make sure you have a reservation if you have work to be done on your Apple device, or if you need to ask questions that may take some time to answer. This place, like most Apple Stores, is popular, so it can get crowded and backed up quickly.
I try to avoid this Apple store over many other ones that I have been to. The managers at this store seem to have received social training from the Zoo. I honestly dont understand why Apple stores in other regions have superior service and management. This is my closest store which sometimes I must go to because of convenience but I absolutely despise my experiences there.

With over 20 Apple devices in the house hold Apple is not doing so well on the repair side. 2 times now I went to apple to repair at the mall. 1 phone was a screen broke and with out any testing the apple store wanted to charge $190.00 and not gaurantee the screen would work. My other phone didnt pass apples electronic review. so again new Hey buy a new phone we have iphone 8, 10 and 11s. So here was the deal that my daughter presented, mind you we just returned from a trip with alot of pictures on the phone and i was going to do a back up that week. she said the phone stop working after a charge and placed it in her pocket, (this phone has been in a hard case for its whole life)mind you crApple Store says the phone is bent and nothing would turn on or charge. All diagnostic trials would not communicate with the phone, so this is what phone Smart repair in the Temecula mall did, they checked the screen it was fine, checked the battery it was fine and checked the charge port well that was the problem, so after 1 year the phone works again and apple wanted me to purchase another phone. I received another quote for $250.00 to break into the hard drive and extract the data. APPLE Store is extremely poor on repairing phones my advice is to take it to a repair shop first. 50- 120 dollars is a whole lot less expensive than $900.00 for a new phone and loss of data. I am extremely disgruntled that apple is not willing to repair their own equipment but a kiosk in a mall can and will.So the problem for the diagnostics not working is the charge port.thanks for the support

I enjoy the positive atmosphere. Capable staff that are patient, warm, kind, and there to help us! The use of visuals via computer screens is the perfect tool to helping us repeat exactly what is needed to master new concepts. Small group learning is an affect learning modelity. No question goes unanswered, individual help is possible and success is always that “I got it . I understand exactly what you showed taught us.”
Terrible experience ... I dont know who the guy was that helped me but he was a short stocky guy and didnt seem like he was even interested in helping me. After waiting for an hour and a half I finally got called up and he couldnt even fix my phone after only trying to solve the problem with one troubleshooting technique. He suggested that I buy a new I phone ( I have the i phone 7 plus ) for whatever the wholesale price is. I ended up leaving with an unfixed I phone. went to a hole in the wall phone repair place and they fixed it for FREE. this apple store sucked in my opinion. I feel like if a small phone repair place can fix it, then apple should 100 % be able to fix THEIR OWN PRODUCT.
The Promenade in Temecula is a gorgeous mall with many stores and restaurants options. The grounds are clean and well kept. This center offers plentiful open air parking as well as parking structures.

The gal who worked with me was so patience with me and kind as she walked me through all the options. I am partially deaf and she worked with that too. It was quite a positive experience.
The service here was great! I had to sit for a hour and a half but it was worth it! The are so bubbly and kind and are always willing to help! Definitely coming back if my phone ever breaks again!
Its an apple store, everything is immaculate and in its place. An organizers heaven for sure. They also always have tons of staff to help you, so you dont have to wait long.
