I have been going to this location constantly as I work nearby and have recently fallen in love with their frozen yogurt and topping selection. It turns out for over a week their refrigerator to keep the toppings cool has been down so I go in and ask whoever is working if they can just bring me 2 toppings, chocolate chips and Peanuts for my froyo. I’ve gone on 2 separate occasions while this has been happening and the employees have been more than happy to help me. One lady Brought me out the entire cart with the full containers for me to grab as much Peanuts and chocolate chips as I wanted (She was the only one working and very busy might I add) the second time a gentleman asked me if I knew what toppings I wanted which I then replied only Chocolate chips and Peanuts, he went to the back and brought me a cup full of both my toppings. All this was literally this week, Monday to now Sunday 6/20/2021 I went in today and asked for toppings same as I have the last 2 times, store was empty and there were 2 associates at the cash register. The man I asked comes back with “We’re out of toppings, the shipments have been late so we don’t happy any sorry.” ?????? I restated what he said, I said “Wait, u r all out of all the toppings for the frozen yogurt?” He said again “Yes sorry we haven’t received any.” I was so in Aweee that this guy was flat out lying to me in my face all because he was too lazy to walk a few steps to bring out literally 2 toppings? How on earth r u going to be out of toppings when the refrigerator where they r supposed to be housed is next to the froyo is down so they took them all to the back all week and I was just there literally Friday and was told the fridge was down but they r more than happy to bring me what I want from the room they have them in ? Did they magically dissolve into thin air in 2 days????? How r they going to run out when they are not even being displayed ? I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience just really upset me because for those who don’t know would have believed this man, I however know the truth and it’s sad how he just stood there and lied in my face with no care in the world. He must be new because I hadn’t seen his face before and I go a lot. If u don’t know, ASK and if u don’t want to do your job, don’t apply, stay home and leave that position for those who genuinely are looking for work to WORK.

It is not a bad place. Clean and convenient. Workers are nice.

Pumps are regularly out of service, receipt rolls empty and nobody that works here cares for the customer.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Charles was Very unprofessional and rude to me he should be fired. If that’s the type of people you have Representing your brand I will not spend my money there. no longer going back to the loop. Will be filling a complaint with corporate also. EVERYONE watch out for CHARLES

Great place,, Great employees to help you, Awsome gas pumps, if your in a hurry and dont want to go inside to pay cash,,,The gas pumps take cash,, plus they have a points reward that takes 3-10 cents off a gallon

Pretty much the only place I get gas, service is good inside and theres a nice selection of drinks and snacks.

Great gas station! Prices here are usually moderately inexpensive.

Car wash timer started for dryer and then shut off, didnt get to dry my car at all

My wife bought gas here with her debit card and had more than $850 in fraudulent charges against our checking account that same day in Aliso Viejo. Were reporting this to Riverside County Sheriffs department as well.

Immediately after getting gas at this station, two different family members had their bank accounts hijacked, one for $600+ & the other for nearly $3000. BEWARE!
