If I could less than 1, I would. Make sure you fully aware of all prescriptions you need before pick or you most likely will be missing crucial items. They rush, and over look items not filling them. If I wasn’t aware of discharge papers we wouldn’t received it
Its CVS.. I mean, you know or you dont.. value for the money .. great pharmacy
They screwed up on a prescription that my 93 old mother waited for and said they would have it ready later as it was now lunchtime. Didn’t matter that we had to leave and come back
The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful, My CVS of choice for sure!!!
Do not rely on their COvid 19 test results to be released online on time. It says 5-7 days but doesn’t really appear on your my chart. 7 days to be the max number of days. Kindly change your online to 10 days so no one will expect them on the given number of business days. I have to reschedule my OB appointment twice due to not having the test results yet. I’d suggest to have your OB give you a referral to other hospital for the test. It takes 2-6 days for them to release and they have sense of urgency.
Staff is friendly, Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and professional.
Needs alot more employees!!!!!! Only one working at noon, 12 people in line, just came in to grab a soda and by the time I got out the soda was warm. The lady at the register was really nice and calm. Get this lady some help already....
I was new to the area and found that this pharmacy needed some real help. It took me 3 visits in the store, 2 drive-up visits and numerous phone calls to finally get my RX. I know some of the issue was workmans comp, but they kept loosing my request and when I was finally able to get my RX, it took the pharmacist to find the paperwork before they could even fill it.
Best ever store. Dont use pharmacy so cant comment. Store employees great. Very helpful and friendly. 😊
Antoinette and the rest of the ladies working there are the best!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. These pharmacists are the worst. They lie to avoid working, they are so lazy and unethical. I get a different story every time I go there, every month with the same prescription...different reason why they cant fill it. I quit going after this last time, I went in at 8:30, did not ask to have it filled same day, the pharmacist looked at the clock and then made up some lie about needing a diagnosis code, which they or any other pharmacy has never needed before. So bad. CVS is the worst.
Been going to the pharmacy for ten years. Bith my husband n I spend hundreds of dollars a months there. Always had great service until the past year. They keep getting new employees which are not trained well along with new pharmacists. Jillian is still one of the ones who have been there a while. Luv her the rest not so much. Everytime I pick up a prescription its rang in wrong for price. Or a new person answers the phone n doesnt know what she doing n I get frustrated. Or I get home n realize the amount is incorrect. Called today n the girl who answered after spelling n telling her my husband name ten times she says no prescriptions under that name omg. I asked to speak to someone else n she found it right of. Think its time to switch pharmacy.. So done with this place.
Its cvs, great for last minute things or pharmacy visits. In all honesty CVS are risky to go to at night. In Temecula cvs have had people hospitalized by assults shootings, and harassments so yah...
They provide wonderful customer service and are so delightful.
Very friendly and helpful!!!
Chinese food is next door :)
