Quick service and excellent products!! Nice spot!

This is my must stop for coffee on my way to San Diego. I love their coffee, the service and the charming location. It is a beautiful place with a frío atmosphere. I love both the indoors and outdoors sittings. Definitely, you may be transported to the older years while sipping your coffee when outside.

I walked in and stood by the online order pick up counter. 2 people walked in after me. One at the pick up counter, one at the register. The lady helped those 2 before me. Didnt even acknowledge I was there until I said something.

Ok as a frequent customer of Starbucks, this one stands out. The people who was working the morning of 11 August was amazing. They were very personable and made us feel that we were a regular customer when this was our first time visiting this Starbucks. The coffee were delicious, better than normal. Maybe it had to do with the experience at this Starbucks. But they definitely help start our Sunday off on a good note.

Good experience all around coffee tasted amazing. Really great customer service and lots of free parking right next door to the Starbucks entrance. Clean restrooms and also a very clean store. We will definitely be coming back next time we travel the 15 heading from LA or on the trip back. Easy access right down the street from the highway.

Whats happened to Starbucks. The nostalgic background music playing softly on the background. Employees that welcome you when you walk in. Clean and well lit locations... yep those days are of the past.You cant sit inside and carry on a conversation without having to shout over their crazy music of which I cant stand. I may as well be sitting in Abercrombie and Fitch given the dbs and garbage music they play at Starbucks now.Damn shame!

I dont usually review chain stores such as a Starbucks, but I found it important to comment on the environment and the workers there. Every time I head to this location, typically to study before school, I was aways greeted with a smile and a great attitude. Everyone who Ive run into that works there is great. Always a great suggestion of drinks if you arent sure what youre in the mood for.

Customer service not the greatest here. The gal at the cash register was not very pleasant. She finished get my friends order who was in front of me. She walked away from cash register and started cleaning and making drinks. I waited for about minutes and the line behind me started growing. I got tired of waiting so I mobile ordered. They finished making my drink and never called my name or said there was a mobile order. Not a word. I havent really ever been impressed with the service here but it had been awhile since my last visit. Unfortunately this is a Starbucks Im sure a lot of people go to from out of town go to. Its unfortunate if they experience what I have here.

I always get the fast and friendly service that Starbucks should be providing. This particular Starbucks goes above and beyond to make my experience that much more pleasurable. I dont know if other Starbucks managers introduce themselves to their customers, but Pete at this location did. Yes, Starbucks is a busy place, however, when one takes the time to introduce themselves to you during your conversation, that is just being human. This is my #1 Starbucks. Thank you to Pete and the Team of Baristas..you all get an A+ from me.

Nestled at one end of Old Town Temecula, it rest on the bottom floor and front corner entrance to a three story building. Pretty calm and quite Ive been in, good place to sit down and have a coffee. Staff are fun and always good for a laugh. Easy to find a seat.

Barista who took my order was too busy brewing coffee to make eye contact. I wouldnt be able to study if I had to hear her screeching other customers requests. She began our interaction with Am I putting anything in the oven for you? which was bizarre. She just seemed like she couldnt be bothered.

They were so nice and a tentative this morning. They even made me a sample of the new citrus green tea latte. Which by the way is actually pretty good. Great customer service this am!

Sweet lady at the counter. Hot Chai tea was extra hot and delicious. Pumpkin bread was the best. The most pleasant Starbucks experience ever.

I like the view and the atmosphere of this particular location. Its a good place to do homework or read a book (if you can find a seat) the thing about this place though is how crazy busy it is and how long it takes to get your drink. Have visited at random good and days but its hard to find a slow day here. Also; sadly, theres a lot of indigents that use the place as a nap/hygiene station and although they dont bother anyone and I am sympathetic to them this does have an impact on theimageof a business. Particularly one that sells coffee drinks for $6.00.

Like most Starbucks its comfortable and clean. They make a good cup of tea and muffins, sandwiches, and pastries. This part of Temecula is a tourist area so it is crowded. But I still think they do a nice job.

I ordered a hot latte and specifically asked for 2 shots of espresso and the coffee was very weak. I wanted a strong coffee and did not get what I ordered

Arrived on a Sunday, they were busy but the drinks were made quickly and the place was very clean. By far one of the best Starbucks.

Very convenient right downtown on Front Street. Accepts online orders, so depending on the day or event downtown order ahead and beat the line or heat (if its summer).

Great Starbucks located right in the heart of Temecula. Parking is off to the side (small lot) or you can park on Front Street. Small shops surround this Starbucks. Staff was really friendly.

Perfect spot to stop and get a coffee in downtown temecula. Make sure you check out all the shops while your here.

The staff was very nice, the store & restrooms were clean & there was a good layout. Only downside was ease of parking.

Well Im trying to get someones attention.I was here on Saturday 8/12 and asked for a medium sized iced coffee with coconut milk. I was charged $7.40 on my discover card. is the coffee really that expensive or the barista charged me for someone else? Ive been trying to reach them for 5 days but nobody answers the phone, Im going to have to call discover and dispute the transaction.

I love this Starbucks its quiet calm comfterable staff is super friendly clean it could use a couch seating like most star bucks have next to a plug outlet so if u have to sit long on the computer working or what not cuz the benches they have now hurt your ass after a while or thigh s or leave indents and they are to talk and hard they really could have better seats comfterable thats the only complaint I have other then that great place good coffee

Its a StarbucksSame thing where ever you go. While that can be positive, youll never discover a new gem if you just stick to the same old thing. If there is a local roaster or coffee house give em a try.
