Love this place. First time going to the new location. Bigger and better. Great choices of cigars. New environment. The young lady that works there is great. Very nice and friendly.

What a shame. One of the better humidors I’ve ever seen. Additionally, the selection is not only vast but unique. There were multiple sizes and varieties of the Opus X line and a few other hard to find sticks. However, the owner clearly doesn’t know the first thing about cigar maintenance. Well over half the sticks have mold and not a small number have tobacco beetles. The casual cigar smoker knows this is due to high humidity and extreme fluctuations in temperature. I’m sure the humidor being on the top floor of a two story building during 100 degree summers doesn’t help. Regardless, there’s no way I would touch any other those cigars. Stay away unless you wanna get sick.

Amazing cigar lounge. Excellent customer service. Clean area. Had pool table, shuffle board table and other game areas. Liquor bar and other drinks and they had snacks for purchase as well. Great selection of cigars too. Really enjoyed the place, definitely will go back again!

Awesome cigar lounge. The club was clean and adorned with all the items I wouldve expected from a fine cigar establishment. Relaxing environment, my guest pass included a free drink from the bar. Well worth the visit, I will probably return soon and join their membership program.

Nice place. I havent personally been to the lounge but I buy from here regularly. Prices are a little up there but that could just be California ya know. Very broad selection and their house cigars arent bad. Very worth a try if youre in the area.

This place is Amazing! There are so many variety of cigars and cocktails. Jenny was awesome she was very polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I found my new hang out. Place clean and organized. Definitely a must to experience it yourself. You Rock Jenny.

Zero customer service...I bought a hygrometer and a lighter ($50.00+ total!) and neither of them worked. So I took both of them back and was told that the owner wasnt there so I had to come back at another time. I was asked to leave my number so the owner could call me???He never called so I went back again and was told that they would contact the owner. I then asked for a refund but was told there is no refunds. So I asked for an exchange but was told to wait for the owner to get back and they would have the owner call me???I finally got the call, one of the gals said that they both work fine now. They work intermittently and I want new ones like What I paid for. Lots of back and forth driving and wasted time. I tried to support the local guy but...amazon is way safer and easier than this place.Be careful here. How can you trust someone that doesnt stand behind their products they sell. Read the reviews on Yelp too!

Great cigar selection and service.

Went here with a family member for the first time and Zach, the owner, took us up thru the humidor and suggested cigars and actually sat with us and smoked downstairs. Very chill atmosphere from someone who frequents cigar clubs all over the US. I lived 45 minutes from Cigars International in Hamburg Pa and it only beats Zarka in selection of cigars. Service and atmosphere were top notch! Thank you for a great experience Zach. Will definitely be back!!

I’ve tried this place a few times. High prices. Staff clearly not knowing what they are talking about but pretending like they’re an expert. High pressure tactics to sell you cigar brands that I made clear I was not interested in. Not friendly at all.

What a fantastic hidden oasis. Amazing selection of cigars and knowledgeable, friendly staff.This place was an excellent final stop for a batchelor party.$10 cover includes a drink of your choice, not bad really.The staff did indicate they are about to relocate to Winchester x Enterprise Circle, so keep that I mind when finding the place.

As a first timer, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The energy was great! Met some new friends and made memories!

Try lighting a cigar or anything else in a regular establishment. Chances are you wont get past your first puff before your tossed out on your ear. I love the cigar lounge. Kudos to the management team!

Just left after a visit to the new location. The 2 nice young ladies that helped me out were really knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure. I will definitely be back.

Great place, great service, great hang out. I definitely would recommend checking out if visiting the area. Id be there all the time if they were anywhere near competitive in terms of cigar and drink prices. Id like to give a higher rating because this is an amazing place but if these guys really cared about their customers theyd offer free tap water.

A cigar oasis in Temecula. Great selection. LEO/MIL discount. Great atmosphere, cigar assortment and robust drink selection. Will definitely be back when Im in town.

First visit to the new location. The lounge was not as cozy as at the old location. Cigars are way over priced compared to other places. Staff is wonderful!

Nice selection of cigars of all types. I believe that the shopkeeper told me that it is the largest on the West Coast. Not sure because its the only one Ive been in on the West Coast.

Been going to Zarka for over a year now. I became a member and just love that everyone knows your name and its like family. The lounge is the ultimate mancave. The humidor is huge and the cigars are kept at the perfect level of humidity. Great Cigars. They offer a full bar there with some great top shelf liquor. If you like Cigars and great environment, you will love Zarkas!

Yesterday was my first visit to the new location. I was in town for the weekend and a friend invited me to come hang out for a bit. Nether of us knew that it was a fight weekend, but he paid the 30.00 each to get in the door, (which is like getting into Ft Knox.) As a little back history. I live in Scottsdale AZ and we have some of the finest Cigar Lounges anywhere. They are well run, accommodating to tourist and out of towners and always friendly. Zarka, not so much.For 30.00 it was to include a cigar and a drink. A very limited drink selection, and a house cigar. No Bourbon, not a margarita or an old fashion. The bartender agreed to make a Tom Collins for my friend. I gave up trying to find a drink they would do and just bought a drink. The bartender didnt know how to make a TC, she wouldnt google it, I had to and then to tell how to make it. Mean while.... the owner is sitting across from us watching it happen, and never stepped in. The Bartender was not able to make a basic drink and was rude to us about it. I was astounded.The House Cigars would not stay lit and burned out if it sat for more than a minute tops. I must have re-lit mine 50 times before giving up on it.The public upstairs space is 5 chairs around a little table in a back corner that is partly storage and a retail space. It is lit up like a high school cafeteria. Not inviting at all. I went in and waited 10 minutes or so for my friend. Did anyone greet me? No. Do you think that they might want to show an out of town gal around down stairs to the members space? You would think so. Didnt happen. The vibe is nothing like the old place which was super a loungy, dark, leather space that screamed cigar lounge. The new space is sparse, light, and just not inviting. Not in its atmosphere, nor by the employees or owner,I had a few of my own cigars, but the cut fee is 10.00. Yeah... NO!If there had been another lounge in the area, we would have been gone. Be careful, Zarka, someone else may pick up your slack if you dont up your game. If you ever come to Scottsdale, we will show you how its done. (They get an extra star for cigar selection.)

Came from out of state and never been to a lounge where you have to pay $10 even if you buy a cigar to smoke in their lounge. They had to unlock the humidor and stand there and wait until you get your stick to ock it back.
