I was looking for Zippo fuel the guys dialed me in right away. I liked the large variety of smoke products. The guys were totally helpful and friendly, I enjoyed my visit there.

Everybody there is really nice and professional. Their prices are non- negotiable which I find strange for a head shop when theres one on every corner out here. 98% of the glass is cheap china rebranded glass and it is seriously over priced. Saw something in the store that was $29.99, and online you can get it for $5.99. No wonder theres a million headshops out here. Their markup on china glass is felonious.

This is a funny place. Why i tell you why they have a shelf with discounted things i showed interest is one of the things there. Asked about it said on the shelf 30%off i said i take it he said full price. I said but it says 30% off he said it was put on the by mistake it had been up there for a long time i know because i looked at it ever time i went in there. I love this place, it really is the old reliable smoke shop. Prices are good, there is a huge selection of just about everything, customer service is always ALWAYS good. This place has been around as long as I can remember and over the years Ive lived in a handful of different cities and seen many smoke shops. Glass warehouse is #1 in my opinion. Ive gone in there looking for fairly specific things and theyve always have what Im looking for.

Most of the time @TGW the staff is very welcoming and helpful in finding what suits my needs or will have a pretty good window shopping experience to offer at the least. Today being a Wed, this past Sat I happened to be in the market for a torch and bought a medium sized one here @TGW. Didn’t get to use it the first two days, yesterday it worked great no problems for the 2hrs I used it. I started using it today and out of nowhere it started sputtering a flame out every few seconds. Ran through the process of emptying it and filling it a few times ending with the same results. After a group conclusion that it was defective I brought it back to TGW to see if they’d exchange, credit towards a bigger torch, or would refund. Instead I received criticism and was told as if it weren’t obvious enough for me, that it was “overfilled and normal” even though “it’s not supposed to do that”. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND! She even told me to be careful what you buy because they’re aware that some of the items they carry are faulty and/or defective. “That’s why she always buys the bigger(more expensive, brand named) items. LOOK UP THE ITEM YOUR THINKING OF BUYING!! See if it has good reviews for that item or is cheaper somewhere else. If your going to get second/B grade items, you should pay second/B grade price for it then too

The customer service has progressively moved towards less than satisfactory over the last few years. This evening was the last straw. Horrible customer service. I didnt get everything I needed. I was rushed out of the store. And the two young as boys helping me had no idea about the types of butane or what products i was looking for. Now come to find out they over charged me!? I was a loyal customer. NOT ANYMORE!!! Im taking the rest of my holiday shopping elsewhere. Even if it means a further drive.

This place has a great selection. If you can foot the bill then youre straight,If not look for another shop even if its a few miles further.

Decided to purchase some CBD from the store. The capsules I bought I cannot find anywhere online because they do not exist. Either they are selling stuff that is brand new on the market or that its just a bunch of fake stuff. I should have expected as much. They sell a bunch of other stuff like salvia and Kratom thats killing people.

Made my first visit tonight, Ive been visiting every shop in the area over the last few weeks since I recently moved and have yet to find a place that can compare to my home shop in SD. However, the staff and selection here did impress me more than most other places Ive been to recently. The guys working were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave me honest suggestions which is a huge plus! I love trying new things and often ask for recommendations from employees which I will usually take. This was a positive experience of that because I was very happy with what I bought and now Ill definitely be a repeat customer. Ive heard theyre overpriced, inconsistent pricing, etc.... Maybe so, I cant say personally but I can say that even if thats the case, Id much rather spend a few more bucks or drive a little further to get quality customer service and honest feedback, than by cheap items that Ill be unhappy with just to save a couple dollars. Otherwise, the shop is huge so either way its a must see, theres lots to check out!

90% of the glass they sell is cheap rebranded marked up 1000% china glass. While they have local glass makers displayed, they make no effort to promote or show them. I bought a tsunami($179) piece that broke after 4 cleanings. Found that same piece on DHgate for 29 dollars.....Also to mention customer service is trash.

Since I am from San Diego my friend and I decided to drive up in the rain on September 20th and we decided that this was one of the biggest smoke shops that we have seen in quite a while if at all that I can remember off the top of my head so I ended up getting a $270 set up for about $225 out the door including a few goodies I had high really recommend going to this place along with the Vishions s smoke shop as well right down the street.

I came here a couple times for a mod attachment.Long story short, the first one broke. They did an uneven exchange for less than the cost of the better one I got. Majorly awesome.The 2nd one broke too. I did not have my receipt. I went in, dude remembered me. I told him what happened, he said he would call the owner.A minute later he said theyll exchange. No problem. I asked if I could just do an exchange for vape juice. He said it was fine.They seriously went above and beyond to help me out. I dont recommend getting the dab rig attachment for mods because solder has lead and the heating element gets hot enough to melt it. But if you need literally anything else smoking related, this is the place in temecula to check out.

Only issue is the sewage smell outside. Not the companies fault but a new nearby location would be nice. It should remain in-between the two cities if a move was possible.

They lie about the glass quality, and refuse to bargain on EXTREMELY overpriced products.4. When they sell you something cheap, they will not replace it if it malfunctions, or breaks.5. They will give you 10% off if they are feeling nice that day.6. The wraps are always dry when they promise that they are fresh.7. They refuse to give you the same price on coils each time you visit. Again, prices are never the same.8. They do not always ask for ID, and then they will act like cops on a different day, making you feel uncomfortable when you walk in the door.9. The owners are never around, so when you need to complain about being ripped off, everyone is the owner.10. They are a super-sized smoke shop, and they have no need to meet your needs as another customer will walk in and pay a 300% markup without question.11. They treat their employees like DIRT.12. They switch out the original down-stems and bows for the cheapest ones possible, and then place them on the shelf for sale. To get your bongs original bowl that it came with, you must pay a premium price separately from the bong you are buying.Yesterday, they sold my friend and I Kanger Mega Coils @ 5 for 10 Dollars.Today, I tried to buy more coils, and they were priced at 4.35 each, NO BULK DISCOUNT, and NO PACKS. ONLY SINGLES. WTF? Yesterday I just bought 5 coils for $10? And overnight they jump to $4.35 a piece?I asked why they refused to give me the normal price, and they said the employee that rang you up is new. (some blonde chick, there are so many new employees all the time whats the point in posting a name). They did not care about pleasing me, they did not care about the fact they more than doubled the price on the spot at the register.I would like to mention to you Glass Warehouse Temecula, that I have spent over $1000 dollars with you over the past years, and it Is the biggest waste of money I can think of. I am willing to show you proof of that money spent & now I would rather smoke out of foil than give you guys my money again. If you arent going to make this right, Im going to continue to let the city know about your nonsense. I noticed this shop only because there was a guy in front of del taco with a sign that said Smoke shop located behind del taco, free gift for first visit. When I went they had a good variety of glass and smoking accessories, when I inquired about the free gift the manager lied and said she had seen me and my boyfriend in the shop before. Which was a complete lie, because weve never been there and dont even live in the area. I believe that was false advertising and possibly racist since I am a latina, very unprofessional will not be going back.
