I went somewhat early (8:30) and still had to wait about an hour but nonetheless they were very nice, attentive, and did everything quickly once I was in. I had a great experience with this location however they brought to my attention that I have been receiving the wrong oil for my vehicle at my old jiffy Lube location in downtown San Diego off of 10th st. I am a regular at jiffy lube. I was very disappointed hearing that my vehicle could now have long term damage due to the ignorance of your employees.

The wait was a little long however the service was fast and seems to be good so far. Just got an oil change. They also checked all my lights and tires and air filter and topped off other fluids.

Can’t complain. I can in really early so there was only one car in front of me. I pulled into the bay and they started working. Being able to stay in my car was nice.

They were fast and professional. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. I think it was a few dollars more expensive than the dealership, but so much faster. I was in and out in about 20 minutes vs. the 2 hours I usually have to wait at the dealership.

I was unsure if I needed an oil change or not. When I arrived I had a 5 minute wait. The technician checked my lights and tire pressure. When it was my turn they noticed I had the extended oil last time at my service. They verified my oil level was correct and clarified the oil only needed changing every 10,000 miles. The check engine light was reset and there was no charge for the partial service. Love the feeling that they are professional and not like I am being ripped off. They have my business for life.

Absolute Liars, brought my Passat in and was told I need a special European synthetic oil. My car takes 5w40 full synthetic. There is no special European synthetic oil. Tried to charge me $120.00 for an $80.00 oil change. Absolute thieves. Will never use them. $79.95 across the street at Ramona tire.

I brought my husbands car in for an oil change. The car died when I was asked to start it up. The guys there were really nice and gave me a jump start. They tested my battery and hooked me up with a new one on the spot. My main reason for giving 5 stars is the professionalism and kindness I saw there today. The guy in charge was calm and kind when he spoke to his employees and I could tell it was a professional work environment. Everyone was in good spirits and happy, that gives me a piece of mind when Im trusting a place to work on making my car safe. As long as we are here in Temecula Ill be a customer!

Love Jiffy Lube! Michael, James & Andres provided excellent customer service while completing my oil change. They did an entire under the hood inspection as a courtesy. This is was unexpected but such a great surprise made me feel like I was driving away knowing my vehicle was safe. Very covid safe I stayed in my car the whole time. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves and doing temperature checks. They even cleaned all my windows. I will absolutely be coming back in the future and highly recommend everyone visit this location.

I know just enough about cars to get me where I need to go. When my Needs Maintenance light came on, I followed its command and took our van back to Jiffy Lube. The gentleman who helped me said I was about two thousand miles shy of needing my oil changed. He said the oil still looks good, reset my light and told me to have a nice day. It would have been so easy for him to change my oil and send me on my way. But he didnt. Honesty, Integrity and Character. What a concept!

Awesome Jiffy, found some problems with car and told me I did not need the work I was requesting to be done. Not many places that are that decent, did not cost me anything.

The manager Michael was so gracious to help me out at the end of his work day. He checked my oil and topped me off instead of just saying come back tomorrow, were closed. He and his staff are courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

My wife went in today for a standard oil change. That seemed to go well,however, the employees frothed at the mouth to see a customer without knowledge of vehicles. They began to upsell her to no end. Fortunately she called me before continuing to make purchases. What started as a simple oil change ended in air filter replacement, and nearly multiple other services before I stopped her. Go to the Cal Oaks Wash if you want the services you actually request.

Contacted them to get their pricing for an oil change and was surprised at how expensive they were. Found many other better places with far better prices.

From the time I pulled up I was treated well. My car door was opened for me so I could out, as well as the door to their lounge. S/o to Alex and Raymond. They changed my oil at an adequate pace. They did some other checks under the hood and truly helped me out. This was my first time using Jiffy and I will be sure to go back.

Went there to get an oil change and rotate my tires on a Saturday. Started off very easy and was in and out relatively quickly but soon to find out they had completely destroyed my valve stem on one of my tires. When I contacted them the assistant manager and repeated to tell me he was unable to see how the two were related and offered no help at all. Seemed very quick to end the conversation. Didn’t expect to have to inflate my tires every few hours the remainder of the weekend until Monday when I could have it fixed just for rotating the tires.

After waiting 2 1/2 hours, they wanted me to wait another 2 hours...I left and did my own oil change for 80% less.

These people are snakes. Called an hour before coming to ask how much an oil change would be bringing my own oil and filter. They gave me the price, which was high for just labor ($35) and I told him I had an online coupon for $13 off to which he said good and no problem my manager will honor that. When I got there the manager was working the cash register, and didnt check me in and tell me the total until after they had already drained the oil from my car. He rang me up at $35. I thought good, the other guy was right about the price. I then showed the manager the coupon who refused to honor it and said that he wouldnt honor it when you bring your own oil and filter. I told him thats ridiculous and I had already called and spoken to someone an hour ago and they said I would be good with the coupon. I also told him why would you accept the coupon when the oil change would be $35 and include an oil and filter?! I bring my own and I cant use the coupon! Never again to a Jiffy Lube.

I was told by another company in Temecula that I needed some fluid changes and they wanted to charge me over $300.00, which was ridiculously high. Im thinking because II came in without my husband, So I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try since its close to my house. I was surprise and found out I got really good customer service and the guy was honest and told me I didnt need all those fluid changes. I just needed a oil change. I appreciate the honesty and quick service. I will definitely go back.

Very professional staff. Very fast. They showed me my FIAT 500 engine filter and said it didnt really look too dirty; I thought that was honest and kind as I wouldnt have known. I bought the synthetic oil change-you can stop by any time and they will check your oil to see if it needs a top up and if it does - no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone in a hurry or anyone who knows nothing about cars as they seem honest and helpful. They even clean the windows, vacuum the car and check the tire pressure.

I arrived at 9:11 am and I was immediately entertained and asked to park my car at the service bay area and offer a coffee and showed the restroom in case I need to use it. At 9:36 am I was called and given an estimate for my car along with other recommendations that needs to be done but I just want an oil change today. I was told that it will only take 15 - 30 minutes for the oil change after 20 minutes they told me that my car was done and run through all the things theyve done before checkout.I dont usually give 5 star to all my reviews but my experience with Jiffy Lube is outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Their business model is old and outdated and even worse just plain sucks, Valvoline way better! Go there instead, I waited an hour and then they begin to discuss prices with me after I already told them what I wanted when I pulled up, their prices are hard to find too, in the store and online, the employee tried telling me that perhaps I made a mistake by telling him I wanted the $69.99 high mileage oil change a said maybe it was Valvoline?? You know what thanks for mentioning a superior company to someone who was waiting for an hour already so I decided I will take my business to them instead and left since there prices are similar, theres a shorter wait and better customer service so maybe in a few years Ill go back to a place I used to use many times.

First I get politely walked in and sat down. I was offered water coffee and shown the bathroom. I asked about how long do you think it will be for an oil change. He said about 15 minutes per car. (3 cars in the bays) then I waited 20 minutes before I was even talked to about my Vehicle, what oil, what services, up selling filters that were already pulled out of my vehicle before I have signed or agreed to anything. Time vested ....a good part of 35 to 40 minutes. Then, after parts have been pulled out of my vehicle and the quoted time of completion was fast approaching I get the price of my service. Double the dealer price and twice the headache. Yea I paid it....time is money, but never again!!!! Dont get fooled, dont waste your time! Make the appointment and go to the dealer ......or your Ma and Pa shop.

Had my wife take the truck in for an oil change. Had been using fully synthetic but wanted to switch back to conventional for cost reasons. Conventional and synthetic are fully mixable, it states this right on any oil manufacturers website. They led to my wife and said they were not able to be mixed and she needed this special blend of oil if she wanted to go from one to the other. Which just happened to be almost as much as synthetic! So instead of a $25 oil change, they got her for $70!! STAY AWAY!!

I always come here since they provide an honest and swift service especially Michael Lane who actually will go beyond than most employees. They even double check my vehicle and make sure I always get the best service possible.

My go to place for oil changes now in Temecula, exemplary customer service, they always take good care of me...only issue is that they have increased their prices considerable in the past couple of years...

I will not be returning after my first experience with Jiffy Lube, nor recommending it to anyone. I found out that my car had begun leaking a day after my oil change at this location. I found this out in the driveway of a family members multi-million dollar home that is currently for sale. Needless to say, they werent too thrilled about it. Seems these guys forgot to replace the drain plug gasket. In addition, they damaged my cabin air filter when they tried to upsell me a new overpriced one. Even after they acknowledged the damage they caused to the filter, they failed to replace it for me. I ended up purchasing that myself. Im lucky my problems were relatively basic, compared to the other stories Ive heard about Jiffy. Either way, I wont be returning here.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I would hate for anyone to go through such horrible customer service. Absolutely awful first time experience, and it will be my last. I came for an oil change, however I was told that management refused to provide me with service because my tires looked bald. They did not indicate that my vehicle was unsafe to drive, so it is not an urgent matter. There is no correlation between an oil change and balding tires, therefore it should NOT be a valid reason to deny me of service. Perhaps, Jiffy Lube is afraid of receiving warranty returns, and are simply trying to prevent their customers from blaming the shop with any problems that may arise pertaining to their vehicles. If thats the case, it is very disappointing to know that this particular Jiffy Lube does not truly care for their customers.

Came to this location this morning sep5th2018 . pulled up to drive way, before i could get off employee walks up and greets and asks what my needs are and off the top i was walked into port and exchanged my info and after that with-in 5 minutes car was pulled into slot . walked over to carlsJr. with my kids and also got a phone call from jiffys letting me know info and outcome of service . after i returned very shortly Alex took care of me at register and explained to me what exactly was any issue and gave me info on what questions i asked him . overall quick fast service . ill be bk after some thousand miles.

So i called in to see how busy they were Alex told me there was 1 car there and wait was 15 to 20 mins I went in ten mins later and turns out Theresa’s 6 cars the and over 1hr wait to start my car he straight up lied and said he wasn’t the one who answered the phone and dose t know who did and there was only 3 people working there don’t go here they lie

These guys are scammers. I sent my daughter there with strict instructions for an oil change only. They tried to scare her into all kinds of work, she said no. Then they just started extra work and charged her, told her they already started and she had to pay! Shame on these men for taking advantage of a young lady. By the way, one of the up sales they tried to perform would have caused severe damage to her hybrid.If you cant trust the mechanic then you should not let him even touch your car. These guys should be shut down for this kind of business. I intend to file a complaint.

On my way to san diego i stopped here one time to have my ac serviced... it was pretty fast and i was on my way.

Took my car in for an oil change and they did a terrible job. Next Morning, I saw two large oil stains in my driveway which was a result of an oil leak. Since I go to school in San Bernardino, the Jiffy Lube in San Bernardino fixed up their mistake for free, I wish this one could be like the one overthere. I am sorry, but I would never take me car here again!

Awfull!! I have a 2016 GLI VW 2.0 T,,, CRANKCASE OVERFILLED WITH OIL, TOOK IT BACK, AND THEY TOLD ME ITS OK,, B.S. IT WAS ABOVE THE TOP LINE ON DIP STICK, AT HOME ON LEVEL DRIVEWAY,, WHY ARE BSING ME?? THEY DONT CARE!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!

Very dissapointing experience, your staff needs to retrain in customer service and Uber certification requirements. I was told in a very rude manner that my car had to be a certain year to pass, well it turns out that my car is fully eligible for Uber and your staff was not aware or even cared to listen. I was sent there specifically for the certification by Uber itself.p Dont waste your time folks....... take your car somewhere else.
