This rating is based on what the store does not do compared to Lowe’s. If there is an item needed and not in stock, Home Depot (Lisa ProService) recommend I drive around to the others stores and pick up the item. Home Depot does not obtain items from other stores. Home Depot does not order items for you that you cannot buy more than two online. The employees do not know which counter to order items from and send you back to the person that should had know to order the item from the start. Lisa in ProServices tried to assist me (I assumed) to only be told by her that she was “only helping” because a customer stepped away. That was her short way of sending me on about my business. Thank you Lisa but Lowe’s can get my business.

Went it today and asked this guy that had long hair if he could help us and help and he never came. The service has been ridiculous lately they need to hire people that actually care about customers.

Cake in to return some stuff and to pick up a few things we needed. We ended up going to the appliance area and we were quickly greeted by Linda. She was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the washer and dryers. She is an amazing employee with a great personality and attitude. There are usually worker walking around asking if you needed help. I actually had to walk around a bit to get some help. But they were very knowledgeable on all the products. Everything was neat and plenty of items in stock

Nothing to much to mention here, average customer service, average cleanliness, average exterior and interior. Only awesome to me to be here ever, is if you in the industry, contractors painters, d.I.yers Etc etc..personally I enjoy coming to check out inventory & why not🤣 only thing is lines are longer than entering the line to hell🤣👿

The Curbside pickup is GREAT. Nice to get gardening stuff online and then just have it loaded, rather than trudging through the garden center.....Very Nice, staff were great...It was fast and I just easily drove away...no work on my part..(till I got home)

I deal with a lot of people in my industry from customers to vendors and I wish more people were like Justin at the Pro-Desk. Very polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. There was some hiccups on my end about the custom order and he still made the purchase very simple and painless.

I was very satisfied with my experience here with two very exceptional employees Danny was very helpful with info on materials I was purchasing and also was willing to help me load items and did not defer me to anther person. Then a young man named Jayden who assisted me in the parking lot without having to ask him to he offered assistance and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with his help. These two made me feel like this is the place to shop for all my home improvement needs by making the situation easy and welcoming thanks guys.

Called for Rental Truck/ Van. Was told they have two band and two trucks. I was 2 minutes away . Arrived there and they told me they have no Vans and the only pick-up has broken down. Talked to 6 different employees and all seemed to have fallen of the moon, clueless about their surroundings. One had no clue that they have rentals there.

Home Depot is the place to be, staff are willing to help and they are all over the store. Have been there so much in the last 4 months that I know where things are. The only disappointed issue was that I had to order custom blinds because they dont carry that size; 3 weeks later we got both but 1vofvthem was damaged. We went to return it and expected a credit on my HD account I used for the purchase but they said it couldnt be done and instead got store credit. I cant use the store credit to pay the HD bill. Thats unacceptable. Which means I have to purchase stuff instead of lowering my bill. Addition, just got a call from Alex at the Home Depot Im Temecula who worked so hard to fix the situation and the cost of the returned was credited to our account. Thank you so much Alex, you put a smile on our faces. Good job helping us. Much appreciated. 👏👏👏👏⚘⚘⚘⚘

I took away a star because they didnt have what I needed. Another star was removed because believe it or not, I had to search for someone who didnt know about the brands or even where they were located.

This is by far the worst Home Depot based on its location. The parking lot is a mess, heavy traffic all the time, surprise no one has gotten run over.

This store, this particular one in Temecula, is awful if you need help. They usually have what I am looking for. So having the product and having it in stock is not the issue here. Being a single woman, I often need help with finding the right tool for my needs. But, just try and find someone to help you. I have asked for help on several occasions. On one occasion I waited on the aisle for 20 minutes. I had walked to the front of the store 2 times to ask for assistance. Both times they had me go back to the aisle to wait for help. Help never arrived. It can be infuriating. Gonna have to start going across town to Lowes.

Not sure how to feel. I should have gotten their names. There was a great guy who helped me get bolts and a tap and drill bit. The girl helping me prior to him was one of the most rude people Ive ever encountered. She had the audacity to tell the guy that he can help me if he wanted to as if I was a problem. I couldnt have been a problem when we only exchanged a couple of words. I was mostly talking to her back. So sad. Then upon returning because I purchased the wrong size, the young lady working the return desk had 0 communication skills. No greeting, no smile and made me feel worthless. She paid more attention to her co-workers than the customer. Been here hundreds of times and today just set it off wrong. Happy New year.

Not the place to go if you need professional advice. Almost burned my house down thanks to an HVAC specialist. Still debating whether or not to sue.

We love Home Depot, so much so that we often stop at ones that we have never been to along the way of travels just to see what they have different, and how rhey are ... This particular Home Depot was really cool actually because their whole tool section is kind of like boxed off in a little section, cheap thrills lol, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the store was clean inside and out, and they cleaned the self checkout before we used it and after...

I went to Home Depot in hopes to build an affordable platform to sleep on in the back of my truck while travelling. I instantly noticed that I wasnt gonna afford a $30 sheet of plywood that I am only using half of and headed for the restroom. On the way to the restroom I seen a cart with 6 sheets on it all cut down the middle to the size I was looking for. When I inquired I found out they were scrap pieces and because of human drama and an individual attempting to return pieces of scrap to the store that they are not longer giving out the scrap. Now Im wondering, shouldnt the store employees already know the pieces are scrap size and non returnable, so why are they really denying people a resource that shouldnt be going to a landfill?

Clean, quick and stocked with all supplies needed! This is a great store for all Home Improvement needs. They have a 10% discount for veterans, but will not accept a DD-214 as proof of service. I called to dispute this several times with no straight answer. Would give 5 Stars if not for this veteran issue.

Good selection of sprinkler supplies and helpful employees, but the check-out line stretched across the entire store, and there were only 2 lanes open.

Horrible customer service from Joe in the plumbing department. My Father and I asked him a question about if they had a type of fitting in stock and he totally just ignored us. He listened to the question but didnt give us an answer and walked away stretching his legs. Usually I dont complain but this seemed just so blatantly disrespectful and rude.

Customer service here is just not up to par. There are too many GREAT hardware, appliance and nursery places to shop than to support this big box. A long time ago i actually preferred Home Depot, until I owned my own home and had to start buying big ticket items. Home Depot wont take care of you like other stores who will be happy to have your business in times like these.

Always a hard time going here. The employees who roam the aisles are hard to track down. You can be standing there looking at items and they walk by and never ask you if you need help. They are much closer than Lowes so we go.

Very competitive inventory and prices! Most of the staff are really amazing and helpful! It does take too long most times to get someone to cut your lumber if you need cuts (Ive had to wait more than an hour on some occasions) and the loading section is in DIRE need of customer service training as they are quite rude, condescending, and often quite lazy as well. I still give this place 5 stars, however, because everything and everyone else here make up for it! ;-)

I was so impressed with the service we received from an employee by the name of Mondai at the Temecula store. We had been waiting for 10 minutes after asking for help from several employees. When I asked Mondai, he was the only employee that took care of us immediately. So please thank him again for us. It’s refreshing to know there are some young people that have a good work ethic.

Home Depot is a great place to shop but dont try calling them. It took ten minutes to finally talk to someone then I was put hold for another five. I could have driven there faster.

Had a very rude encounter with a staff member tonight. I stopped in to see if they had some 20 gallon buckets I needed for something. So I went right to the back where all the containers are and a staff member what I thought was a kind offer of help asked me if I was looking for something. I told him what I was looking for and he rudely laughed at me and then insinuated that I was fabricating my reason for being in the store. Then he m proceeds to tell other staff members to keep a close eye on me because I had told him that I needed 20 gallon buckets.
