After enduring a colossal nightmare with purchasing a dishwasher from Lowe’s, I returned the dishwasher and decided to look for a small business that is reputable. I am so glad I found Temecula Appliances!! Rick, the owner was easy to work with. We love our LG dishwasher! It’s so quiet you can’t even tell it’s running! I’m a fan of this company!

Best appliance store in Temecula hands down. I had the easiest time purchasing a refrigerator. Quick and with highest customer service. Shop local. We bought a LG refrigerator from Temecula Appliances. They have been advertising same day delivery, but it took three days to deliver. That s fine. The bigger issue is that it didnt cool since the beginning. Called the store the same day, and was told to wait for 24 hours. We then went on traveling for a week. It was still not cooling when we came back home. Called the store and talked to the owner again, and was told to call LG instead. Called LG, was given a repair shops phone number. Called them and was dispatched a technician after 5 days. The technician said it requires major repair, and we better off to ask the store to get us an exchange. Called the store again, and Rick Black the owner refused to give us an exchange, even on the receipt it clearly noted with black ink that there is 30 day exchange. Called LG again, and was told that the technician ordered parts. When can the parts arrive? Dont know. SO it has been 18 days that we dont have a refrigerator. Still dont know when they can fix it.After I wrote the review yesterday, the store owner Rick Black called my husband at work and threatened to cancel the warranty if we dont take down the review. How could he do that? He took our money $1903, plus $160 delivery fee for nothing?Got a supervisor call from LG Customer Service this morning and said they could still try to repair, but the stores usually would give a return or replacement if it was within 30 days. However, this store not only refuses to exchange, but also threatened us to cancel the warranty.

We are the ones who paid a lot of money and received bad product, and an LG supervisor told us that usually stores like Home Depot would replace within 30 days, and this guy doesnt want to honor his own 30 day exchange policy.

If I could give 0 I would but unfortunately I was required to give at least one, my dad had our entire kitchen remodeled. One of the only things my dad wanted to do, he got all his appliances at this place and when we got it delivered the oven was damaged and bent all over the place. It didn’t come in a box or any sort just plastic wrap. My father and others have called to either exchange the oven or have something done to fix the problem. Rick was extremely rude, tried blaming us for the problem and refused to do anything about it. His people had it delivered and brought it into the house. Upon us taking the plastic off that’s when we noticed the damage. If this wouldn’t be posted publicly this would’ve been a nastier review. Don’t bother at this place. Seriously. It’s the one thing that leaves a sour pit in my stomach after a beautiful new kitchen.

I am a very happy camper, purchased an LG French door refrigerator, ordered May 11th 2021, delivered May 14th. Outstanding service, Richard Black!! The delivery guy, Paco, excellent 😃 He took such care in installation. Very friendly, helpful. Its great to know that there are so many people out there. He had so much energy. Hes a super employee . Thank you so very much. I would highly recommend this business. Again Im happy 😀

DO NOT buy from here paid thousands of dollars for our new appliances not including delivery fee, when unwrapped to install stove, control panel had major damage. called owner Rick. instead of trying to be understanding and rectify situation, was loud and accusatory saying that the plumbers damaged the stove. i watched plumbers unwrap stove. they did not damage stove, it was delivered that way, was shrink wrapped so it couldnt be noticed. Do not, i repeat, do not do business with this person or business, go elsewhere.

Had a great experience at this business. Walked in told the guy what we wanted found it and was delivered with in hours. Highly recommended.

My brother told me about his experience with the store. I just moved to Temecula and paid the store a visit. Purchased a refrigerator and washer. Salesman was very enthusiastic about his products and was very patient as my wife had a ton of questions and was very indecisive! He took the time to listen to her and directed us to the appliances that would best fit our needs. His prices were very fair and the product was well made. Seemed like was getting a great deal, but once we got home noticed the handles that had been boxed inside(almost as if they were hidden) were pretty destroyed. When I contacted him about it since when we bought it he told us there was only a dent in the door he replied I didnt know about it and I dont have handles, making no effort to make good on his word. Other than this they do have good products from what I saw, but Id make sure to check everything and dont take his word.
