We had a very good experience with Dan Martin and Levi. We had gone in several weeks ago just to ask some general questions about replacing our refrigerator. Dan was so informative and easy to talk to we said when it’s time to buy the refrigerator we will only go with Dan. When we went back, having narrowed our choices he helped us make a decision about the best refrigerator for our needs. Levi was very diligent about getting everything right for both the purchase and the delivery/haul away. The delivery isn’t until next week so hopefully all goes well but I felt confident Levi was trying his best to make sure it all went well. If the need arises to buy another appliance we will definitely go with Pacific Sales!

We had awesome customer service with Cameron! To be honest....in my many years dealing with service and sales people, I cannot think of anyone more top notch than Cameron! He was courteous and kind and very helpful in our selection of appliances! He was VERY knowledgeable in all the appliances in his department and was even knowledgeable of appliances in other departments! He never tried to pressure us into purchasing any particular product and was very honest if he felt one brand or product was better than another or if we should stay away from purchasing one product over another. He was even honest about telling us to look into purchasing from another source, ONLY if he had a product which would be back ordered many months or just not in stock. He shared many personal touches of products he used or installed at his own home and gave pros and cons on every product we discussed. He also told us he would price match on any appliance, if needed. Finally, he was very helpful in letting us know exactly when the appliances would be delivered and when the install dates would be. He always tried to save us money, when possible. He also investigated and came up with specs on every appliance we were looking at the day prior that we came in to look around.If there are 5 stars....I would give him 10 out of 5! There is nothing bad or negative I could say about Cameron and his excellent and awesome customer service! We have shopped at this store a number of times, and have always dealt with Cameron (he has worked there some 14+ years). If you want great selection an different price points, this is the place, and Cameron is the representative to deal with. He is so knowledgeable, patient, and really making sure you are taken care of, I cannot imagine a better purchase experience. Purchased a stove, install and removal of old stove. Sales person rushed the sale because we came in late. The new stove arrived only to learn, we were sold a stove that required a conversion kit. When customer service was called, she seemed unconcerned and told me to go down to the store and buy the kit. When i said, Id rather just return it to pour more money into the deal. She couldnt have cared less. Its stupid to lose a deal over a conversion kit. Their loss.

Charlotte and Levi were amazingly helpful. I needed to buy some appliances, and Charlotte helped me get the best deal possible on everything that I bought, and made sure they were in stock. It was the best shopping experience Ive had in years.

This place has really good deals on washer and dryers. Courtney helped me figure out the best deal for my family. Being that I have a geek squad account with Best Buy I was able to get my install for free. Also, this location gave me a military discount on my set. The customer service is second to none at this location. I reccomend this place when searching for appliances.

I went in with high expectations for customer service and let me tell you Dan and Janette exceeded it by making the buying process effortless. Very disappointed! Not sure if this was a management issue or a communication issue. I made a purchase back in January 2021. I was told that the item(s) were on backorder. The delivery dates changed many times throughout this process. We disclosed that we had granite countertops prior to placing the order and we were told that the installers were able to make minor adjustments. Finally, we arrive at the install date in the middle of APRIL, the guys sent to install were inexperienced and did not have the proper tools needed to make adjustments.I ultimately canceled/ returned the order. This was a colossal waste of time!The customer service while in the store was great, patient, and very informative, but all of her hard work was for nothing if the scheduling and install team cant deliver. I also felt un-valued as a customer, as no alternative accommodations were offered to rectify the problem.

Charlotte was so amazingly helpful! She listened to what I loved that I have and wanted to have it in our next home. Then she took me right to what I wanted. It made it so easy and I was expecting for it to be so very hard. Everything was on sale. 2 things were sold out but she was able to get them for me at the sale price. It was smooth and easy. Im very happy.

I bought an open box Samsung dishwasher and since the moment I brought it home, I had nothing but problems. The repair team of Pacific Sales aka Best Buy aka Geek Squad were awesome about coming out to fix it but it took 5 visits from three different people and its STILL not working properly. Absolutely not acceptable!

If I could give more stars, I would! I recently purchased a condo and needed all new appliances. First I went to Lowes and Home Depot and no one at either store wanted to help me, answer any questions or give me any information about financing. My brother recommended that I go to Pacific Sales- I am beyond grateful. I was just the experience that I was looking for. Charlotte took me around the whole store describing each appliance and helping pick just what I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave 100% attention! Shane also was a great help locating appliances and answering questions. Lastly, working with Janette in financing at the end was the cherry on top! She helped me increase my credit limit on my Best Buy card and assisted in my financing options. Customer service is so hard to find these days. This was truly the best experience! Thank you!

Great customer service, affordable prices, and highly recommended! Our salesman Jeff was very helpful and informative. The appointment scheduling process was easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone followed CDC guidelines and the store was very clean. My wife and I drove from Hemet to the Temecula store because our refrigerator was on its last legs so a new one was needed quickly. After a frustrating waste of time at Lowes, we arrived without an appointment (unaware that we needed one) but no problem...the friendly staff let us in and we met with Shane, the Home Appliance Design Manager, who was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. He helped us with our choice, which was what we we were looking for at a great price too. The best part was that it would be delivered in 2 weeks which is great considering the current world situation. Have bought from them before and will continue to do so in the future!

Jeff Claude is our perfect salesman. My husband and I planned to visit three retailers to select our new combination microwave + wall oven. Jeff was extremely patient and knowledgeable, educating and advising us. We left, intending to go to our next store. We got in the car, looked at each other, and agreed, Jeff is great, hes earned our business. We returned, and bought our new appliance. So easy, so professional. We are completely satisfied.

Just returned the top of the line washer and dryer we purchased there. Will never do business there again. They totally messed up on the delivery and set up. Sent two incompetent guys who destroyed the dryer door. They sent a repair man to fix it, was told it couldnt be fixed, took pictures and left. Called for almost a week to set up delivery on a new dryer, the two managers, Cameron and Paul never returned my call. Went into thestore and received full refund. All they had to do was call me back and send a new dryer. Problem solved. Now to do this all over again some where else.

On Oct 9th we bought a dishwasher, stovetop and microwave for delivery on Oct 23rd..I had my Range Dishwasher, Stovetop and microwave delivery for Oct 23rd canceled without any notification.I called the service department who could not even find my order. When I visited the store itsef to find out why, they said, we have the Dishwasher and Microwave but we didnt deliver it because we dont have the stovetop yet and we didnt want to make two trips. Unacceptable! They rescheduled delivery of the 2 items in stock and that was handled a few days later. The stovetop was to be delivered and installed today Nov 4th. We got a phone confirmation of it on Monday Nov. 2nd. Today Nov. 4th we received a robo call saying it was cancelled because the item wasnt in stock. ??? It was apparently in stock when they called to verify delivery on Monday for today. I again called the service deprtment and have gotten no response so I again visited the store itself and dealt with the salesperson who gave me nothing but excuses and empty promises of a future delivery for Nov 13th. Im very skeptical and not expecting anything but more excuses. Im very disappointed and not at all impressed. They are very good at accepting your money though! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher with Jeff’s help. He was knowledgeable about all of the makes and models. I had done my own research before going to the store. I never felt pressured to purchase any one product by him. After he wrote up the sale he turned the transaction over to Tony who was personable and efficient. Delivery was timely and the installation went easily. I have purchased many appliances from Pacific and have always been happy.

If I could give less than one star I would. Worst experience getting a dishwasher. Our sales rep Jeff was nice however cashiers and girls that work behind the desk were horrible. Rude, disrespectful, eye rolling, deep signing etc. Deshere was as helpful as she could be. We finally received our dishwasher 8 to 12 weeks after purchasing. Our order was canceled then reordered to sit at Pacific sales for quit awhile. This was a nightmare of a transaction. There isnt enough space to write exactly what happened. Very very disappointed.

I dont normally do reviews but my experience at Pacific Sales was amazing! They are doing by appointment only as they explained over the phone and gave me an idea of what that in store appointment would look like beforehand which I appreciated. They had someone to greet me at the door and I was impressed with all of the precautions they are taking due to covid, everything was clean, they all wore mask and there was hand sanitizer at the door. My sales person was extremely knowledgeable and everyone was so nice from beginning to end, I got plenty of information and look forward finishing my shopping once my home is complete. You guys rock!

Over the weekend I shopped the competition for a appliance package right when I walked in I knew it was going to be a better experience because I was greeted right at the door. The sales person showed me difference between what I had seen at Lowes and home depot. I was pleasantly surprised when the store manager Paul showed me other items that I thought I couldnt afford. My husband and I had the greatest experience at this location! We have been shopping for all new appliances at multiple stores and Pacific Sales was by far the best place. I have to take time and do this review as I know the need for this kind of service in our community. It’s very hard to find places now @ days with great customer service. But pacific sales exceeded my expectations. Honestly I was all thinking what’s the catch. I spend less then 30 minutes in their store found what I needed and it’s getting delivered for free and installed by a third party on Saturday. I mean thank you. Cameron bell I believe was his name. Ive had really good experiences with Pacific Sales in Temecula. Ive purchased several major appliances there this year and the best part of my purchasing experience was the help of one of the sales associates, Pearl. Shes super friendly and knowledgeable, but more than that she cares. She helped point me in the direction of items that were in my price range and excellent quality. She also kept an eye out for me for particular things I was looking for. I saved a lot of money and got really high quality appliances by working with her and Pacific Sales!

My appliaces in my kitchen are 21 years old and failing! I went to Pacific Sales in Temecula, and met with my Salesman “Jeff Claude” for the first time. Jeff explained that the sales personal at PS do not work on commission, which I felt was a good thing!Jeff is VERY Honest and listened to what we thought we were looking for with minimum installation problems. We took our measurements with us. I was just going to “look” and check out how much this kitchen upgrade was going to costs us. We are Seniors on Social Security in our late 70’s. We purchased a double oven/microwave combo, a under counter fan assembly, and a new wine cooler. Frank worked his magic ( less money than I anticipated) and we purchased on the spot. Bought a range top and kitchen sink. Dealt with Pearl in appliances. She was helpful, friendly and efficient. The sinks and plumbing department is separate, dealt with Devin, courteous and friendly. At checkout dealt with Deshana, very nice. Purchase was rung up separately? Not sure why.

Horrible esperiece I do understand about covid but the lack of communication terrible I send so many e mails left voice msg I call and seems that you are complete ignore I did spend a good amount of cash here my first and my last I work in costumer service in my own shop and my clients are my priority all the time I do high orders and again I do my best to respect and get back to each of my clients you not even a sorry horrible horrible

We had a problem several times with a refrigerator that we purchased three years ago at Pacific Sales. We have an extended warranty through Best Buy and they sent out a repairman, Joey, who was very knowledgeable and personable. He recommended a replacement unit which we received at the Temecula location. The transfer was made easily by Jesus, who was also wonderful and professional. Finally, the delivery was handled promptly and professionally by Christian. Our problem was resolved and we are now very happy with our new refrigerator Thank you Pacific Sales and Best Buy!!

We purchased a refrigerator in July 2015. Every three months, our ice maker would freeze up and a repairman was sent out. Every time we called, we got very courteous service from the appointment scheduler and extremely knowledgeable and professional repairmen. After a year, and four service calls (one every three months), the repairman put in a request to the manufacturer for a replacement/refund. When the manufacturer dragged their feet, the customer care department and even one of our repairmen, went into action and got our replacement /refund approved. They worked hard through all of this and went above and beyond what we expected. We ordered another refrigerator and they even made that transaction extremely fast and easy. Look, appliances break and malfunction and its never fun to deal with the hassle of scheduling and waiting for a service call; but thats NOT the fault of the store that sold you the item. What IS the stores responsibility is the handling of customer service if/when a problem arises. Our Temecula Pacific Sales has been a STELLAR example of excellent customer care. We bought a new washer and dryer from Pacific sales about 6 weeks ago. It came with free delivery and installation. They installed it on a Friday afternoon and did a test run, all look good. The next morning we notice that our wood floor on the other side of the washer had buckeled. Looking into it Pacific Sales had left a small water leak at the outlet of the washer connection. We called them immediately after discovery. We got the run around for 5 weeks from Pacific Sales and their delivery company. Long story short they said it’s not their responsibility. They would not stand behind their install. Terrible terrible terrible.

Fantastic service Devin went out of his way to help us find what we needed. And delivered the next day.

The front counter is very welcoming and at least one of the girls should consider being a comedian. Best jokes in town.

I purchased an almost 8,000 dollar built in refrigerator. Even though they sent out someone to check out the installation, they never pulled out the old refrigerator. Then the installer refused to install and hook up my refrigerator. He just left it in my kitchen and I had to pay someone to install.

The service was overall a fantastic experience but what was more impressive was the knowledge from my sales person Jeff!

Buyer beware. Dont purchase any kitchenaid products. Worst decision of our lives. What a nightmare and they did nothing to fix it. Stay away, you have been warned.

We bought all of our appliances from this store, in the store the salesperson and the store customer service was excellent. That is where it all ended!!! They deliver the Refrigerator in the back of a old Toyota truck and almost drop it while getting it out of the truck (no call ahead of time either). The next delivery was a dish washer, microwave, washer and dryer, they finally show up at 10:30 pm, the dryer is damaged and the delivery guys states that this is normal they just get beat up when they deliver them and we need to call the store in the morning as they are closed. Finally we are ready to have our stove delivered and everything installed, the delivery guys are running around like crazy beating things up (walls and appliances they are installing) we ask can you slow down a little, he said no because they have 29 stops today. The delivery guys are rude and hardly speak english. He installs the Washer and dryer first, I walk into the laundry room 5 minutes later and it is flooded, He comes into look at it and states it is not his problem because we bought a floor model and it is used (we thought it was new), at this point we try to get a hold of customer service and there is no one there until 10am when the store opens, we have them put the washer and dryer back in the garage and now we wait until the store opens to see what happens next. I would not recommend buying from Pacific Sales or Best Buy (since they are the same company) if you need things delivered and/or installed.UPDATE - Went to the store and they are again making things correct for the delivery company. They are going to send new in the box units and pick up the ones that were delivered. This morning the new washer/dryer arrived this delivery team was great (4th time was definitely a charm) they installed the units, cleaned them and made sure they operated correctly. They even took the time to fix the refrigerator that was incorrectly installed on Saturday. All in all we are now very happy with our new appliances and in 3 months we wont even remember the turmoil that we had to endure. So the new bottom line is, if you are patient and hold your ground they will make things good!!!

Orderd was given a date to be received. There closed Sunday and Monday. Didnt hear back after two and a half weeks late. Still waiting!! Poor customer service. Wont order from them again.

I bought a big screen tv there 4 years ago, and purchased a 5 year warranty. The tv screen went black on half the tv a little over 3 weeks ago. I contacted them immediately to see about a repair or replacement. After calling them several times, I have been given nothing but the run around. Made several calls, some of them not returned after leaving messages. Was told they are still searching for the panel part they need, and we are still waiting. Won’t be shopping there again!

Seven years ago we purchased a dishwasher from the old Pacific Sales location in Temecula. The experience was overall most satisfactory. So, in July of 2015 we purchased a refrigerator from the new location of Pacific Sales (now owned by Best Buy). The experience was mediocre, to say the least. Then when the delivery was made, the real trouble began. First, the refrigerator did not work properly & we had to have another delivered. That experience was one of the worst weve every experienced - the crew who delivered it seemed to have no clue how to set it up, etc, etc. To top it off, they were rude & totally indifferent. Now, a little over a year later, were having a problem with the water dispenser. It took me one full hour to finally make arrangements to have a repair person come see whats wrong. On my 1st attempt to call for help, I waited over 20 minutes to be connected to the repair dept., & then my call was disconnected before I was able to speak with them. The 2nd attempt took another 30 minutes, but I WAS able to make arrangements for a repair person to come look at the problem. However, the person I spoke with was either a robot or a special needs individual. They were totally inept! We have our fingers crossed that the promised service person will actually appear on the appointed day. I believe this is the last time we will deal with Pacific Sales/Best Buy !!!
