Cathy is AMAZING! She helped out so much, was super thoughtful, thorough and responsive. She answered all my questions and got back to me professionally and timely. I wish everyone was as proficient, kind and professional as her! Will 100% use Fedex downtown again.

Requested a delivery to be made with overnight service, did not receive my package within the first 3 days, twice being delayed by circumstances “out of their control.” Once I called to verify what this meant, I was told that a hurricane prevented my package from being delivered to my apartment even though the package had been put on a truck for delivery. The hurricane turned out to be a tropical storm that happened to pass by days prior to when the package was supposed to be delivered. Clear weather followed and still no package. After the 3rd time being delayed still no package delivery scheduled even though I’ve been told they even deliver on Sundays. Now I have to have my package redirected to who knows where to go out of my way to pick it up after initially being told it would arrive overnight. Terrible experience and I wish to never use fedex as a delivery service again.

Super friendly staff. I was greeted immediately whenever I walked in and everyone was very professional and helpful. I love this office since it is nestled in downtown and the closest FedEx to my office. They have street parking right up front (if you can find a spot) which makes it very easy to carry heavier packages.

Worst mail in US, From London to Tampa in 2 days, from Tampa to Wesley Chapel in 5 days. Lazy people, no phone customer service, no in store service, they dont care and will lie to you.
