A small facility but very efficient. I had the pleasure of dealing with Leo a few times and no matter how many customers were waiting in line he made sure my questions were answered and I never felt rushed so he could attend to others. Very professional and friendly.
Really? Your going to charge me $0.75 a pound for a convenience fee on my prepaid labels. Im good. Ill walk across the street and ship for free. Do not go here!

This experience spands over days but I have to say it is a perfect example of the worst service and employees that make the customer feel as if the customer is the problem. The employee “Julie” lost my overnight package, lie to me and my daughter about the package. Placed the phone on the counter when I called and never picked it up. Fist time for 5 minutes and then second time for over one minute. I did disconnect both times at the times stated. Then she would answer the phone and disconnect the call immediately when all I need was correct tracking information that I was previously promised. And no the package did not arrive on time or even on the day needed. Overall I will no use ups store or affiliated ever again and hope that you do not as well.
