Worst shopping experience ever! I was treated poorly, no hello upon entering, no help in the fitting room, I was ignored when I asked for help. I watched another customer get great treatment and I cannot understand why I was ignored. At checkout I asked why I was treated differently and was told I didnt need to buy from their store, so I left.

This shop is so intimate and very spacious. Though the stock is various you have room to move. The owner is one of the most welcoming Ive come across in a good while. The personal attention she gave was literally hands-on (she assisted with my fittings). She wears the clothing herself and explained how to care for them so the garment will last. I can go on and on about this cute little shop for men and women but I suggest you check it out for yourself. While there tell the owner, LaVisa, says HELLO and she will be seeing you soon!! Again, great quality merchandise with THE BEST customer service making for a lovely unforgettable experience 😀

Wish I could give you 10 stars! My experience was incredible, the quality of the girdles are incomparable! The fabric is super comfortable, feels amazing at the touch of the skin, not like any other faja out there. Definitely the best of the best! The store is beautiful, super clean and the ladies there are so welcoming and kind! They help you and teach you how to put on correctly your garment (which it was very easy, no struggle at all) I now believe it’s possible to feel comfortable during post-surgery!

I had no idea what I needed for after surgery. They were able to answer all of my questions, and fit me into exactly what I needed. They really care that you get exactly what you need and they were very knowledgeable about what is required for different surgeries. I will be going back to check out some of the cute clothes and swim suits!

I was supper swollen and in pain with the wrong faja, no compression at all. The lady at the front desk helped me right away and got me the right size and recommend some other accessories to improve my results. I came in crippled walking bend forward from the pain, and miserable and came out looking snatched walking straight and full of confidence.

Great place to get your next faja. Walked in with a faja burn due to the Dr placing me in very small faja. Came in and the lady was so great in getting me fitted with the right size. Now I go there for all my fajas.

Came in today after 1 week surgery and the faja I was given no longer was giving me compression. Right away they knew what type of faja and what size was the right one for me. They helped me put it on and I walked away feeling great !!!! Definitely recommend them.

Although the customer service is very good and the employees and owner are very helpful they do not listen to the customers. I went in a purchased a faja 2wks post op. I informed that I was 2wks post op and needed a new faja. I was squeezed into a size that was to small I asked to go up a size and was told no it would be to big. The faja that they assured me was the correct size was so tight it created a indent in my back and flanks. This was not my first time going here but it was definitely my last.

The best faja and the most comfortable after post surgery, im buying my fourth faja today

I brought 2 faja from here the first one lace rip like 3days later they blamed me and was told i could come back to get it alter but now all of sudden theyre not due to covid(which makes no sense since other alteration places are open for business) . Went back to buy a shaper, which was no good and kept rolling up which i told her i dont need to happen cuz i just had surgery, So I buy another smaller faja with compression bra and now the elastic on it is no good and keep rolling up after only a week or 2 of having it. Im convinced theyre only worried about making a sale not about customer service or quality. $500 worth of product later and I still need a new faja smdh dont waste your time or money

I selected this location based off of the reviews. They all were really good. Although the initial service was excellent and attentive the follow up experiences have not been so much. I’ve spent about $300 in total. I have only worn my units for 2 weeks. The elastic rubber began coming out of the legs of the unit within that time. When I returned to have the size altered, I informed them of the defect. I was told it would be $25 to repair. Although I don’t mind paying for the alterations, the elastic bands should not be coming out of the lace in my opinion on something I’ve owned less than 2 weeks. I like supporting small businesses but it’s hard when you can’t get a guarantee on your product. Had I purchased from most Brick and mortar stores, I could have returned or exchanged. They’re not cheap. Oh well lessened learned. The staff was really nice about telling me No... lol

Im Colombian and i know if a faja is good or not.Their authenticity, knowledge and high quality products is incredible. We Colombian women love our fajas super tight, because it helps with the bring down, the swelling and also shape your body. I have been wearing their faja everyday because it gives me the compression i want but with a LOT of comfort, they are Great material and Great costumer service.

This is the most amazing shapewear store in town and in the world! I have been using fajas for the past 10 years and SexySkinz is totally different!! The fabric it’s just amazing, it perfectly fit to my body as a second skin and instantly I lose 2 sizes. In one month I have lost 3 sizes an 10 pounds using it as they told me to. So I have been going to this store for Almost 5 years now. And today I want in there and felt like I was being rush out the store. And Remind you I was not even in there for 2 minuets. I came to the store today because owner said in a month to come back so I can see her new line of garments. So As I was trying to look at the garments as I was leaving the young lady that was in there was beening rude and rushing me out there like she didn’t want me in there. I don’t know if I will ever come back. I have spend over thousands of dollars with this company in just this year along to be treated like this. This is unacceptable. And I can take my money some where else. If I have to be treated like this. I was very disappointed and the service I was giving today. I will say the owner Elizabeth is a very nice lady and I love her products. But it’s not worth me driving almost a hour to be treated like this. Unbelievable!!!!
