Overall great place but I have it 2 stars because of the young straight Latin guy who works night shifts. Closes the booths for “cleaning” but sits outside on his car smoking. When the booths are open when he’s working he’s giving everyone who goes in and out dirty looks and then turns the lights on and scares everyone off. The other places are always packed because no one wants to go there while he’s working. It’s a shame you have an employee working for you who is clearly hurting your business.

Pretty clean store, great staff, also great place to work very laid back . I encourage everyone to shop here ! Also their prices are lower than some stores like jack n Jill . Also opened 24 hours . Has a good selection !

The store is clean very friendly staff. Except the young Latin guy that usually works at night on weekends. Close the store for “cleaning “ all night. Turn the booths lights on and no one can get into. I noticed this specially on weekends. I don’t know how they make any money at all. Most of the time he’s not friendly with the guys.This guy keeps working “ because all what he does is texting outside sitting on his car while the cleaning signs are on the door for three hours and no body can go inside. He’s hurting your business big time.

I have met and become friends with some of the clerks during the last few years of visiting this shop.It’s very telling when disgruntled clerks try posting negative reviews without acknowledging that they were employed at the store.I’ve met Eddie Nowak (above review) on a few occasions. I stopped in to buy lubricant one night at around 2am and wasn’t greeted. I assumed the clerk was busy cleaning up the booth area so I waited and heard a commotion back there.Another customer came in and looked around the front area and just walked to the back about a few seconds later and I realized the booths were open and decided to take a peak back there to see if a clerk was available to ring me out.I looked back there to find Eddie was walking out of a booth and putting his shirt on. I realized it was a clerk because it was an X Mart shirt he was putting on but, until I could see clearly, did I realize it was Eddie. I was shocked and appalled that an employee would be using the booths while he was getting paid to work but I’ve heard so many stories about this guy, it doesn’t surprise me.He didn’t recognize me from before which wasn’t strange but had an attitude when I was purchasing lubricant. I obviously interrupted him in the booths and he wasn’t happy about it.I’ve seen this store change for the better since before the pandemic. Management has always been fair and I’ve heard the current store manager tries to help and manage his clerks as best as he can. He probably can’t help the disgruntled clerks who aren’t looking to make the right decisions but instead burn bridges because of their personal issues and vendettas that have nothing to do with him.I’ve met the current store manager and he seems like a decent guy. I couldn’t imagine running a store with the slim pickings he has to hire and attempt to train while 75% end up screwing him over anyways.And then you have guys like Eddie who want to try and keep good people down because his life is trash. It’s really sad and I hope he finds the peace he’s looking for. Although looking through his other reviews, he seems to only have hate in his heart.I was there last night and got one of the new Wild pills! For anyone not in the know, it’s the renamed Wicked and it’s the exact same pill.5 stars because X Mart is a great store regardless of the negativity. It’s one of the few brick and mortar stores left that actually care about their customers and it shows with the replies in this review section. I wasn’t going to review until I saw the ridiculousness but I felt it deserved a non-biased take in reality.

This place asked my friend to give her purse to her because they thought we were going to steal when we were getting costumes for a funny halloween party they proceeded to try say our ids were fake and that we need to be checked before we leave because she thought we were going to rob her

I couldn’t wear my small over the shoulder purse while shopping…I did not make a purchase!

I walked into the store and was told I had to have my temp taken. The machine which looked old- apparently registered a temp that was “unacceptable” I clearly have on a hoodie and it’s hot outside and I’ve been in the sun. He didn’t offer to retake it in 5 mins. Very rude I will never give them my business I would rather drive 40 mins across the bridge than to patronize this business ever. Not to mention what I could see the selection was small and not worth it.

Will say the place got new staff members definitely the best choice they made so far! Place looks and smells cleaner. Staff is friendly and very helpful if you need anything don’t be afraid to ask! You get a warm welcome when you walk into the door! Place is just over all a lot better.Minus management he has an attitude all the time and takes it out on his employees and makes his employees do all his work!

This store is so much better then the surrounding stores. They carry a lot of different products.They are very well organized their staff know the products. It is very bright inside and the customer service is top notch. My self and my wife will definitely be shopping here again!!!!!

Let me first say that the store is incredibly clean and well kept, and they have a varied and large selection of toys, party favors, lingerie and an ubundance if sex swings. They also have a very nice arcade that shows good movies also very clean.Why 2 Stars?Well the prices are pretty high on many pieces especially men’s clothing.The stores motto should be “closed for cleaning” because every time you go in there is a 50/50 chance the booths will be closed never at a determined time just random which means if you want to use them you need to go in and out about 15 times because they don’t tell you a time if you ask. Oh about 8am means whenever we feel like it. I understand you need time to clean them, but it doesn’t take 3 hours for floors to dry. I know if I had an employee letting a filled parking lot go because there is no rhyme or reason to their cleaning schedule.Furthermore it seems like they almost do it on purpose and get a kick out of how many people they can turn away. Here’s the thing I run a very similar store in another county and I know how long it takes to clean which leads into customer service, my store is known for having great employees that talk to clients and take an interest they also would never let 17 customers walk because they didn’t feel like opening up the booths. Plus by doing this the only thing you are doing is hurting your business, when people start feeling like they are getting jerked around they write reviews, talk to friends and now you have no arcade business. Do not be fooled the ammount of arcade customers in any store is a constant supply of revenue putting money in machines, buying small things like lube, condoms, c rings and cleaner. All those small things add up to a lot of money and bad reviews and word of mouth add up to lost business. My suggestion is drop the attitude that I have witnessed on four out of four visits, get off the phone when you have clients in store (there go customers 18 and 19 sent away), I will not be returning to this store again.

I went in and it was so clean, much better than the stores down the street. The employee there was nice and they had like so much stuff. It was really cool, definitely going again.

It is a clean place, but tonight one of the black lady tall and skinny treated me very rude, make fun of me and she said that I was looking at her like stupid after she asked what I was doing standing on her clean floor, I was waiting for restroom in store since the one inside it is not working. I told her the that way she talk was not good customer service, she said it sure is not, and started saiding what I said in the beginning, really bad experience.

I love the employees they are awesome the store is clean. But Ive come to realize the prices are starting to bug me ontop of the two newest products I bought are broke :v not even into 30 minutes of play. Thats pricey for like $100. Also they dont refunds, so cool Im out a 100 bucks and fun. I dont recommend this place at all anymore.

This happened with in a course of the last 2 months you really should pass out customer service survey flyers or something get feedback or new employees, word gets around customers leave unhappy and some people say they are afraid to go in cause of that blonde chick or red haired chick, ask aroundIf I could give 0 stars I would! the lady that is blonde, now with red hair completely insulted me told me to get the f** out of her store and called me a fagg*t. The floors were being cleaned I did not see the sign and she yelled at me I told her that it was not necessary to yell and she yelled harder! that was one incident! the second incident was I parked my car she banged on my window with a giant flashlight and told me to go the store was closed and so was the arcade! it was 7pm! she is absolutely a bully she is rude she should not be working there and she really should be in a looney house! my third incident and last cause I a never going back in there was when I was in a booth with money she banged on the door and said you MF need to get the F** k out! like she needs to be fired if your the owner of this place and you are reading this you really need to rethink how you hire your employees! absolutely disgusting customer service! do not recommend this place at all!

Customer service is awesome, love the staff, but a lot of the merch seems a bit too pricey for what it is, but, i guess part of that is a convenience fee. Still though....

My favorite employee no longer works at x mart! I will NEVER be going back unless 1. She does, or 2. The younger, trashier ladies are fired in the same manor.

Called the store to check stock on an item 2/16/20 at 7:05 am . This item is in excess of $250.00 . Was calling Tampa store from Orlando .The guy said he didn’t know if they carried it or not, that would have to come in and see . I explained to him that I was in Orlando and asked if he could check for me . He said no that he was busy cleaning the store right now . Well X Mart you will never get my business now . Thanks for the help .
