If youre going to run a business, make sure you put the proper hours. Your store said open at 11 this morning. I rang the doorbell as directed with no answer, then called 4 times with no answer. I rather go to Todds.

I love the store and they have great product selection when I have been fortunate enough to have someone actually answer the door. I usually have a great shopping experience.. However my only issue is that on several occasions I’ve driven across town after calling to verify that they were open only to arrive and no one answered the door or the phone, yet the open sign is illuminated. I don’t understand how that’s a profitable or professional business practice.

Couldn’t gat anyone to answer the door. Tried calling the number but no answer. My wife and I along with another lady friend left and went to Todds and purchased $200 worth of toys between the two women. Oh well.

In love with this place! It’s so cute and has absolutely anything you would ever need. The staff is super friendly and helpful... ask for Jen and Alexis they’re are the best! Definitely recommend Orchid to everyone :)

Well what can I say... Jen was kind and helpful she really knew what I need to give my girl an unforgettable night! As a matter of fact I ended up having that unforgettable night! Thank you Jen thank you thank you Orchid I will definitely be back for another on of those candles!

The place its locked and no one answers the phone or open the door, don’t drive and waste your time, the business doesn’t care about selling or about costumers. I would’ve given 0 starts if I could.

Tried to come here during normal business hours and couldnt get anyone to let me in. This was my first visit here and im fairly disappointed; I have to say, this is the first time Ive left a toy store this unsatisfied.
