I called after 6:30 pm after being told by 3 other companies they couldn’t get to me before the next day. John called and said he would be here in about 35 minutes….and he was here in 35 minutes! He was professional and very thorough. He had our system up and running in less than 30 minutes. He then checked lines, splits, etc. Very nice person and I would definitely recommend John and his company.

Ive used Hot 2 Cold twice for my house this past month. They cleaned up and figured out everything to do with my exhaust fan, hasnt ran this smooth since it was brand new. One week after closing on our house our AC went. It was 9pm Friday night and we were lucky enough to stumble across Hot2Cold. They scheduled us an appointment for first thing Saturday morning. John came out and spent time working with us on all the options and what would be best. He was sympathetic to our situation and really went the extra mile to help make us feel comfortable. After deciding on a system that would work best, he got us set up with an install Monday morning.Our install team was led by Devin, and I cant say enough about the hard work they put in. They were at our house by 8am, but some warehouse issues (nothing to do with them) caused them to have to be at our house all day and into the night. At no point did they consider leaving the job until the next day. They worked until they were finished (9:30pm) and were always willing to answer any questions we had despite hours of work. Tony was a very nice man so I really do not like complaining but at the same time my main request when making the appointment was not fulfilled. I had concerns of potential air loss underneath my home and specifically called in requesting someone go under the home to inspect the ducts for any leaks. This was not done. I asked Tony multiple times to go under the house and he just brushed off my request. When he was getting ready to leave, I asked if he had gone under to check for leaks and he responded by saying no do you want me to I said yes thats why I initially called. I removed a section of the Mobile home skirting to allow him access and he merely knelt down and put his arm under there and said its cool under there but thats because its so hot outside He never crawled under there to check all vented areas. I gave up at that point. It was apparent he had no intentions on doing what was asked. Needless to say, I am disappointed. I am the tenant here and I felt as though I wasted my landlords time and money related to my concerns.

Online scheduling is very convenient and was able to book for same day. Staff was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the issue with air flow in our new build home. The builders install company didnt efficiently arrange the bedroom ducts and used smaller ducts then should have been used for the room sizes. The hot2cold technician was able to show us how it should have been done and provided a reasonably priced estimate to rectify the issue. After the work was completed a few days later we have significant airflow to the rooms.

I am a General Contractor that has worked numerous times with this company for A/C coil cleanings. On 6/8/2020 they cleaned the coils at the above mentioned location. The customer called me on 6/29/2020 to express that the unit is not cooling and that the technician left his gauges on the condenser attached. As a result of all the gas in the unit leaked out and eventually damaged the unit. I called Taylor at Hot 2 Cold and she expressed immediate concern, apologized, and promised that the technician would arrive the same day at 9pm to make the situation right. I informed my customer and they were relieved. A few minutes later I received a call from the owner of the company Wayne who told me to find someone else to fix the A/C because they are not going back there. Wayne stated that the customer should have noticed sooner that the technician left the gauges on the unit. First of all, nobody checks their condenser on a regular basis, and the technician who left the unit like that should have came back as he is the licensed technician by the State of Florida. Wayne also said that our business relationship is over. As a business owner, I am shocked by the attitude of another business owner especially when his technician dropped the ball and made a huge mistake. I cannot express how scary it is to work with a company that the technician makes a mistake like that and does not attempt to correct it as if it was going to correct itself on its own. But as a customer you expect management to make the situation right, which in this case the owner was even more negligent and careless than the technician.In order to solve the situation I was forced to contact another company to repair the damage that Hot 2 Cold caused. The bill ran me $555 for this repair. Attached there will be photos showing how Hot 2 Cold left the unit and a copy of the paid receipt from the company I had to hire in order to clean up their mess.

James came on time the same day we called and checked out our whole aging system. He determined the problem was actually our nest thermostat which was only a year old. He removed it, connected the wires to have it run without the thermostat, and cold air began running again. We never would have thought that was the problem. I was having issues with my a/c the past few days, somehow my appointment fell through the cracks at H2C and I that forced me to go another day with no a/c,the fact that this all happened during the peak of the summer season was like pouring salt on a wound.H2C reached out to correct the mistake and make things right. My agent (Heath) stopped in the next day and took care of my issue.He was professional, understanding and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work completed. He was notPushing some sales pitch down my throat, just wanted to make up for the error on behalf of H2C and provide quality service. He did just that.My a/c is running smoothly now thanks to H2C.
