The staff in this location have good customer service

This is the closest distributor of Rheem and Nordyne HVAC equipment to southern Hillsborough county. Customer Service is good. They have had some turn over on the counter but it hasnt really changed the service. Which is a rare. Overall a good location. They always do their best to take care of their customers.

I’ve always liked Gemaire stores.

After hours help is useless if they dont provide the person working a login to program a fan motor. So now customer gets to sit with no working ac or pay for aftermarket fan motor although this was still under warranty. Also managers email returned as undeliverable. Not a smart move Gemaire.

If you dont speak Spanish you get served last!! Even if you are the first one there!!

Dont bother going here if youre not a licensed HVAC contractor.
