I started at Shake it Off with Coach Anita at the beginning of this year. She is AMAZING! I started at 147 pounds (for someone whos 52, that is A LOT) and have gotten down to 116 pounds. Anita made me feel confident in myself and kept me motivated. I even just competed in a bodybuilding bikini competition, something I would have never done had Anita not coached me in the weight loss!
After putting 50 pounds on from stress and other lifestyle challenges, I was really struggling with making any progress. I was referred to Shake it off and Ideal Protein by a few friends. So far I have lost 25 pounds and over 50 inches, and its been an easy to adapt to food plan. The foods that they integrate in are delicious and the plan doesnt make me feel deprived. Lisa and team of coaches and office staff are all wonderful! I met with Lisa to build a plan on how to lose post-baby weight. I had been frustrated over the amount of time I had been exercising and “eating healthy” on my own without seeing these lasting results. I came away for our first meeting with a plan to lose weight, a shopping list of specific foods and a weeks work of Ideal Protein food products that would all help me meet my end goal. Lisa’s program is also at a price point I was comfortable spending each week.My sessions with Lisa started after Memorial Day and I met my target weight/body fat just before Labor Day. At our weekly coaching sessions Lisa has a discussion with you about how you’re doing. She offers emotional support, scientific reasoning, recipes and how to be accountable with your food using her Ideal Protein food products. During these 3 months Lisa advised me to not to exercise (walking and swimming were ok) until I was further in the program. Now that I met my target weight Lisa and I meet every 3-4 weeks to just check in.A few weeks ago I went for a run on Bayshore and ran a mile time I haven’t hit since high school.
