I called nutrition smart today Friday, October 15th to ask if they had something in stock and was informed that the store was closing at the end of the month. They said there was a 25% off sale that will go on until the store closes so I headed over to catch the sale. Online it said the store closes at 9pm so I figured I had plenty of time. I walked into Nutrition Smart and started shopping. One of the employees started turning off the lights on the same row I was shopping at right when I started so I asked what he was doing. He said they are closing in 7 minutes. It was 6:53pm and it said they close at 9 online. Then he announced over the loudspeaker that they close in 5 minutes when my son and I were clearly the only ones in the store. Then he proceeded to be very rude to me and pressure me and continue to let me know they need to close at 7pm and followed me around the store. I have never felt more uncomfortable shopping in my life and this employee needs to reconsider the way he conveys a message and treats his customers.

Had a bad experience with one of the employees but manager Pete was great.

I shop here every week for the foods that keep my family healthy and happy! I highly recommend Nutrition Smart for organic fruit and vegetable, supplements, special diet foods, and yummy smoothies too! The staff is very friendly, the store is clean, and if you cannot find what you are looking for, they can transfer the item from another Nutrition Smart. This store has made a HUGE difference in our lives.

Hi TeamI had an 20% off an item sent by Nutrionsmart and upon purchasing a protein pack, the coupon will not work as expected.Purchased: DN Natural ISO-100 Choc 1.6lb, item # 705016353187@20% of $79.99 is $15.99But upon claiming the coupon, it will apply $8 alone. Why this mismatch, we couldn’t understand.Even after doing the transaction twice, the same error occurred.Can you help to understand why this would not work?As 20% coupon was sent and planned my purchase in comparison with buying from Costco.I can share the transaction receipts for your reference.Thanks in advanceCustomer

Love our area store the vitamin and supplement staff is always so helpful and I love all the products they offer in the rest of the store. The organic veggies, range free meats, freezer case and all the other grocery items offered they also have a juice bar. Never tried it but looks great too.

I love Nutrition Smart for the Vitamin section, the hard to find vegan food variety, and the friendly staff.

This is a small store, but the prices are decent on what they have. And there are the only store around that has the soda that my wife likes.

Always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is amazing, and and always eager to help. The staff is always in high spirits and enthusiastic about work. Jonathan was our cashier, and helped us learn more about the rewards program, making sure we always are credited for our shopping. Waiting patiently for a Nutrition Smart to open up in Brandon.. I’d never have to shop elsewhere again

The store is great! Huge selection and some of the cheapest prices I’ve seen in a heath food store. The CONS of this store has to be customer service. There’s was one girl in the front. Absolutely NO greeting, I don’t even think she look at me and my partner. I felt completely unwelcome in a empty store with only three employees. Two of the employees were helping in the back aisle talking to each other and no one asked if I needed help. Customer service is BIG, and this store lacked severely. I hope they can get some better associates working.

We enjoy shopping at Nutrition Smart, especially on the 20% off days! The quality of the products has never yet disappointed us, and any time we did have an issue, it was cared for very professionally. This particular store is quite new, and doesnt have all of the selection we are used to from the Carrollwood store, but it does have a juice bar!

I would not go there again.My first and last time. Had a bad experience. I wanted to buy Bio-K probiotics. Someone who was helping me, dont know if he was the owner or employee. He said a little $5 yogurt is four servings. I had one serving the same day. Next day when I tried to drink it, it tasted funny. Read again and found out the whole bottle was just one serving. He pretended to read and told me it is four serving in the bottle. Everything was very expensive.

This store is amazing with a huge selection of whole foods, health foods and natural medicine. They also carry a large selection of Kombucha. ..impressive.

Have had to return dairy items numerous times due to them being spoiled. They don’t restock often enough so many times they are out of what I need. I like to support local businesses but I am done with this one.

Prices are very expensive but the food is very healthy.

Have tried to support this store, however they are frequently out of things like MEAT. No chicken, no beef.. no pork. Completely empty meat case on more than one occasion at the west chase store. Not due to high sales, due to lack of ordering according to the staff.
