This place offer West Indian groceries. They also has frozen and fresh fish, on occasion. They offer hot Jamaican chicken, veggie, and beef patties. They might have coco bread on occasion. This is a mom & pop business. I continue to support.

I purchased a lot of seamoss from this supermarket and was disgusted when I found larva, maggots and flies in the bags. When I called to tell them, they yelled telling me no returns and the gentleman said rudely that I should’ve checked the merchandise before i left the store. I only wanted my money back. I spent $160 plus tax on bad infested seamoss. Now this is a public health matter which could’ve easily been resolved with decent and respectful customer service. In the close up in of the bag those black dots are flies not sand. The entire batch was contaminated.

They sell bad fish to people I buy a $102 worth of fish went to fry them for a party they was bad... I call he get an attitude about the fish!! Saying its my fault I need to check before I leave.. any other places never tell you to bring gloves and open up the inside and smell it🤔. But thats ok I just trash them I know now where not to spend my money again!!!.

This store pretty much has every ingredient one would need to make Caribbean food.

The customer service is terrible. The lady is very rude and she hangs up on you when you call to inquire about anything. Also if you are looking for sea moss, DO NOT get it from here. It is full of salt, the smell is pungent and the sea moss is extremely thick. All of these characteristics are characteristics of pool grown sea moss. After soaking the sea moss for 2 days with lime juice the sea moss still smelled the same. I wound up throwing it in the trash. Please be ware.

Wonderful shopping experience. Large selection of Caribbean goods, which can be hard to find in Tampa. I was able to send a wonderful care package to my husband in Colorado of all his favorites from Jamaica. I stopped in and was surpsied with Customer Appreciation Day...they gave out jerk chicken, rice and peas....so amazing. Plus they serve chicken veggie or beef patties ..check them out!!

I have to say that they were extremely helpful! I am completely green when it comes to shipping a barrel, I was helping a friend send things home to Jamaica and they helped walk us through the whole process. They took time out of their busy workday to give us advice and help us pack it. We traveled all the way from Brooksville Florida to do the pack and had lots of worries, but they made it easy. I would come back again in the future and thank them immensely for their help! And they followed up with tracking info before I even had a chance to call and ask!

A great spot for a Jamaican/Caribbean lovely owned store. I stop in often with my kids for a patty and coco bread and kola champagne. Also pick up items for my mom... great prices, and always good to heart the accents to remind me of home and family.

Went to buy some sea moss the old lady at the register had a nasty attitude.And the sea moss wasnt good sea moss it was thick and had salt an debris in the bag. Its not the real sea moss

Maybe the owner..I have no idea. Very rude, nasty and quite unintelligent. No people skills whatsoever and quite frankly no manners at all. Not sure how its possible to be that ignorant. But I guess, its the typical stereo-type. Never using this place for anything again. If youre looking for decent customer service, this isnt the place for you.

Rude!!!!! Being Jamaican I love my Jamaican people and culture but come on now we need to work on our customer service. We cant respond to people with rudeness and act like customers are bothering them. I had my incidents here but continue to deal with them because I believe in supporting my people but this is the last straw. I called this morning to ask about barrell prices a man answered the phone with hello with an attitude. Like you called his house instead of a business. So i naturally thought i called the wrong number and asked if this was Caribbean trade he hastly said yeah. So i asked him the prices of the barrell. He told me. Then i asked him if its a hundred dollars to send it. He then proceeded to argue and snapping at me asking me where I got that number from. I said Sir i was asking you. Then he was like.. You not asking me you are telling me!! with an attitude. Reallly???!!!...is that how you talk to customers who are trying to do business with you. You have lost my business and ill make sure ill tell my friends and family members about this experience as well. There is another place Carribean Sunshine Packaging that was pleaseant and exhibited acceptable customer service skills. I would encourage you to go there if you wanted to be treated with decent respect.

I will never shop at this store again. The owner is unprofessional and sells products that are expired, contain bugs, and his food handling practices are limited at best. When asked to exchange or refund bad product he acts as if he is doing you a favor when its your money that was spent. I am reporting him and his run down store to the BBB because i dont appreciate the way i was handle or how he runs his business.
