Went in late night after a gym workout to get a quick wrap before heading home. Approached the deli and Saul was more than helpful. I’m a patient person and though what I originally wanted was not available. The item on special “ultimate Wrap” is my second favorite item. All in all. It worked out well. Recognize Saul for his hard work and providing exceptional customer service. I frequent this location often. It’s nice to see friendly people here.

Bakery staff is terrible. Horrible customer service in store & over the phone. Also management wasn’t helpful. Ordered 2 cakes & cupcakes for my daughters bday. First of all the cake looked ugly & nothing like the AD Of the cake online then on top of that By the time we drove from publix straight home with the AC on all the frosting melted. The cakes & cupcakes were a disaster!! Luckily the birthday theme was slime so it looked like it went with the theme. But next time use less frosting!! When I finally cut into the cake it had such a thick layer of frosting on the outside that it was more frosting than cake. Also was missing half of the white chocolate pictured.

A nice grocer to visit. Staff was friendly and inviting. We were able to find most of the products we needed. The wine selection is lacking of your looking for some higher quality choices, but I was able to make due with some mid-range quality choices. Beer was will prices and had a good variety of choices for the limited space they had. Overall I would return to this location again.

I preordered a cake, chicken and a Cuban tray, nothing was right except the cake. The Cuban tray ended up being a sub tray and the chicken wasn’t ready. So last minute my family had to improvise for my grand daughters party. And to top things off the way my daughter was treated after was mind blowing!!!! Safe to say I will never ever patron this location again!!!

I love going to Publix! First off their staff is so friendly and helpful! Store always stocked. Publix brand foods are the best. Hot foods especially the naked spicy wings and the lemon pepper chicken are the greatest! Lets not forget the bakery! The butter cream frosting on their cakes is superb! When I go to another state I always wonder if I can find cake as good as Publix! The only minor drawback for me is I wish the store was bigger with wider aisles. Sometimes I have to use the scooter. But Publix has my loyalty!❤

She was our sandwich artist and she made great recommendations, handled our food with care, and she provided us with all around great customer service! My wife and I will definitely be back. Very clean store, and well lit. Large variety of fruits and vegetables. Well stocked, and also carries all types of ethnic foods.

Wonderful store but pharmacy not good. Had emergency operation needed pain prescription pharmacy told me they were backed up and if I could pick it up tomorrow no need it today ok come back in 4 hours

This publix is great (: I love it. Only gripe is they stopped selling my mount hagen instant coffee.... hope it comes back.

Prices are high but the food is excellent sushi bar is good the eight piece fried chicken thats great no aluminum in the ingredients like Chick-fil-As got aluminum in the batter thank God Publix doesnt use aluminum

As always I enjoy the atmosphere in Publix. However for the first time a cashier was horribly rude and had to be told by one of his co-workers to calm down. Which was surprising because the bagger who told him that was a young man young enough to be his grandchild. I just left in good grace, but this older cashier needs a refresher course.

First time visit. November 26 2019, 4 pm.Parking lot is awful. Clientele drive too fast through the tight and narrow parking lot. Entry and exit are not easy with amount of traffic on the roads adjacent to the parking lot.I visited the bakery and the associates there were very friendly. Cashier friendly too. Overall good visit inside. Not so good outside

Love this place. I grew up across the street and worked there 21 yrs ago.

Prices are pretty up there but I only go here for a bag of ice about once a week. I live right behind it so its convenient for that.

Mgmt must be doing everything right, employees helpful and polite. Quite often see mgr gathering carts from outside, bagging groceries, stocking shelves. Excellent manager

Its nice to shop but sometimes the employees are extremely helpful and some instances just stare at you without saying a word

Bought some lobster tails from the seafood counter display. Went to cook them. Cracked open the lobster tails and they had black mold on them. Returned to Publix customer service. The girl was very hesitant in refunding the cost. Ruined my holiday dinner. Not anything close to a shopping pleasure.

Ill give it a 5 star because its convenient they seem to always have everything I even think I want the only issue is the long wait for sliced meats or cheese other than that its all good

Place is always clean, I didnt get his name but the gentleman that was working at The Fish Department in the back I think his name was William was very friendly and very knowledgeable I am constantly at the store the parking is a little bit of an issue but its just about like all Publix, friendly staff, clean store and lots of good bogos

I dont know about others Publix but this one is my favorite since I moved here on 2011. Everything is organized, clean, and the workers are respectful.

The worst Publix I have ever shopped at. I drive extra to avoid this store. The people making the sandwiches are absolutely horrible. Typically know for there customer service not here.

This Publixs on Hillsborough and habana the sandwiches are off the chain and the raps are as well. And now they have meatball sandwichs. Love it💯

It is a supermarket. I bought food. Its Publix. One of the owners funded the rally before the failed January 6 insurrection. Good deli sandwiches and fried chicken.

This store has really gone downhill. They dont stock up on anything especially the deli. They never have enough baggers forcing shoppers to bag their own groceries. The only good departments here are the bakery and pharmacy.

Im not happy with publix. ProductsBy the time I want to have salad it is spoiled and ground beef to.

The Hillsborough store has gone down hill since t 2019 management staff stands around and stalk costumers they gossip and act very un pro with the shoppers they mangers are super rudd and sarcastic many items are always out of stock and prices itemsare always wrong on many items this store needs a whole new management team is has gone from good to awfull since a few years back

Glad the deli went back to old way of helping customers. A few of your team members wasted some meat as they spliced the whole pound without checking to see how I needed it. Customer service goes a long way

Pharmacy was good. Hot deli not good. I was the only customer in line & after several minutes the associate right in front of me finally acknowledged me & said Ill be right with you then proceeded to walk away. Still made no attempt to assist me & said again shed be right with you yet walked away again. I was going to get the chicken tenders meal. They had just come out of the fryer. Couldnt wait as I had a bus to catch. Grabbed a bag of tenders from the hot grab & go case. They were barely warm, tough, stringy & cheque. Yuck!

This Publix isnt one of the nicer ones Ive been to. I went to use the bathroom and the urinal was out of order, so the toilet had urine all over it and the floor around the toilet did also. I ended up just waiting until I got home to use the restroom. The selection of products also isnt as good most of the stores Ive been to. I guess chalk it up to the area this store is in. Its pretty much the hood around this location. The staff was polite and helpful.

Worst Publix Deli Ive ever been too. The bread for my sandwich was rock hard (could double as a weapon) when I got my sandwich yesterday. I took the meat and cheese off and used bread at my house so it wasnt a total waste.

Its close and delivers a great deal when you need to replenish the larder.

I have alway loved this Publix they take customer service to the next level. Their store is clean and they are willing to open new check out line if they become crowded but what I remember most about this store is the time I took my Aunt before she lost her battle to cancer. There was an item she needed but they were out of stock. The manager asked if we would be shopping long we said yes. Then he went to another location picked up the item and was back before we completed our shopping trip. Above and beyond!

Its ok but nothing really special about their service. I would say that in comparison to other Publix stores this store is kind of chaotic and not well supported as other Publix stores.

Habana & Hillsborough, Tampa.Staff is great very helpful and friendly. Customer Service is king at this store.Today I wanted a Flat Iron Steak. They didnt have one but Meat Manager asked the butcher to cut me one. I didnt tell her m what size I was looking for so he had the butcher cut 2. I took the larger one.Ive got to say I refused to shop here for awhile because the heir was on the board and donated a ton of money to Trump, DeSantis, Scott, & Rubio.Now she is no longer attached to the store I came back. Im still keeping an eye on their politics.
