This place is lost time a money, no costume service lady on front office is laid every time. Don’t care about your business. 3 time that same problem in 3 weeks charge me different issues and last line same is different problem for change more money and no bring warranty.

Great work and staff, they have installed over 25 Apu units for us, our drivers can wait as they repair units or we can drop them off and they will call for P.O when work is done.

Honest and quick staff in shop.If we ever have any issues with our reefer unit in the future and are in the vicinity of Tampa,FL we will def swing by to this location.My dad and I thank you!

Horrible service. Take your business to a different dealer. We had our truck there 3 times to have the APU repaired. We had a coolant leak that had been isolated to the APU. After the 3rd visit we were told it was fixed. We went to pick up another load and within an hour we lost half a gallon of coolant and the leak was progressively worse. They do not want to pay another TK to repair it over the road. They want us to lose money and be in their schedule. Ridiculous.

They are very helpful help me get an issue solved with my solar panel for my APU Im very satisfied with the service I received.

Frank was easy on the eyes and full of knowledge. Quick in and out, after I spent a couple hrs searching for a part, that they had. Yay..

On the fence about this place I want to be happy about the Service and in previous times I was but my last visit really knocked them down a peg or 2 with the Service

They fixed my apu pretty fast, I drilled the tech working on it and he answered all my questions (Im a mechanic too) I was in and out in a timely manner, I would recommend this place, staff was very helpful and friendly...

Walked into service office and was getting worked on 5 mins later couldnt ask for faster service and didnt try to sell me everything under the sun just recommend a few things but will work as is for awhile I like that. didnt pressure me into feeling like omg if dont do this now everything will fall apart just informed me of the problems and fixed unit with what we had available. so definitely recommend Gulf Coast Thermo king!!

I had a new compressor and new belt installed on 10/22/20 for $1,400.00+ and one week later the new belt has come off. So now I either try to fix it myself or wait until I can find another thermo king. I really didnt want to use this thermo king because of past encounters with their service but I thought Id give them another try. That was a mistake on my part but it wont happen again. Theyre people in parts are very helpful and friendly but the service techs are idiots (youre supposed to tighten the new belt when you put it on, not just slap it on)

My Refrgirated Trailer was diagnosed over 2,200 to repair i paid it wasnt repaired now Thermo King of Tampa wants me to pay additional 1,300 for more repairs and if i dont tk cant warranty work already paid for.WOW! you guys have misdiagnosed, missed,overlooked a problem which should have been caught the first time with simple pressure test. From information gathered you fixed heads that were not leaking and now you want to shaft me.Trailer needs repairs now I feel like Im being forced to pay for new repairs so that first bill/repairs will have warranty.

I live in tampa and would never go there again. Brought a trailer there that wasnt cooling. They told me the compressor was bad and was leaking everywhere and wanted 5k for a new one. Then took my trailer to ocala thermo king. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with the compressor it was just low on oil and freon. Place is a rip off STAY AWAY!!!

I don’t often take the time to write a review. I had my truck serviced by Brandon yesterday. I’ve been to 3 ThermoKing dealers attempting to fix the same problem. Brandon had the patience to actually find the issue even while dealing with Covid 19 precautions. I’m very thankful as now my AC is blowing ice cold and it’s a 95 degree FL scorcher.

Friendly service. Technician spoke to me like I had some common sense (debatable) but he actually cared what I had to say. He also worked late and came in early to have my truck ready. Finished 5 hours ahead of time. My A/C never has been this cold. Lady in the office recommended a good motel with a good restaurant next to it.

They, technicians and shop management needs a Rodney King ass woopin....had to go up the road to Ocala to get unit repaired, frozen load on, after they told me NOTHING was wrong. Unit shutting down and not cooling properly. Friday, wanna go home for wknd....dont have time for doing our job...was attitude perceived. Office personnel at service desk nice, friendly understanding though

Not recommended at all. Avoid them. Charged me $230 (2hrs) to replace the fan belt on my SB III. It took him about 10 min. I stood there and watched the whole time. And charged me environmental fee $17. For what???!!!! I had my belt and took the old one with me. Shame on you!!!!

Stay away guys, this place is a rip off!!!came for unit oil change, they wanted 350$!!!!Thats way too much!!! Speedco do it for 150$or do it yourself for 100$.Didnt wanna pay 350$, still had to pay 100$ for some kind of estimate and they didnt even touch it. Wish i could do 0 stars(((

Despite the other reviews I work for a large truck leasing company and gulf coast has always been there to help when needed, something that time to figure out and good work isnt cheap and cheap workbisnt good environment fees a bull but all companys pay them if you want it to change call your local senator

Took my thermo king tri pac apu for service end up paying an hour and half. To find out the main board was burned. The computer took down a couple of fuses and caught on fire that day. Spoke to one of the worker and told me that they would have to re wire the cables, to find the shortage. therefore, theoretically speaking charge me for a whole new installation, on top of a new a board!

RUN JUST LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS SAID IT IS SOOOO TRUE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.THESES PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS. RUN!
