I would recommend Jim with my walk in coolers. I have used this company for a few years now. We always have good communication. They always call a head of time to announce their arrival. Always in a company polo. They always make sure that we are all on the same page.Very pleased with the honesty.......Very pleased with the work preformed.

This is a 5 star appliance. I was in a pinch with an emergency appliance request so I was nervous about being in a position of being taken to the cleaners. The A-ability customer service rep made me feel at ease from the first moment. While talking about my needs you could hear the strength of her industry knowledge. Their team worked as quickly as possible to repair the refrigerator in my filled rental unit. Their price was reasonable and work professional. My tenant is happy, therefore Im happy. Its nice to know there is someone you can trust to do a good job at a fair price. I now have a new go-to repair team in my phone.

A-Ability provided excellent service. My refrigerator went out and I needed it fixed sooner rather than later. No one wants their food to go bad, and these were the people to call. They were very courteous on the phone and had a technician out the next day. I wish I remember the techs name, but they let me know straight up that the control board was the issue. It didnt take long for them to get the part and offered what I felt like was a fair price for the part and the repair. Its been over a couple months and the fridge is still kickin with no problems. Would recommend if your refrigerator is having problems.

I called them out over the weekend for a tenant that was having trouble with her refrigerator. They answered right away and had a technician there same day (which made my tenant very happy). Follow up was great and the whole process was easy. I would definitely recommend them for appliance repair!

Called this co out! I was very impressed with the techs knowledge about commercial. I own 3 business. James is top notch tech. He fixed my reach in cooler thats others couldnt fix. He said its a error a lot of techs make. The are local in Tampa bay area! They do commercial & residential.They will tell u not to fix it, if its not worth it.They will refer u to someone, if they cant fix it.They charge 89 for commercial 59 for residential. Thats more then fair.The tech calls ahead of time!

A-Ability helped me out during a rough time in my life. I only had 200 to fix my washer. It ended up being the over that. I had seen this on u tube. We knew what the issue was already. James treated me right. He worked out a deal & fixed it. He still gave me a warranty.AAbility really helped my family out. I would recommend them anytime. May god bless you

This company is great .They were prompt,curtious and very knowledgeable about my true refridgerator. I felt they were honest about the problem .Price for repair was reasonable .I didnt feel like they took advantage of me because I was an older woman . I felt that way with other companies .Their office coordinator was exceptional in she was genuinely interested in making sure I was happy and satisfied with their service

The worst service. We were told wed get a call when part in, never got a call we only found out when we called them a week after the initial visit. When we had scheduled a time for it to be installed Bill didnt show up to work that day (a Friday of course) and of course our part was in his truck and he was in Miami for the week according to the lady in the office. However the part just came in? All this of Bill showing up for the initial service call 3 hours after his window of time.... too many inconsistencies and unethical business practices!! If you have time to wait and track them down this is your company to use!

Bill knows his Sub zeros & True commercial refrigerators. They called ahead of time. They were professional & arrived on time in company polos. My wife was very pleased with their knowledge of True commercial appliances. They order the part & updated me on tracking. We put half down. The other half when completed. He then gave me advice on my walk in cooler that was freezing up. I didn’t even realize it till we saw the ice.We appreciate ur truth.We wish there were more companies like this in our locationBill & Jim are a compliment to your company.
