Overall the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and it’s always very clean. There has been a few times when they put way too much lemon juice in my kratom but it doesn’t keep me from going back. Since I go often the rewards program is nice and I find myself getting great deals often (free kava shell, discounted growler refill) and they also do USF discounts too.

I only anticipated a quick in and out stop but I’ve found myself visiting regularly because the staff and atmosphere is so welcoming. Andrew is very knowledgeable and clearly loves his job, his customer service is outstanding. Elise is exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. I have found a lounge that feels like home.

Always a great experience whether Im just stopping in for a quick drink or sitting around relaxing, great kratom choices for a good price and nice atmosphere. Havent tried much of their other stuff yet, but Im excited to try it all eventually.

Decent selection of juices and friendly helpful staff are the only reason this shop gets two stars.The prices of hardware and coils are an absolute joke. You can get the same exact products online for roughly half the price. Im all about supporting small businesses, but cannot afford to do so.If they value their customers they could at least offer to work the price down somewhat... especially when the customer asks about pricing.

I came by because maps said it was open,... I found it weird they would be open until midnight on a Sunday anyways, so no big deal. However it would be great if the owner could update the correct hours because after peeking in the store, they look like they have everything I need and more! I get off work late, so it would be fantastic if you guys could update the hours for me so I dont waste a trip!

Best vape shop in the Tampa area by far. They treat all of their customers very well and take time to get to know the regulars. Ive been going to this shop since September and Sam and the guys are great. Cafe portion is on point and their selection of mods, atomizers, and liquid is top notch and very up to date. They do cater to the higher end of the spectrum; dont go in here expecting some garbage devices and juices from China. A good place to hang out and get some homework done. Highly recommended.

We stopped in just at 9 pm when they close and were welcomed right in. It took us about 25 minutes to choose the juice that we wanted. The gentleman was very nice and professional and was able to answer all of our questions and never rushed us out the door. We recommend Twist Vapor Cafe to anyone interested in vaping.

Great owner and incredible management! I have really enjoyed making this establishment my home away from home for several years now! They have a huge vape liquid selection that is top notch and great CBD! They also display several talented local artists on their walls and can easily be your new neighborhood let me kick back and leave all my worries at the door hang out which we can all use! Brian is a really great guy and extremely knowledgeable/helpful. And their kratom is SO GOOD. I dont know how they make it but it rocks! Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a cozy place to throw back some delicious kratom or kava.

Theyve got excellent deals. Nice clean cafe. Others have closed down but theyre still around. Got 300ml for $45. Hard to even beat that online.Check them out if you need juice or a chill place to relax.

Awesome place and staff. The customer service is always on point and the knowledgeable staff is always willing to answer any questions about the healthier alternative to smoking. If anyone is looking to quit smoking, this is one of the places to start. On a side note, the coffee is to die for.

You have to pay to sample a flavor before you buy? Thats crazy. If I am about to put down 50-60$ for a new flavor I want to make sure I am going to like it. This cheap mindset turned me off for good.

Excellent Customer service, I felt like family after leaving here. The guys at Twist have their business idea PERFECTED. The Kava, Coffee, and Tea bar are a great touch and the guys there actually make a darn good cup of coffee! Prices on most of the juices are just a hair higher than most places, however they carry many juices that are up and coming and have a GREAT selection!

I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Resh. She was very friendly and very helpful. I was able to sample several flavors with some great recommendations from Resh. I ended up getting two bottles of Twist brand juice which I understand is their house brand. There was a special and I got two 30ml bottles for $25. There is also a coffee and tea bar that I look forward to trying next time Im in. A gentleman showed me some drip tips and he was very friendly. I believe he was an owner of manager. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back.
