I stopped by today on my lunch break in a rush, looking for a specific item, and a nice gentleman (forgot to ask for his name. Young guy with brown hair) helped me out today. He was very nice and helpful. He was patient and helped me out tremendously with my purchase. They put your purchase in a nice RAW brown bag, which I thought was a nice hint of detail. The gentleman even helped me discover that my credit card could be used as Apple Pay. Something I’ve been dying to use! Kudos to the guy that helped me out today. Very nice first impression and very much appreciated! Thank you.

I had been searching at multiple store for specific water pipes and LVL UP was the 3rd store I went to and within minutes the gentleman helped me find exactly what I was looking for in 2 different pieces. I really appreciated the fast and awesome service I was given yesterday night! Very glad I found this place, definitely coming back!

Great shop! First time visiting today and found a big selection of products to shop for. The person working there was very helpful and showed me some new products they have including D8. Ended up purchasing cartridges and a new vape mod along with some e-juice. Overall, very satisfied with my experience and will definitely stop by again soon!

Wasnt very satisfied, Pieces were a bit overpriced. Not to mention, their wrap selection is disappointing. The wraps I had bought were two dollars when I can get them for a dollar something at the corner store.

First experience good a day ago spent 80 bucks went back the next night the guy running the place became rude and kept calling me buddy . Obviously the sales clerks dont know there is a pandemic because neither one was wearing a mask to project the image of protecting their local customers
