I have ordered quality high end cigars from Cigars Direct may times. They always arrive, fresh ready for the humidor, fast, and in safe packaging. They always have great deals, discounts, and selections. I recently had a slight problem with an order of mine. I received a different vintage cigar than advertised. I let Cigars direct know, and with in 15min it was solved, and they made it more than right, and now I have a new discount code for the next time I order. I could not be more impressed with their customer service team, Billy specifically. He went above and beyond with out me even asking. On my second order I was looking for a unique humidor for a friend and emailed these guys. Juan said give him a call anytime. I couldnt believe a customer can still call someone to help ! I ordered a killer 100 ct. Humidor with Graffiti on it. Wish I could post it but I didnt think it would come boxed so incredible tight in this heavy black box with Velvet inside. Plus the packaging and bag that comes with my Javas & Fuentes were packed with a great deal of care. Huge box and bubble wrap galore.Im certainly a novice so I appreciated the customer service and 0 rush to help me the whole time. The coolest shop in town! As soon as you pull up to the building you can see this is not your grandfathers cigar shop with wood paneling and ornate statues. It is bright, modern and equipped with all the latest technology to keep the cigars nice and fresh. The selection is impeccable and the prices are the best in town. They also have an excellent selection of the coolest cigar accessories in town. I wasn’t even in the market for a humidor however I purchased a new one because it was so cool and unique. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a perfect place for a new comer to the cigar scene like me or even a cigar aficionado due to their knowledge of the products along with their willingness to share their knowledge with you. I signed up for the monthly cigar club subscription and was more than happy with the first package of cigars I received. The cigars in the box were fantastic, worth we’ll over what the monthly subscription costs. Each month I received old favorites as well as some I had never tried before and possibly might not have picked off the shelf at my local shop. It’s a great way to add variety into your smoke collection.A few months after subscribing I moved from my apartment into my house and updated my info but the cigars did not arrive to my new home. I called the contact number on the website and it went directly to one of the two owners. Edwin was amazing and sent me a huge bundle of cigars and made sure my address was updated correctly. He was happy to help and not at all frustrated in doing so. The website and social media for this company looks like it’s a huge company. I must say Cigars Direct is the best Cigar store physically and on the Internet. Juan and Edwin are the most accommodating businessmen I have dealt with in a long time. They go out of their way to offer the best service and prices of all their competitors. I know this because before I did business with these gentlemen, I would shop around the Internet for the best prices. Usually, I would get a decent price but the service was really lacking. When I found Juan and Edwin they were able to get me hard to find cigars at a reasonable price. They also offer sales many times throughout the year. And, if they didn’t have a cigar I wanted in stock, they would usually give me the sale price when they were restocked. They also have a well-stocked gift collection for cigar lovers of all kinds. In addition, they run sport contests throughout the year that are a lot of fun.
