This place has everything! I was looking for a specific kind of Kratom, and they had it in stock. The guy in the shop was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this store to anyone. They dont pressure you into buying extra stuff you dont need. They dont mind helping you find stuff or answering questions you may have. They have a decent amount of product to choose from. A little pricey if you ask me, good customer service the woman in there was very helpful. I enjoyed the store other than they seem to be more expensive than other smoke shops.

This store has a good variety of products concerning hookah. They have one of the best selections of shisha in the local area. The lady working when I went was very friendly and very professional. She even told off a guy who was asking for weed papers. You have to understand that they must be professional to run their business within state laws. This is a good professional store.

I have anxiety so I take kratom, and a three year old son so the clerks arent supposed to let him in the store, which is understandable. These guys will literally do my transaction at the door so I can get what I need and still follow the rules.They really go out of their way. Super nice people. Knowledgeable too.

I bought a $120 hookah from here that doesn’t work! The bowl of the hookah is the wrong one (it’s too big) and the hose has a hole in it. I brought it back to the shop the next day and the employee there said he can’t do anything about it, as I was explaining to him what the problem may be, all he kept saying was he doesn’t know anything about hookah’s and tobacco products cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable because “it’s the law”... I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted the thing to work.... needless to say I bought a bowl and new hose from another shop to be able to use it. I understand it’s against the law to exchange or refund tobacco products, but it’s also against the law to sell consumers defective products. You should always try to accommodate your consumers, there are numerous tobacco shops in my area, I chose this place because I thought I can get a good hookah judging by its name. This place is called “Hookah Hookah Smoke Shop” but yet They hire employees who know nothing about hookah’s. I will never shop here again and won’t recommend! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I would much rather go to Happy Smoke Shop on Dale Mabry. Next to the Shell and over the Dominos. They have much better prices and way better stuff. Plus Yuly always knows how to make a great deal. Tell him Sergio sent you and hell hook you up

I have been to this shop in the past multiple times and was happy with the service. I needed some specialty cigarette rolling papers this morning and saw they opened at 10. I arrived at 10:45 and went to open the door only to find out it was locked. I knocked and called twice while I was still waiting at the door and nothing. The lights were all on inside and the door clearly had the hours of operation on it. Dont operate(have someone operate) a business and not be avalible during your business hours stated on google and your front door.
